NAPA Auto Parts - NAPA Calgary - Main Counter

Had a very bad experience with Tom T at this location. On Saturday I simply went to return 2 RV batteries and get my deposit back. I had my original receipt in hand. I was told that is not possible it had been 4yrs and I had passed my time frame to receive my deposit back. I tried to explain ti Tom he was incorrect and it was a deposit like a pop can. He increasingly became mad at me and told me I was wrong, that he had worked for NAPA for 9yr and yelled that I can’t “ tell me how to do my job”. In return I told him he needs more training and I left to head to the foothills NAPA. Sam at foothills had no problem taking the cores and apologized for how I was treated by Tom.
NAPA - Please speak with Tom, this is no way to be treated. I had planned on replacing my 2 dead batteries with new NAPA batteries. After that experience I’ll be going elsewhere.

I'm not sure how others feel but I've always been a Napa guy.never had any issues with shopping at any location or online purchases.

Had to pick up brake line, the fella there named Scott was super helpful and got exactly what I needed, very good service

Very disappointed. I bought a pair of windshield wipers. I bought the Trico ones and wasn't able to put them on. So I requested Justin for help. There were 2 persons helping the customers. Though it wasn't a busy day, both the folks were pretending to be busy. Justin said he is happy to help, but want to take care of the customers waiting on line. I understood his situation and waited. I waited for 50mins and he didn't show any sign of help even when the queue was cleared. I take this disrespectful and figured out he is in no intention to help me. So, I returned the items and left the store.
Later, I went to Auto Value auto parts on Midnapore. Even though it was a busy day, they were extremely helpful to swap the over engineered Trico wipers for me.
I don't think I will ever visit Napa auto parts again.

Horrible, unprofessional service, sold me an incompatible part for my vehicle and when I tried to install it I realized it wouldn't work so I brought it back to exchange it and was told they couldn't refund my money because there were some scratches on the part as a result of trying to install it in the wrong application. Also takes forever to get parts from them as they have to dig around in the warehouse to find the part, save yourself the hassle and just go to Canadian tire. At least the kids there don't pretend they know what they're talking about.

Went in today and got helped by Nafis. Really good service, the staff is very knowledgeable and polite.

I just went there and since I called before, they got the piece I needed, Scott was really helpful and attentive, great service!

Lots of stock at the warehouse off Blackfoot which is open late to the public. So its very convienient for the after hours home mechanic. Fast friendly knowledgeable service with parts onsite. No waiting until tomorrow for your part.

Very helpful customer rep. Had trouble installing the wipers, the customer rep figured it out within 5 mins!

You can find stuff here that is cheaper than at Dollarama and with the same (or even better) quality. This is the place to go if you are handy and need to get some things parts of your car fixed or cleaned. Good variety of products and nice staff.

Very accommodating and very helpful. Loved how they gave my kids popcorn and made us feel welcome.

Called to get a receipt for a product that I had bought. Product was never used, never opened, staff says 20 or so were purchased during my purchase date but will not give me a receipt or refund. Napa Calgary and all corporate stores are a joke.

Great place except that mouthy know it all girl behind the counter that tells people the wrong info
