Allie was very helpful and understanding after I had purchased the incorrect part. He assisted in processing a quick return and finding the correct replacement after I had brought in the failed bulb to match. Will be back in the future!

Bought injectors for my mustang. More expensive than the other shops to start, but they had them in stock. I assumed I was buying new injectors for nearly $700, but they were “refurbished”. But really they came coated in grease smelling like gas, and one was broken. I was not informed that I was buying refurbished injectors, and I stated that I wanted new ones for my car. I have never truly had a positive experience there, including their prices and actually receiving the correct part, but this made me go Karen. NAPA is a last resort for me. I don’t know if they just don’t know what they’re doing, or if they don’t care. This is for the backyard mechanics who cannot afford to waste $700 on junk, stock injectors.

Had a great experience today. I came in looking for a part for my jeep, sadly your store was out of stock and the closest part was a day or 2 away.

However Rob was extremely helpful, he called another store to help track this down for me.

Rob also has a lot of knowledge on my series of jeep, he gave advice on some future work I have to do on it. Overall great experience and given me a resource on my projects.

NAPA's business model is to stock parts and assist customers in identifying required parts. Nothing is ever in stock and when parts are ordered in they are consistently wrong. Offering a standard exchange policy is irrelevant and does NOT solve the issue of 4 hours of wasted time.

As some other reviewers say, it really depends who you get at the front desk. The guy I dealt with was rude and unhelpful. I asked about getting correct replacement bulbs (for side marker lights) on my vehicle, but according to the guy side marker lights don't exist on vehicles.

He didn't ask about the bulb type, just silent like I asked something absurd. Not thinking much of it, I gave the bulb details anyway and was then corrected on the pronunciation of the bulb brand name. Obvious at that point it was clear the guy didn't want to be there.

When the customer is being the friendly one and gets attitude back, it's not a great first impression. In the end I bought the bulbs, but won't be returning to this NAPA location again in future.

Employee helped me find everything I needed and gave suggestions for optional parts.
