Commandé une pièce le 16 décembre 2023 le paiement est passé sur ma carte de crédit et envoyer 2 email pour savoir quand je vais recevoir ma pièce et pas reçu de réponse… Avoir su que c’était si long j’aurais commandé sur Amazon

I bought a Delonghi coffee machine here and had a really positive experience. I got a very good price and good service. I would recommend.

As with many of the other reviews I was met with a very rude owner. Hard to believe that they still have a business. He complained that nobody wants to work in this FN country. He is short staffed and the repairs are piling up around him. You can barely walk around the store.
If he is this abusive to customers, I can only imagine how abusive he is to staff members. No wonder he is short staffed, no one wants to work for him. I bet he is only offering sub-par wages too. That limits the experience and quality of applicants that will even enquire. But he blames the Lazy People of this FN Country.
Avoid doing any business if possible!

Drove across the city to drop off my vitamix, the automatic entry door nearly knocked myself and an older gentleman over while trying to navigate the poorly maintained entryway covered in snow and ice Once inside, we both waited with zero acknowledgment from anyone until I went into the back to get the employees attention who was busy eating. His body language dictated that he was irritated I had interrupted his lunch and then when I told him I hadn't booked an online appointment as I didn't know that was the required protocol and figured I would just come in with my requested repair, as most would do and he huffed and puffed, rolled his eyes and didn't respond. I felt so awkward! I finally told him I would be happy to the my business elsewhere to which he replied "ok". They're struggling hard in there.if you are expecting a friendly, timely service, do NOT go here.

I can't believe how helpful the staff were, particularly the lady who I think is the owner. She helped my find an obscure piece for my DeLonghi espresso machine and stayed late so I could come after hours to get it. Obviously they have a good inventory of things and are helpful and caring, despite being short-staffed. This is a great business.

Call in to ask for an availability of a part. I greeted kindly with an "how are you? " and he rudely replied "Yeah how can I help you? " in a sarcastic tone. When I ask nicely about a Kenmore product, he judgementaly replied "Kenmore? A kenmore? Kenmore is sears. " and "yeah, we don't have that. " I was calling different appliance stores and he was the 5th one and was never greeted like that and all can have that part shipped. SUCH RUDENESS.

I wanted to by a waterpump for my De Longhi coffee machine. I went to the shop in Calgary. A very angry and rude gentleman told me that he has it in his shop but I must go and buy it online. He complained that no one wants to work anymore and that he has to work long hours. He also did not want to give me his name and basically chased me out of the shop. Very surreal experience for me.

Eric is great! He is repairing all the appliances by himself and is overburdened with work. He is one of the only people with the certification and expertise to repair a lot of them in western Canada. Show some grace and respect for a hardworking immigrant who is doing the best he can do. Please stop with the rude comments!

Updating my review from 7 years ago when I bought the coffee machine.

Tragically a few weeks ago our machine started giving us problems. I don't know if 7 is old in coffee shop years, but like our trusty dog getting up in age she was no longer performing as fast as she once was. She wasn't as reliable, some error messages that didn't make sense, some random shut downs, some leaks where there weren't leaks before. We grew concerned, gave her extra attention, a thorough cleaning, but the end seemed inevitable.

And then one day, nothing. Sure it would try to turn on, you could tell it wanted to, she struggled to start up. But that was it, no more coffee. The first few mornings were, well, mournings. We pulled out the camping aeropress, but it wasn't quite the same.

Thankfully, the folks at Myric are miracle workers. After a brief chat on the phone I put the machine in the mail, and a week later a box showed up at our house. A WEEK! With a stat holiday in there, and shipping! They fixed her up, she's as good as new, and we're excited for many more years together.

So I want to thank both the shop and the service side of Myric for their excellent customer service, as I enjoy a fresh brewed espresso.

Great customer service. I got a great espresso machine and enjoyed some good coffee while getting a tutorial. Very knowledgeable, and I'm sure if any issue arise they'll be just as accommodating. Nice to see successful small shops like this are still around.

We just had our canner in this morning.
Service and all was fantastic, it was well wrapped and everything I arrived as they said it would.
L'equipement que j'ai commande est arrive ce matin exactement comme promis, bien emballe et tout. Les instructions en francais inclues. Tout en bonne condition.
I would gladly do business again with them if ever I had an important and expansive kitchen tool addition in the future as all went so smoothly.
Je vais de bon gre refaire affaire avec ces gens si j'ai besoin de leur services dans le futur, comme tout c'est TRES bien passer.

Do not buy. This company sell the item which never had in stock. Wait 45 days. Never respond. Made claim to PayPal to get refund.

I was misinformed about the product and when I received it, I requested a refund. They asked me to charge it at my own dime and then did not even refund me fully because the box is in imperfect conditions. They deducted $40 for that. Bunch of crooks.

DO NOT BUY FROM MYRIC! They take your money but don't have the product to ship you. I have asked for my money back but keep getting the run around. I have filed a complaint with Pay PAL. Next is Visa!

If you want truly wonderful service, these guys set a fine example. I've shopped there for a decade now for small appliances and parts, cool little kitchen gadgets for gifts. They are also the best place for Lampe Berger.

I cannot recommend them enough.
