This clinic, the people, and the service they provide, is truly exceptional.

Great therapist, poor clinic administration experience.
Initially hopeful, my interactions with the clinic's front desk and booking system proved challenging, leading to insurance claim issues. Despite multiple family appointments within two weeks, my attempts at constructive dialogue with the clinic director were met with ridicule and dismissal. Seeking a one-on-one conversation to address concerns, I encountered gaslighting and resistance to my perspective.
The director's communications were laden with unfounded accusations and criticism, overshadowing the therapeutic experience. The prevailing attitude was transactional - "pay and leave, " which compounded my stress, undermining the therapy's benefits.
From the onset, I felt a biased, unwelcoming atmosphere. If you have an accent, be cautious – my experience suggests the clinic may not be as welcoming or understanding as one would hope. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.

A soothing place from the moment you open the door and are greeted warmly to the end of your massage to the wee package of epsom salts that you are given for your evening bath, Muscle Elements will be my spa of choice. It matters not which practitioner you have, all are well practiced and knowledgeable.

I hate to write a good review for Heather because that means she will be booked up and I won't be able to see her but alas I really must. Heather is an absolute professional and is so well read about healing through massage. She always gives me some great stretches and tips for aftercare. Couldn't enjoy the hours I have spent with her more.

James is very knowledgeable and explains his steps while doing treatment. Everyone is very pleasant and welcoming. I would recommend James to anyone with pain issues

I have been to Muscle Elements a couple time now, with different therapists and both experiences have been exceptional.

Most recently, I completed a multi day hike and Melissa was able to release all of the muscle tension. She was friendly and professional.

I will definitely be going back!

Ashtyn is an excellent massage therapist who takes genuine care in the well being of her clients. She is a firm believer of providing pressure without causing pain. She works through any discomfort or stress/anxiety you may be carrying to help you leave feeling completely relaxed. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a quality massage therapist with tons of experience!

The professionalism of this place, is beyond what I have expected, everyone is so knowledgeable even outside of their own wheelhouse, I have been here for first a massage, then acupuncture and now cranialsacral Therapy, every time I have come out with a new outlook on life, a book to read or a new method of therapy to try,
In my opinion a muscle elements is the definition of going above and beyond,
Marni and her team are so caring with everything they do, and I would highly recommend giving them a try as you will not be disappointed - probably a reason they have a 4.9 rating - keep up the great work

Wonderful staff & environment! I see Carleen for acupuncture and she is so fabulous. The waiting area and treatment rooms are clean, warm, and inviting. Everyone is always friendly and happy to help. The treatments offered are excellent, and they can direct bill with most insurances. I highly recommend.

I always feel taken care of by Carlee. I'm grateful for her insight and the Acupuncture treatment that I receive. I appreciate the new Acupuncture points that have helped immensely with my inner ears. She has a great sense of humor and is refreshing after a stressful day. I really appreciate her as a therapist who genuinely cares and is passionate in the treatment she provides. I would highly recommend them to everyone for their outstanding customer service.

If there is a woman who can give a mean deep tissue massage, Yani's the gal. I am very satisfied.

Lacey was very attentive to my needs and was able to work out most of the knots in my body. Lacey provides friendly service and gives you some suggestions on after care (stretches to help elevate tight muscles). It's very apparent that she loves her job.

I had a dynamic cupping massage with Yani and it was wonderful! She was very friendly and professional and did a fantastic job with me. I have been getting regular massages and cupping elsewhere, but this was one of the best by far! The ambiance were very serene and relaxing. I was impressed with the customer service from the front desk as well.

James is absolutely amazing! I will definitely recommend him to anyone. I wasn't sure what Osteopathy was and I am so happy I did it with James.

I have been going to see Lacey for over a year now. And without a doubt she knows exactly how to help me with my various muscle and pain issues. Not only that, but she is great to talk with, or not, depending on where I'm at. She holds space for you too, if you need it. Hands down 5 stars all day long, every time. Thanks Lacey!

My husband and I both go here and absolutely love it. The space is so clean and comfortable, the staff is always warm and our massage therapists listen to our needs. Honestly, I get nervous with new massage therapists, but here I feel totally at ease and just take my time to relax and refresh. Totally recommend. And Lacey Supple is a dream.

Muscle elements is the best place to go to relieve muscle tension and relieve pain. It’s why I keep going back!
