I had an accident a month ago and Mahmoud came to me and helped me with everything. Thank you for the service you provided to me at the time of the accident. I highly recommend using this company.

I really want to thank Mahmoud who helped me a lot when I had a car accident last weekend. He is very responsible and kind person who even helped me to drop off my personal stuff and plate after he founded that I forgot all stuff in the car. I really appreciate for the person.

Used them to tow a car. Lamjed was very professional and careful with the vehicle. Gave us a rate on the phone and did not overcharge it. He also waited 15 mins after the tow to help us jump start for no extra cost.

To met those guys was the best think happened to me in my life, my car went to the ditch in a rainy day and got stuck in mud i was very stressed and don’t know what to do those guys came and helped me out my car had a major damage but me i m ok and they drove me home safely and my insurance took care of the rest thank you guys definitely i will use again and again

Called them for a tow they answered right away came quick less then 20 minutes professional and helpful I would call them again I very much would recommend them also a nice low rate really helped me out of a jam

I locked my keys inside my vehicle on Whyte Ave and I called this company to rescue me. Mamoud came out fairly quickly and did an excellent job unlocking my car doors at a reasonable price. He even used e-transfer and left before I paid. High trust to someone he doesn't know! Highly recommended! I have saved him as a personal contact in my cell phone. He will come in handy I'm sure!

They show up at scene of accidents to convince you to use their company. Even had me talk on new employees cell phone with boss and pressure me into using them.promising TD uses them and will pay, and when I said they may not as no collision if deemed my daughters fault. Said their yard is used by TD and they are a much cheaper tow company. I would never have agreed to a tow far south as I live very north, where the accident was also. $75 in km charged, plus admin fee.tow bill was $262.50. The owner/boss Kamel is shady and not true amd honorable to his word at all. However I will say Mahmoud was fantastic when he came to open yard and wait close to an hour possibly for me to unload my personal belongings from my vehicle. He was friendly, kind, and gentle and also said if TD didn't pay they usually don't charge. I could recommend Mahmoud if it was only him. Ryan was also someone that was sent to open gates today for me for the sale and moving of my vehicle. For them I can agree to a "gate fee" I was charged even though.tge boss made it sound like I could access the yard and my vehicle any time. The km and admin fee is preposterous. $262 for a tow is definitely NOT cheaper than others nor the average cost of tow. Do NOT use The Big Tow if they show up and offer or pressure you into a tow after an accident.especially if it's not Mahmoud only.

Girlfriends car was stuck in an alley. She called My Big Tow and Mahmoud answered extremely fast WHILE being on a job IN -40°C. He informed us he would be on his way as soon as he was done. 30 minutes later he pulled up and explained everything to us that he was going to proceed with. Boosted the battery, got and tires filled and got the car up on the flatbed in a matter of another 30 minutes. He checked the fluids in the car, informed us that the oil was in dire need of a change. Told us not to operate the vehicle until the oil change was completed and once the tires were changed. Once he came to let us know he was heading out with the car, he noticed my Jeep had coolant leaking and he was very concerned about it. Almost like he wanted to pop the hood and check it out like he did with my girlfriends car. Mahmoud was very caring, very professional. We already have recommended My Big Tow to 2 other people because of Mahmouds professionalism on the job.

They argue with me to bring my car to their yard instead of my place. They assured me that the insurance would pay for it to be there. However my insurance doesn't pay for that and they charge me and wouldn't own up to their mistake.

Tonight was a eventful time i finally got my beamer started to boost it slowly with patience. Tow person is very helpful we try different ways to make sure i actually moved out street slowly and movement beam into garage safety.

My nephew locked his mom’s keys in the van and My Big Tow was out in less than 20 minutes and had the van unlocked. The prices was very reasonable and Mahmoud was very friendly and helpful.

Needed a tow from St. Albert. Extremely friendly service and fair price. Would highly recommend!
