Just bought a used vehicle from Tina, she was wonderful to deal with. Had a great financing experience with Irene. They were efficient and helped me get pre-appoval before even going into the dealership. I was a bit surprised when the vehicle didn't come with a full tank of fuel and was told the Murray group only gives $25.00 of fuel on used vehicles with the goal of making sure they are half full when purchased.

I would never deal with them again take a car in to get out of Providence inspection and they didn't pass it they found everything wrong that wasn't wrong took car to a different place and they passed it no problem they're the worst dealership I ever dealt with they're just out to rip people off

Sales manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Will never buy a vehicle from this dealership if that is an indication of their customer service.

This is the best dealership I have even seen in my life. I am new to Canada and live in Regina went to Hyundai Regina: (and Knight Hyundai: (first as they were close to my place but was really dissatisfied by their customer service.

Then I left a query on Murray Hyundai Portal & guess what I came across this highly talented product advisor " Ken Drost". He understood our query our demand and responded quickly. He never forced anything and gave us ample to time to take decision, which really went well for us and we change our mind from Tucson but later made it to Santa Fe.

Really great to do business with them & especially with Ken. Their unflinching support, right guidance and great customer experience I will never forget.

Guys ever planning to buy or Sell car and you live in that area. I would say visit them for best experience.

I wanted a particular Hyundai Kona. In BC I was told I can’t have one, there aren’t any, it’s not available. So I checked on line, and Murray Hyundai had one coming in. Ken and I talked, he sent me pictures, and I bought it. Sight unseen. Ken and Irene were fantastic! Irene set me up for travelling back to BC with all the correct documentation and made it so easy! Ken gave me “lessons” on all the technology and made it fun. I highly recommend Murray Hyundai! I’d do it again!

Working with Murray Hyundai was a great experience. Kennedy in sales was amazing, highly personable, flexible with our schedule, and very knowledgeable on all vehicles. Irene and Clint in the finance were super helpful and let us know all of our options, but was not pushy. After having a small issue with our Tucson after pick up, both Kennedy and Tim (service department) were on it right away. Both sales and service team I recommend highly.

Had an amazing experience with Ken. After I purchased my amazing 2013 genesis coupe we realized that it had some issues with the rims but they were quick to jump on it and come up with a solution! Thank you guys so much for everything!

These guys have a great service team. Kim is amazing at what she does. They fixed up our customers vehicle on warranty without flaw and did the same with my personal car after I left it there to pick up the first. It was even washed! I do everything myself usually but I will be bringing my Hyundai back just to support these people more. Thanks for everything!

I was looking to buy a new car recently. After dealing with several Dealerships closer to where I live and being completely turned off, I gave Murray Hyundai a try.

They were fair and professional from start to finish. If you are looking for a new ride give them a call.

Unfortunately approximately 1 week after purchasing my new Kona and posting my review a suspicious front end rattle revealed that a bolt was missing in the front (drivers side) caliper. I took my car to the local (Lethbridge) Dealership expecting quick resolution under the factory warranty.
Imagine my dismay when they informed me that I would have to pay to have the bolt installed.

What should have been a simple warranty repair became an odyssey. The Representative I spoke with at Hyundai Canada did nothing but dodge blame and deny any responsibility for any deeper potential damage that might have been done to the brake system. Seems that missing bolts in the brake system are my responsibility somehow. Murray Hyundai did step up to cover my repair costs. Hyundai Canada were pathetic.
Maybe something to consider?

We bought our Santa fe from Kelvin here in Medicine Hat, he was super easy going and very helpful. Definitely a great experience!

If you are willing to pay a little extra these guys will take good care of you. Great service, free wifi and Courrier service home and back if needed. My car is a bit older, but they were still able to get everything in for it in a timely manner. If you have an older Hyundai they are a good, and possibly, your only option.

Was looking for a new car with everything and in my price budget. Well Kelvin at Murray Hyundai found that car for me. Thank you Kelvin and Murray Hyundai! I’ll be recommending your dealership to anyone I know who is looking for a new car.

Unprofessional, Dishonest, Incompetent. Right from Management to Sales to Service to Financial Dept. Same issues keep happening, nothing changes. Poor staff get promoted. High turnover. Will not be doing business here again.

We've only had positive experiences at Murray Hyundai up to this point. They treat us really well and even wash the car when we take it in for a service.

I was dealing with Service Advisor Kimberly Stuber, she was very friendly and knowledgeable, she worked my vehicle in on short notice and also informed me of a couple recalls that I didn't know about and had them taken care of.
When I picked up my vehicle, I got it back cleaner than when I dropped it off. That was a very nice bonus.

Rochelle was excellent to work with and kept trying to help through a comedy of errors that kept us in Med Hat longer than anticipated. She apologized numerous times and she and a service technician stayed beyond hours to diagnosis an unknown problem and helped get it corrected so we could take our vehicle home with us that day.

I have never experienced such excellent service as I do at Medicine Hat Hyundai. The staff are amazing and the quality of work is terrific.

Read the fine print, not a five year bumper to bumper warranty.
Battery failed in less than two years. Towed to dealership. Not covered by warranty. The sevice department told my wife she couldnt leave with the vehicle without buying a battery because it would not take a charge. They quoted over $200 for a new battery.
I bought my own battery down the street (five year warranty) for exactly half the price. I went to pick up the (dead) car, and miracle of miracles! They started up the car and drove it out onto the lot.
Best part is, they charged me $76 dollars just to tell me the battery wasnt covered by warranty.
