Denied me walk inn help with broken ribs and no appointment - despite advertising as walk inn.

NOT A WALK IN CLINIC. Turned me away at because they said do not have a walk in doctor. This is false advertising.

Dr. Sarwar is a great physician, she makes sure that all is covered during a consultation with her. She is very thorough and overall a great physician. However, the front desk staff is where this place lacks, I have just recently spoken to someone at the front desk over the phone and they had the worst attitude to begin with, and sounding so impatient, rude, and annoyed. As I have read through the reviews, I see that this is an ongoing issue. I would love to keep coming back here to see Dr. Sarwar but not when I’m greeted by people who lack professionalism.

Front desk staff is an absolute nightmare. Long hold times, disconnected calls, misinformation given. Very disappointed as Dr Sarwar is a kind, thorough Dr. Would not recommend and will definitely be transferring to a new family Dr.

Dr Fausia Sarwar is a very caring and compassionate doctor. She has been looking after my mom for the past year and we couldn’t be happier.

The dr sawar is such a careing, and takes the time to listen to you not rush u. If you can get into this Dr you won't be disappointed.

The absolute worst to deal with, you have a recorded message that loops when you enter your extension like what is the point? They never pick up and their extensions are not working this place is the worst are you here to make lives last or take them away?

Dr. Jennifer Quan, worst doctor I ever met. Doesn't listen to your concers and very disrespectful.

Front desk are always rude in phone when I was trying to reschedule my appointment and even more rude in person esp.the big woman.not feeling good to be back in this clinic.

Came in to have my child checked on a Sunday, Dr Quan required a urine sample. Apparently she only works weekends and we had to wait for the next weekend for the results. I was told by the receptionist that I could come alone for the results. However when I came, Dr Quan says the child also needed to be there for "assessment". I just needed the results of the urine test.

I would also like to mention how Dr Quan approach requires more empathy.

I do not recommend this clinic, and will not be going here in the future.

Doctors are never on time, waited 40+ minutes for a scheduled appointment. Front administration staff never pick up the phone to make appointments. The doctor walked in and she would be back but didn't come back for over 25 minutes.

Dr. Jennifer Quan at this clinic was the worst doctor experience I have ever had. It was a huge waste of time to even see her, she didn't want to hear my explanation of symptoms, she cut me off everytime I tried to speak. She had absolutely no bedside manner, and was no help at all. It seemed that she wanted to rush me out, after not recommending any pain relief options, or any diagnosis in any way, she recommended me to follow up with another walk in clinic so I do not come back there. I never write reviews like this, but I had to warn people about going to this clinic. I got ZERO CARE going there, I should have went straight to the hospital, or any other clinic for assistance.

I have noticed that every bad review on here is about this so called "doctor" Jennifer Quan. WHY IS SHE STILL PRACTICING AT THIS CLINIC? I would have been fired 3 times over if I got this many complaints at my job. It is obviously not getting any better. And management or owners are not correctly rectifying the situation. We now have to go see another doctor to actually get treated properly, but she still gets a paid for seeing everyone she doesn't help. Something seems very wrong with that!

Have been going here for quite some time and have always had troubles getting through on the phones which can take 5-10 times calling at various times in order for it the phone to even be answered. Dr. Quan has made me wait previously for up to half an hour for one of my scheduled appointments but the last time I had gone was the absolute worst.

I had scheduled my appointment initially for Saturday, October 30th and called on Thursday to reschedule for Friday, November 5th at one. I had to call throughout the day to even reach someone on the other end but eventually did and was rescheduled. When I show up on Friday I tell them I have an appointment with Dr. Quan at one to which the receptionist says Dr. Quan is on indefinite leave and we called everyone to let them know their appointments were cancelled. This is clearly not the case as I would not have showed up to waste my own time. I then ask if I can see another doctor to which she says THERE ARE NO DOCTORS IN TODAY. If you are running an open doctors office there should be a doctor on staff and if there is not other arrangements should be made. I was leaving the country the following day and had no choice but to go without filled prescriptions and untreated as a result.

Do not waste your time here

- Clinic environment: very clean and organized
- Accessibility: lots of available parking if driving, very easy to book an appt online (do this ahead of time as they are very busy, sometimes appts are two weeks out), wait times in reception with an appt is quick, pharmacy in-clinic
- Staff: front desk is friendly and professional, very quick to complete check-in/return voicemails
- Dr. Sarwar: very happy to have her as my MD, very thorough, personable, and caring

Would highly recommend!

Dr Sarwar is amazing, very kind, and smart. Such a great doctor! Dr Quan is horrible though.

Dr Quan takes the least possible time with you, if you want to ask her questions she is already on her way out, I saw her twice and never again. She also ordered me a pregnancy test and pushed for taking swabs that I didn't feel comfortable with and that's not what I was there for. Also asked my daughter if she was breastfeeding when she saw her for a skin infection. I guess our colouful hair made her imagine stuff. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Was sick, took a cab on Sunday Nov 3, arrived about 1pm. Office was closed even though the office hours said 9-5 Sunday on the door. Took a cab home. Waste of money.

