My experience was incredible. Jenaveive was very helpful and super nice and knows her custermor service very well. Out of a ten she's a 10.

Very bad experience here. I placed an online order for next day delivery. It says I will recieve an email when the order is out for delivery. I waited until afternoon the next day and there was no email. I called them to ask. They said there's no driver to deliver that day. So then what is next day delivery? As I need the item I ordered on that day, I ended picking up my order. But then I did not get the refund for the delivery fee as they said they could not do the refund at that time. They said they'll just leave a note for the manager and I'll have ro call the next day. So next day I called and they said I need to come back to the store for.the refund. It was a simple.order that has given me a lot of inconvenience.

Update:
Just to reply to the owner's comments about no deliveries on weekends. It is not indicared on rhe site. I checked again and could not find any note anything like that. So I think that is not true. If there is, it must be hidden well. In the email I recieved for my order it says estimated delivery is Saturday, April 8. Saturday is a weekend, isn't it?

Also note that I placed my order before 3: 30pm, not 5: 27pm. The email I recieved for my order confirmation, I received it at 3: 29pm. There seems to be lot of false or lies in the owners comments below.

Sold me the wrong parts for my truck. They refuse to return their unused NAPA brand auto parts because (1 "the computer says that's right" 2) I don't have a receipt for parts I ORDERED UNDER MY NAME 3) It's been longer than 30 days because I took their unuseable parts with me on the road trip I was embarking on when the mechanical problems occured, leaving me stuck on the side of a mountain road in BC with parts that don't fit my truck. My opinion, after this whole experience. Go to Bumper to Bumper, or order online, don't waste your time with this business. These people are only there to get a pay cheque and are both ignorant and incompetent, they are not there to help you at all.

Always great service. Not happy about the website and parts that are supposed to work. Otherwise the return policy is quick and simple.

We were served by willow! Amazing absolutely Amazing she knew exactly what part I needed and found it fast on the computer. Very knowledgeable Employee seriously awesome so pleased by her professionalism and great attitude. Great communication skills! Thank you.

They do not belong to the customer and they do not understand anything. I asked for a parts to my car, it did not come. I do not advise anyone to go there. They do not understand those who work on the front, the prices are very high

Sam at the front counter was quick to help me find what i needed in store, and was able to bring in an item quickly that was not currently in stock.
