We have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership. It has a small family vibe to it. The management staff have been great. They recognize you as more than a sale. Ron in Finance has been a rock of the dealership and can always be found smiling.

Arrived early and to my surprise they took me in. Service was done faster than I thought. Time for my 32000 km service. Invoice was breathtaking. Fortunately this service doesn’t happen often. Anyway great people and great hot chocolate. It did take longer than expected to get a ride back to pick up my vehicle.

Took my Jeep Renegade in for a thermostat replacement and recall notice in February 2023. The next day while on the hwy I started to feel vibrations in the cabin, and the steering wheel is visibly shaking when accelerating over 100km, which was never an issue before the service. Called their service department while experiencing this, answer: there's nothing we would have done for it to start doing that. Well obviously something was done as this wasn't an issue before they did the service on it. Called a week later telling them its still occurring, and received the same answer. Mike wants to charge a diagnostic fee to look at it again. Alrighty then. Still waiting for them to figure out what they did to cause this.

I recently bought an older 2011 Ram which was customized by the prior owner. Never being at Murray before, I looked up the reviews and decided to take my truck there for a few items including an alignment. Brad in service and the tech did an excellent job communicating with me and handling the alignment and a few other items I wanted to be done. My truck has a BDS lift and this added extra time with the alignment process and steering rack replacement. The truck dives amazing now, I will be returning!

The service department is exceptional! Had my Jeep in for an oil change and it’s the first time EVER, nobody came out to tell me about more things I ‘should’ have done (filters, belts, fluids, etc.). Amazing! This is the place to go!
Price was exactly what they said before it went in AND it was done in less than an hour.
They are friendly, organized and extremely efficient.

I have dealt with Phil with buying my first car, and when I decided to trade my old one in I went to Phil again, he has great knowledge about navigating through financing, very friendly, and very easy to deal with. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now that I have dealt with Phil!

This is a small dealership with excellent employees. Stephanie in sales is really great, she knows her products, and is really personable. She showed us a truck we really liked (and sold our friend his truck the week before), but we ended up going back to a ford in the end. We just really like our fords, but if you’re in the market for a dodge or think you might be, I highly recommend heading to this dealership to have a chat with Stephanie!

I can think of a dozen other things I could be doing right now instead of writing a review.

However ONCE AGAIN the excitement of a new vehicle (and first Jeep product) has been replaced with disdain for a dealership because of my first (and last) time dealing with "service".

I used the website to book a service time that showed available.
I was left a voicemail the following day to call back to ‘arrange’ a service time’? !? !
When I returned their call minutes later I was informed that person was gone for lunch (proper etiquette here would be to mention that in their voicemail to me) so I left my name and number.
After no return call that day or the next, I tried again 3 times the following day leaving my name and number those times as well.
After waiting all day Friday I called ONCE AGAIN and finally spoke to this extremely busy service person who was also very hard to here as it sounded like there was a party going on there.
I was informed then that ‘the on line booking site doesn’t work’ (maybe remove this feature from your website Murray Chrysler? !?)
I was offered 3: 00pm the Monday I originally booked for 11: 00am? Which didn’t work at all for us living in NW Calgary.
Anyways.if I hadn’t finally spoke to someone I would’ve showed up at 11: 00am (that wasn’t available) and been angrier than I am now.

Called everywhere in Okotoks, and wonderful people at Murray Chrysler Okotoks quoted me the lowest price and were very personable and friendly. I brought my car in for a head gasket replacement. They did their assessment found the problem (wasn't the head gasket) and fixed it before my car was scheduled. If it wasn't for them my car repair would have cost an extra $1000.

We are so impressed with Murray Chrysler Okotoks. My grand caravan broke down so we had it towed there. The cost to fix it was a lot. More than we were prepared to spend. We were ready to upgrade our van. Not only were the folks at Murray Chrysler able to get us into a brand new 2021 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk at an amazing discounted price, but they also paid all of the expenses to fix the van when we traded it in. We got a very fair trade-in value for the van. They were also able to get the new Jeep ready for us in a few hours time so we could leave for a trip that we had planned. I dont think we could have asked for anything more. We highly recommend Murray Chrysler Okotoks. Thanks again to the whole crew there that helped us out.

Typical situation with a sleezy car dealership.

They never go the extra mile. The manager doesn’t live up to his staffs word.

Twice an amount was agreed upon verbally. Essentially they are calling me a lier.

The general manager is suspiciously always gone. However on speaking with him before about my concerns with his staff he was upset.

They have not been able to live up to any sort of standard that I’ve experienced elsewhere in the industry. Right down the street in fact by a dealer that doesn’t even stock that vehicle.

We purchased a vehicle and because of Covid wanted to do as much as possible online. This worked well. The salesman, Lee, was honest and straightforward. The only negative was an attempt to add hidden dealership costs, which were rescinded.

Unfortunately, when we went to pick up the vehicle at an agreed time we were kept waiting in the dealership for over an hour by the business manager. Hence to three star rating.

In summary, our experience with the salesman, Lee, was positive. The dealership overall less so, it is unacceptable to keep customers waiting for over an hour for an agreed appointment.

We needed a new family car, and were referred to Murray Chrysler. Choosing this dealership paid off immensely. I promise you won't find better customer service, or car salespeople that care more than the folks at Murray. Phil made the entire process completely painless, and went completely above and beyond to be sure our needs were suited.if you're looking for a new vehicle, look no further than Murray Chrysler. They're immensely better than other Chrysler dealerships, taken from experience.

The customer service was fine, Paige was helpful. The quote for replacing my burnt out HID headlights was over $1000 in a 2016 Jeep Cherokee with 60,000kms. Although I understand there is a mark up for all business, I was able to find the exact replacement headlights online for $176 (shipped to me for $13). Murray Chrysler quoted me $776 for the same part. I won’t be using the service department at this dealership again.