My wife had an appointment on weekend and we waited for 40mins to be exact. She was even 5 mins early on her appointment and all she needs was a prescription. We would understand if it was just like 15mins wait but she booked an appointment and yet waited for 40mins. We needed to go to another place that closes early and we have to rush to be there before it closes, we could have shop a little bit more if our time was not wasted for 40mins!

Went there today and seen Dr Jennifer Quan she wasn't very helpful. First the rooms were cold and want you do an urine sample when that's not I'm there for, doesn't give you a cup or anything Had to asked the receptionist for one none tells you where to go when you never been there. Also tells you she going to give you samples. Then sends you on your way when you aren't finished asking her questions.

I only went there cause of the reviews, and 811 advice me to go to a clinic Asap. I won't be coming back there anytime soon. I might of went to urgent care and probably would of got better care.

I was referred to this place from another clinic, called in about 3pm was told in an hour there was a spot available so i got ready left airdrie got to the building at 4: 05, went in was told i was at the wrong place and was told where i was looking was on the other side when i got to the right place it was 4: 11 pm was then turned away by Dr Moncreiff and told to come back in the morning.i had an infection and needed an antibiotic, yes it’s a waist of time and gas took me 2 hours to get there and back, I don’t know about these drs these days they don’t seem to care, if there not highly concern about your health there should not be doing what there doing.

Obviously you have no idea how serious the situation was I didn’t get to see the Dr and for you to go and make the assumption it was non urgent, that’s why you didn’t take me.that’s a straight out lie i was just refused upon checking in, and here’s another reason not to go here because of what your posting on here about people who come to your clinic, and saying my situation was non urgent, wouldn’t you like to be warned about a place like this where your health benefits go! When did you investigate after i left or while i was there.

One of the best medical facilities in the area. Doctors are experienced and friendly. Staff are helpful.

After going into this office once and being told the doctor was not there I had to book an appointment for the following Saturday at 10 am, with Jennifer Quan. After waiting for 30 mins for the Saturday appointment with Jennifer Quan I was told she decided not to come in and to come back another day. Biggest waste of time. I advise you to go else where if you value your time.

I highly recommend this medical clinic. Facilities are great, doctors are experienced. Very organized and client-friendly place.

Went there today and the receptionist advised me they do not accept walk in anymore. Was not welcoming.

Zero stars would be more accurate. This clinic was a huge waste of time and energy. It was a big struggle just to make it there, as I strained my Achilles’ tendon on both feet and can barely walk. All I wanted was a quick confirmation of my injuries, a doctors note, and some kind of prescription or advice to help with various injury pains. I needed a note specific about my injury and approx.healing timing to send to work, and he refused to do this and spent some time trying convince me that he couldn’t be specific. He instead said it would be more vague, and then wrote an extremely vague note saying I am off work currently for medical reasons outcome pending.which is useless the way it’s worded, and I had to pay for it. Then when I asked about getting a prescription he said he didn’t have time to talk about it, that he would only address one thing during my appointment. Even after I explained how challenging it was to even walk to get to the office, that I was in pain, he basically said I was wasting his time, and told me to book another appointment for a later date if I wanted anything more. It would have only taken a moment if his time to talk to me about a prescription. Every step is a chance of farther injury for me, and I could not believe that I was turned away with out the things that I came for. I left the office in tears, shocked, and now have to go to another doctor to get an injury specific medical note for work and hopefully a more caring recommendation. Not to mention causing more undue strain on my injuries to go somewhere else. I have never been treated this poorly, and then given attitude like I shouldn’t even be asking for what I need. Unbelievable.

Their receptionist were not friendly at all, they just hang the phone without even closing the conversation and saying goodbye. I was still talking when a staff just hang up the call. I know the staff name but I will not post it here. So rude!

My mother is a patient of a certain doctor here, we had called to ask to speak with her (or for her to call back before my mother's appointment) as she was getting very sick and we wanted to ask a few questions about the medication she was given, and the admin person was very rude and unprofessional. When the doctor didn't call back, we had tried calling again (during her scheduled appointment this time) to speak with her, and again the unprofessional admin person flat out refused to inform the doctor and asked if we were still going to make it in time for the appointment. It seriously seems the biggest issue with this clinic is the lack of intelligent admin staff, and as they are the first contact for patients, it would be highly advisable to take corrective actions to ensure this sort of thing doesn't happen to others as well.

Visited the clinic last summer and was hugely disappointed with the experience which has stuck with me since. Got Dr. Jennifer Quan who was impatient and curt with her responses to my questions. It made me uncomfortable as she seemed annoyed with my presence and kept asking if I was done when I had questions; I don't think my appointment lasted longer than 5 minutes. She prescribed something without explanation and clearly did not bother to listen to what I had told her as she prescribed the over-the-counter ointments that I had already been using for my skin condition. Thankfully the pharmacist was kind and helpful when I told him what I was already using, and told me there was no reason to buy it again and pay over 2x the price to get the prescription filled. I would love to come back again because of the positive reviews about the other doctors and the nice pharmacist, but hesitate to do so as I wouldn't want to see Dr. Quan again.

I went in as a walk-in and was seen by Dr. Joanna Wong. She was excellent and made me feel completely at ease. Though I have a family doctor currently, I would not hesitate to go to Dr. Wong at all.
