I have ordered parts multiple times at this NAPA before and used to find them very reliable, however recently I was given an incorrect part number. I give three stars for the past reliability and have taken into consideration the possibility of new hires being involved with this transaction. (for those wondering the parts were break rotors and I did not even have to take them out of the bag to know they were not making it on my car)

I’m disappointed by this auto parts as every time I go there, they are out of stock for the item and parts that I want and they need to order it from Edmonton. Regular items such as engine flush and oil savers and you need to wait for days to have them shipped. Thank you but I prefer amazon if I have to wait for days for such an item.

Came to this location as we had some dashboard lights flashing, and a friend had told us that NAPA checks codes for free. I looked this up online to confirm, and found several instances where this appeared to be common practice.

Unfortunately, the clerk was adamant that they do not do this and that they are not technicians. Disappointing that there is conflicting information and that we could not get the help required.

Everything is double the price here.if you need parts hit up part source or auto value.they will have the best price and better stock.a muffler for truck is 60$ at auto value napa wants 100. Not worth the trouble with the way things are now days I'd say corporate greed has struck this place. Great staff don't get me wrong super friendly and they know their stuff.just not worth paying double.heck a rebuilt alternator is half the price at autovalue.

They were fine, but sold me the wrong part and the time it took us to McGuver a fit it was to late because they were closed.

I went in thinking my car battery was quiting. One of the very friendly and knowledgeable guys tested my battery and alternator free of charge. Great customers service, highly recommended! Thank you!

My first time dealing with NAPA but now I'm a convert. Clean storefront, staff who know vehicles, efficient. They even answer the phone!

Amazing staff. I literally just phoned them and they taught me all about windshield repairs. The staff who answered the phone gave me the honest information about the windshield kits.

I would avoid this place. Went in for a diagnostics on my car they gave me a big list of repair (fair enough). They didn’t check my tires just a month after my tire came off due to loose nuts and blots. Basic thing to check. Also over priced for repairs.

Good service, helped me find and deliver a replacement battery and replacement wiper blade.

Best experience I’ve had looking for a part. Lost a bolt on my caliper and couldn’t for the life of me fine it anywhere, called up Sam at Napa North hill and he took it upon himself to find all the bolt specs, and when he couldn’t find a part in stock, he went through the shop bolt supply to find one to match the specs that I could trim and make fit. Will definitely be calling them up next time I need a part
