I am changing my experience. After hearing about Murray's reputation is their guarantee I chose to buy a 2017 Silverado. Everything went well for the first 4 months and then the check engine light came on. Turns out the in tank pump was broken. I believe instead of fixing it they just reset the error. When I bought it they replaced the windshield now the bugger leaks.
I don't think they care anymore about their reputation just only thing they care about is the bottom line.

After much deliberation I decided to contact Murray Chev regarding a 2022 Chrysler Grand Caravan. It was my good fortune to meet Jeremy Patterson in sales. He took the time to answer my questions and followed through in communications when research was necessary.
Friendly, congenial and the best part, not pushy, no doubt in my mind that Jeremy will be the first to come to mind if/when I should decide to purchase another vehicle.

I just purchased my third vehicle from Murray’s and I must say Josh was great at finding what I wanted and getting me into it in a timely manner! Paul looked after the financing and he helped me look after the extras so I can enjoy my new truck for many years to come!

We purchased a 2017 GMC Terrain from Thomas Carpenter. He was amazing. Listened to all our concerns and needs. Went through the entire used inventory to see if there was a better fit for our needs and even came in on his day off to deliver the vehicle. Top notch service.

Jeremy is a great salesman personal and very friendly. The next car we purchase will definitely be from him. He even called a week later to ask how our family visit to Red Deer was he is a delight.

Had a great time and experience in the dealership.thomas carpenter helped me all through out the process.even after i drove the vehicle out of the lot and needed some questions about the vehicle, he would still help and answer back right away.if you need or looking for a vehicle, thomas is your guy!

Totally unimpressed with their service dept. Charged me for service I didn't request. Rep took no responsibility. Said they'd have service manager contact me yesterday to deal with it. Heard nothing.

There have been numerous issues with service (some pretty serious) and detail over the past year with several of my vehicles. I have tried VERY hard to make things work and have never gone in screaming or causing a scene.

I went to the GM for assistance, but all I received were fake hugs, a fake "I got your back ", and money thrown at me (it never was about money). I asked him 3 times over the past three months to sit down and sort things out (blown off every time) before finally making my mind up to go elsewhere. I am stuck with a 2023 Cadillac XT5 with electrical issues and a five hour drive for an oil change, but at least Carter Calgary will give me a loaner to go shopping while up there, so that is a positive.

I would not recommend Murray Chev/Cadillac.

Don't bother bringing your British cars to them, just let your dealership maintain your car for service and fix it as they have very little knowledge to finish the job.

It will save you a lot of money, time and expectations, believed me I been there.

Just recently had 2 different services with them and have to bring both again to another shop as service was poor and cost me more money again.

They'd just lost three Customers and will never gonna bring back my cars to them.

But Jen customer service is amazing! The rest is not the same service as a year ago?

By the way I haven't received any single call from management after this tragedy, e-mail the Owner & G. M, talked to Derek who's responsible to test the car and overheat the engine.

Waited a week for the parts they'd ordered in Jaguar and have them install it unfortunately from External coolant leak after the replacement and drive test it leads to internal leak and hydro-locked.

I suspected they might have replace the wrong parts?

I would not recommend Murray Chev/Cadillac

I bought new tires and needed an alignment asap. They happily took me in.on short notice.and at a very reasonable price. The customer service was exceptional- complete with smiles and joking around. I felt wanted and appreciated as a customer and that is something I rarely find anymore.

Sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes on vehicle pick up day and then spent 30 minutes with the finance guy trying to sell me stuff. By the time I got in my vehicle, I was late and didn't have time for a walk around. Shortly after taking the vehicle home, I noticed a paint chip on side of the gas cover. There is no way it could have been done driving or even with the gas cover closed. I hadn't filled up with gas yet, so it wasn't me. When I called to address it with them, they offered me a free paint pen. The whole experience is taking a bit of the fun out of my new vehicle.

I received the best service from sales consultant Thomas Carpenter and the financial advisor Paul Crapo. They made the process of buying a car a very pleasant experience. Both were very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to others wanting to buy or shop for a vehicle.

Staff have an urgency to serve in an enthusiastic and professional manner. The Sales Consultant, Joshua was knowledgeable and the Business Manager, Paul, was thorough and efficient. The Sales Managers were fair with their trade value and transparent with their pricing.

I recently assisted my Mother in purchasing a brand new suv from this dealership a few weeks ago. Our salesman, Cam, was a bit brash, and didn't really put much effort into selling us the vehicle. He often reminded us that if we didn't like the deal gave us, that there would be other people right after us who would buy the vehicle on the spot. We definitely understand the low supply high demand market that we are now in, but we wanted to ensure we were getting the best deal possible. He made us feel like we were not valued Murray customers. When we came to an agreement, he had us sign this scribbled on piece of paper, which eventually made it unclear on what we actually agreed on when we went to pick up the vehicle. From my experience at Davis, they had the negotiated sales agreement printed out, which I then signed, and everything was clear and in actual text. Needless to say, we got everything figured out in time, but not without a fight, and some not so professional text messages from our salesman. When we went to pick up the vehicle, we were made to feel like they were doing us a solid by having the vehicle ready to pick up the day that we agreed on. Lastly I will say, that the sales person or finance department should give their client's the information pamphets for all the additional packages and protections they try to sell you at the BEGINNING of the deal, so a person has time to read up on all the details before only being given a few minutes to decide at the end. That caused us to feel stressed out, confused, and overwhelmed. I had to ask numerous times for the dollar value of the plans he was trying to sell us. It was not at all black and white. We didn't have much choice on which dealership to use, because they were the only dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. Overall, after we sorted everything out, we are really enjoying the vehicle. We'd also like to thank Nathan for selling us on the Smart Care program, as we used it not even a week after picking up the vehicle. We got a rock chip to the windshield just outside of Regina, SK and were able to call the 1-800 number and get it repaired with no issues, that same day! We thought we'd review on Google instead of on the survey from GM, because we were told it would affect our salesperson's pay.
