Great communication and patient care. We appreciated the time taken to both create and educate us on our child’s orthodontic plan. We would recommend My Orthodontist to anyone needing orthodontic care.

I’m changing my review due to the nice ortho assistant Tasha. She has been the kindest and most genuine thus far, and I’ve been coming to my orthodontist for 3+ years now. Dr. Cheeba ia slowly but surely fixing a mistake Dr. Dhol made and saving me money on a mistake that was never his to begin with. He is a class act, and I respect his integrity of follow through on this even when technically he didn’t have to. Thankyou to you both.

There service is better than any other orthodontist I’ve been to kind friendly and reasonable prices

We have had a great experience here! The staff always do their best to get you in for emergencies or new retainers! Lots of parking. Great hours for working parents.

Good spot. I would recommend it. But offering a prize in exchange of good reviews isn't very classy.

We love the doctors & staff here, my daughter was only young around 5-6 when she became a patient & very timid of dental work.
Over the last few years she has became so much more comfortable and the staff from admin, assistants and doctors are lovely!

They are super duper good and super duper nice. There workers always make my day and they always have free drinks and cookies! I would totally come here again if I needed an orthodontist.

We are using their service for many years for my kids. They provide an amazing service. Staff is always willing to help!

Our experience here has been extremely disappointing. It feels as though they are more concerned about making money than helping the current paying patients. If my daughter breaks a bracket on her braces we have to wait a minimum of 2 weeks to fit into a 10 minute appointment. I’ve addressed concerns about the spacer in her mouth growing into her gums with little to no regard. I recently had to reschedule an adjustment appointment and they couldn’t accommodate until over a month later which ultimately delays her treatment. Anytime an appointment is scheduled you’ll receive 3 confirmation emails then prior to the appointment you’ll receive an additional 3 reminder emails. When I addressed this problem with the front desk staff their solution was to delete the emails. That was not the issue at hand. There seems to be a running theme in the medical field. We’re all just a number in the system and this company continues the story. I do not recommend MyOrthodontist.

Not happy with my service here. I was supposed to receive my 2nd set invisalign 2 weeks ago, but they shipped to the wrong address. I had to send a few emails, with no response from them before calling and the staff was unapologetic and not helpful. Clearly my treatment has now been set back due to the delay and they take no accountability. I've no idea when I'm going to receive my new set, which I've already paid for!

Before i started the writing, just noticed one review posted one month ago, I am not the only one! Surprised they didn’t show care about the review or comments here at all.my girl was in last Nov, nobody told us or called us when to come back after the full payment received! Until my girl complains about her pain and I called in, they said it’s my job to call and book.you should be half expert before coming to this clinic, to know when you should come.i won’t recommend this clinic.

Our whole family LOVES myORTHODONTIST McKenzie Town. They staff are always incredibly kind, patient, and positive. They make the entire process as painless as possible starting with dealing with your insurance company to working with you to formulate a treatment plan everyone is happy with. They create a safe space for the kids and talk to them like they are people explaining everything in an age appropriate we way! We couldn't be happier!

All three of my kids have beautiful teeth thanks to my orthodontist! Their favorite part is getting a freshly baked cookies at the end of their appointment:)

The staff are all knowledgeable and pleasant.the atmosphere is relaxing and zen. My kids love coming here and have amazing smiles! Incredible, they were informative and helpful, would recommend to anyone who needs amazing family friendly services. Never have to wait to be taken in, I came in early and they took me in 10 minutes before my appointment. Never had a problem here!

Myorthodontist Mckenzie Location is amazing! I 100% recommend this clinic! Dr Dhol and the Staff is absolutely amazing. I got Invisalign in 2017 and within a year and a half I got the perfect set of teeth I wished for!

With a little bit of a struggle with the past orthodontist office being shut down abruptly, this office took us on as a family and has treated us with nothing but great kindness and care. We always feel welcome when we enter the office, and we feel like our care is top notch! Everyone is extremely friendly and kind to us all, willing to adjust appointments that work for us to be in there together as we travel a great distance to get there. Would highly recommend this Orthodontic Office. It is because of the TEAM at this office that one of our daughters is going to pursue a career in Dental care:). After lots of research (7 othodontics treatment options in Edmonton and Calgary), I chose MyORTHODONTIST for my invisalign treatment. Not only was it by far the best treatment package for the price (none of the others compare). The staff is extremely friendly and accomodating, and were very supportive through the difficult covid months woth the support and flexibility. Thank you myORTHODONTIST. I highly recommend them.

They are always friendly and do a great job with my child. I did find that there aren’t many appointment times available for out of work hours though.

My daughter is 17 now and started her journey of perfect teeth over five years ago. Her teeth are beautiful and instead of hiding her smile like she use too, her smile lights up the room, everyday.

Dr. Wally Dhol is kind, generous, helpful, calm and is an excellent orthodontist. He goes above and beyond to ensure his patient's are comfortable and so does his staff. We love coming here because everyone is so friendly and helpful. My daughter has responded incredibly well to treatment and I couldn't be more happy.
The fees for treatment are either in line with others or even cheaper, but you get so much more from this office as they really care about helping others.
