NAPA Auto Parts - Southtown Auto & Industrial Supply Ltd

I called in about getting some paint mixed. Told them the color code and color name and was told that they have about 9 different shades of that color. So i decided to bring in a can of the exact color i needed that still had paint in it. When I got there I was greeted by two friendly staff member who pointed me over to the paint counter where I was met by Mark. Now I don't know if it was because it was close to the end of the day, or because I am a woman and have never used Napas paint products so was unsure of whats what, or he was having a bad day but Mark was a D**k. Very rude, not at all helpful. He just gave me all the shade samples and said thats what we have. He didn't offer any help or consideration on picking the right one. Just pick one. Where's this state of the art technology mentioned on the site for paint? For the maybe 4 questions I asked each one he made me want to never come back to that store more and more. Worst of all now that I have spent $60 on two cans of paint and painted a entire fender I found out its not the right shade! The person I was doing it for is not impressed.

The guy running the paint desk had zero customer service. He approached the counter and said nothing. I asked for a paint match while providing all my vehicles information. He said nothing. I asked "did you need something else? ". Finally he replied "I need the paint code. Call your manufacturer and then come back. " then he walked away. I won't be going back to this location.

Really happy with the service here. I purchased a cabin air filter and was having issues with getting my glove box latched after replacing it. One of the employees was walking by and asked if I needed assistance and spent a couple minutes making sure it was right. Then he told me “now you can have a nice day! ” I sure did, he went above and beyond to make sure of it. I really did appreciate it, a small act of kindness can go a long way.
