Nando's PERi-PERi

Not the same as it use to be. Service and the food has changed. The garlic toast use to be so tasty and cooked well. Some slices were undercooked and some really burnt. When we asked for another batch of garlic toast because too many were burnt for my 2 year old daughter to eat, the waitress just said “well, you’ll have to wait because there’s others who ordered garlic toast too” we had a different server serve us our food with no plates. We had to ask another server for plates. Another table who came after us got their food before us. We ordered the same thing. The servers were all over the place and didn’t know which food belonged to which table #. I use to love this place but I thought I’d give it another try today, but still disappointed. Few months ago our chicken was undercooked (still bloody near the bone) Cooks need to pay attention to this and should be consistent. Servers need to be more organized and friendly.

I use to come here because It’s cose to my house and I like chicken. Yesterday was the worst esperisce. I come for a family supper at 9 pm (Friday) they supposedly close at 10 pm. We order the food at 9: 10. We sit at the table and the metres start to pull up all the chair in the tables and clean the floor! We got the food around 9: 35 so we waited 25 minutes in this nice environment. Wile we eat our food they were still clean the floor around us. At 10 pm they told us to leave. Terrible!

Chicken is awesome, rice too, everything tastes good, very natural and healthy.
What is unacceptable is the service when you are the last one in the dining room and they want you to leave, even if it's not the closing time yet. Putting chairs up, broom floors (moving dust in the air) while you are supposed to enjoy your meal it's awful. I asked for a drink when I had stil 15 minutes to the closing time and the manager who served the beer was disgusting. You can not treat a customer like that. I feel bad for the kitchen guys, because they do an excellent work

Great chicken but for thanksgiving and Christmas they don't serve turkey which is a shame since they could make lots of money with a peri peri turkey dish. The cashier Jennifer did such a great job she needs a raise or even a bonus.

Nice food if youre craving for Portugese Peri-Peri Chicken! Price is reasonable, place is super nice!

Wouldn’t even give a star. Worst experience, and I would never go there again. Me and my family went there and ordered food. Took them about two hours to serve food and employee “May” was very rude so we didn’t dine in that night. Just because we brought up the fact that how long they take to serve. She disrespected me and my family and refused us to serve food the next time we went to the same location and told us to go to a different location if we are hungry. Came here on a Wednesday afternoon for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The food arrived promptly. The chicken was tender and perfectly cooked, however the fries were on the salter side. The Freestyle Coca Cola machine had various flavors not available, which was slightly disappointing. The server was very friendly, but was a bit awkward and on the slower side (maybe new staff?). But overall I enjoyed my experience and would come here again!

We came here at random to enjoy a family lunch. Upon entering the establishment, the place looked clean and orderly. The waitress was super kind and welcoming. However, once sitting at the table the seats and the table were all sticky. The plates didn't seem as clean as they could be and some hairs were found around the food. I didn't make a fuss about anything however and politely finished our meal. The food itself was surprisingly good but nothing spectacular. The waitress was super kind and she made the whole experience bearable. I'd give a 2.5 but rounded down to 2 because it just is not a 3.at all.

Room for improvement - cleanliness, attention to detail on food and quality of food. Owner needs to revisit this location and do better. Lots to improve on here.

Recognition - Super kind and warm hearted server. Should be looking at moving to a better establishment in my opinion

I like the new server that is currently working there. We need more people like this in this type of position.

This young lady worked the whole restaurant of 20 tables. With a positive attitude. And an amazing memory.

A hidden gem, not being aware of this location for Nandos which is familiar to me from England! This particular Nandos cuts the biscuit and I would definitely return on a regular basis; the food, the ambience and the staff that go out of their way to ensure you are satisfied with the order welcome you with sincere warmth; Moreover, we received en gratis fries and Portuguese tarts.

Wish I never went! The rice was hard and spicy. I asked for mashed potatoes, they gave me rice.the fries were in small portion amount, the. Food was cold.chicken was undercooked and they rush the process of cooking meat properly, no one was wearing hair nets! Be careful everyone! Money Not well spent! I will Never go back to Nandos!

First time trying Nando's. Wasn't too bad. I asked for a buger and got a wrap instead. The amount of sauce they used made the wrap super soggy. Even my planish chicken haf some kick. Wide variety of fountain drinks so that is good.

Totally disappointed as we are going to this location for so many years but now from last 2 visits not happy as what ever I ordered, getting order which is not properly made or missing ingredients.

We went to Nandos for my son's birthday and we loved the place, the food and the service was amazing. Definitely recommend this place

Hadn't been to Nandos in a while, so I was eager to try it again, and they rocked it! The chicken was perfect, moist, and delicious. The coleslaw was fresh and tasty, potato wedges were nicely cooked and seasoned, and the chicken sandwich was fresh and tasty. Portion sizes were exactly as advertised and were good for price paid. The service was good with acceptable wait time from order to plated and waited. I absolutely loved the music that was playing! It totally added to the atmosphere. The bathrooms were clean and functional. I will return to Nandos if my travels take me to that part of the city

Absolutely love this place the arugula and tomato is always fresh and the chicken and always tender. Had yo buy a bottle of their sauce to take home.

As always food is fantastic!
Service is fast and accurate.
Love to dine in or just call ahead to grab and go.
