I have been coming to this NAPA on and off as my car has dictated and have always had a great experience. Recently I came in looking for a few parts and was helped by a gentlemen named Alex. He was extremely helpful and very friendly. He managed to help find one of the parts I was looking for and further was able to point me in the direction of where to locate a part I needed that NAPA unfortunately didn't carry at the time. Additionally he provided a referral for an auto service garage to help with a fix I required (to which they offered me a discount in comparison to other local rates for service).

I really appreciate the work you do over there Alex and Crew!

In and out in under 5 minutes to get a replacement light bulb. The staff member was very helpful, located what I needed and reminded me to check the bulb before opening the package in case an exchange or return was necessary.

Have bought a couple of basic automotive stuff from here the owner/operator is always helpful and never had any problems but only good experience here

Can't believe how crusty the employees are here. Walked in, didnt even get greeted which is surprising cause so many customers probably hate this place and I was the only customer. Hope the person who called at around 4: 40pm on June 8th for brakes sees this. After the arrogant employee hung up he says to his co worker "you dont need new fricken brakes in 2022, especially on a Honda". Get a new job if u don't like helping people find parts. Heard from so many people that this place is a joke and I wanted to see for myself. They were right and I can't wait to see this place turns into a sushi place because it will go out of business.

Not a great experience with the lad on the phone today. Was very disrespectful and condescending. Have had similar experiences with the same person. So have fellow friends. Awful customer service. Wont be shopping at this location ever again.

I was in the store at 112 Nw. This morning around 1130 am. There was two men behind the counter having some kinda conversation among each other. I stood by the counter waiting for help and seems I a. Invisible even though I am 6 plus feet man. I ask him if he could give me hund and he told me that he don't help people whom are over the phone coming into the store. The strange thing about it was that I wasn't over the phone. I was actually talking to my self amazed by their behavior why this two people doing nothing not welling to help. I left the store very disappointed with the service I accounted. The thing this people didn't understand was that I am Aldo bussiness owner into the community and this kinda behavior will not be tolerated by any means in my store. I also understand the power of this kinda comment to the bussiness a d I home someone will read and make the appropriate change so no one will go through this agian

Best ever customer service
I had to ask the guy 'a name to give 5 star! Who helped me with no charge with simple car remote start battery service!
His name is John
I definitely come back and get service through him!
This is the proper customer service regardless money making customer or not

When I came to this NAPA store to return an item, I was helped by an older gentleman who I must say was impeccably rude. He was quite disrespectful and said that nothing he could do would ever please me and asked me "Well, what do you want me to do about it then? ". I then called later and confronted him and said I was disappointed with my experience and he said nothing at all - I received silence. Until I prompted to say something, which he then said "I have nothing to apologize for and nothing will please you. I can't do anything about it now". He then proceeded to say "So is that all then? ". I politely asked to speak with a manager and he said there was no manager there. He didn't offer a phone number or any way to contact a manager, acting like he was the only contact to that store. It's unfortunate that he was unable to act like an adult and take ownership for his behaviour. It's a shame because I've had very positive experiences at other NAPA locations. If you do have the choice, I suggest to go to a different location where you will be treated with dignity and fairness.

This was the worst experience I've had at a Napa. Out of the two staff there I thought one was a customer and I patiently waited while they talked amongst themselves for 15 minutes and ignored me. I finally asked very kindly for a seal puller when the one guy mocked me and the other simply said "nope" and they went back to talking to each other. Save yourself the trouble of encountering the rude staff at this location.

The guys here are awesome! Never had any issues or problems with them and the staff are super welcoming and friendly. Definitely would recommend coming here.

I’ve been into this store many times. I’ve always had great customer service with any of the staff I’ve dealt with. Their new store front looks great. Staff is always knowledgeable. Thanks guys! Keep up the great service.

Andrew and his staff are always helpful. We pick up parts there almost every morning. They are friendly and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend this location!

Went to this location twice, both times I had a different employee. They must of both had the same training of:
1.) Unfriendly
2.) Hate my job
3.) Don't care if customers come back
Well, let's just say I won't be back. I will go somewhere else that actually appreciated my business.

Staff is very unpleasant to deal with. Been here twice and both times staff was very disrespectful and rude. Great selection of car items and tools but this place definitely needs better staff. Would not recommend.

Went to buy a spark plug not knowing much about engines and the older employee without hair laughed at me for not know the model number I will not be returning to this location because of that gentleman he has no knowledge on how to treat customers

Single handedly the worst Napa AutoParts location. God forbid you ask them a question without getting a judgemental response back. The first two occasions I didn’t make much of it, same thing happened today and I immediately recognized the employee as the one from the last time. I’ll happily hike over to the Barlow location next time and save myself the trouble.

Probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went into the location looking for a part. The young man who was "helping" me was waiting on line with what I am assuming was a personal matter. When he went in the back to try and get my part, the call he was waiting on was disconnected. This made the young man upset and he walked away from me swearing! I would not shop here ever again. I know we are moving to a digital world, but if you are working at a brick and mortor location, there are certain customer service expectations.

On their website shows its open at 8 am. So i went there at 8: 30 but the store is still close. On their website too they have a brake pad for my toyota camry but when they check it its on their warehouse and they said if i can wait for 2 hours they go and get it. So disappointed they should update their website

Very disappointed about their customer service. I walked in with my family just to check for parts while my car was getting serviced at an adjacent business.definitely one of the most alienated feelings I ever had. We felt all three of us were being judged; both workers standing idle at the register never said a single word for the ~3-4 minutes we were there, even though we were the only customers in the store mid-morning. Quick glances up proved they were just staring at us, not even talking to each other. As I left I said "Thank you", only to have rather disgusted/disgruntled looks on both their faces. We all agreed if it was someone of their same nationality they would have greeted us at the least. Now that I need a new air filter I will either be looking to travel all the way to the 16th Ave NAPA or doing online shopping from another retailer.

Went in last Saturday at 4: 54pm in need of DEF fluid. They told me "sorry bud we've cashed out for the day" which was pretty disappointing since they don't close until 5pm. Needless to say I will simply drive the extra 2 minutes to Canadian Tire in the future.

Came in after finding out that the local Honda dealer didn't stock the crush washers I needed for a diff.fluid change. They didn't have the part number but checked some of the forums for me. They were able to find the exact size and material crush washers I needed and saved me a lot of effort trying to find them. Thanks a bunch guys!

Fast! I ordered two rotors on a Saturday night that were not in stock, I got a call from the store that they were in on Monday afternoon. Nice!

They didn't have what I needed but brought it in for the day after. Way cheaper than anywhere else for Guage 4 wire.
