Why are prices here higher than any other Napa I’ve ever been to in my life. Save your money and go somewhere else, 17$ for an oil filter that sells for 11 bucks at other locations. And that’s just the start. Do not waste your time here

Every time i go to this location & ask for parts i literally found on the napa site myself with the part number on hand the staff make such a simple task a headache.i don't know if they train the staff or if they just hire people off the street, knowing stuff about automotive and vehicles in general is part of the job description isn't it? Y'all Hiring? The computer can't do their job, they need to actually know what they're looking for.

My husband, being a mechanic, is helping his buddy fix his Volkswagen toureg. He ordered a new starter. Took about the entire vehicle to find out they gave him the wrong starter. Not even remotely. The same part. What an absolute waste of time. These guys have no knowledge other than what a computer says. Really goes to show how much care Part source put into training their employees the right way.

Contacted NAPA head office to see if I could return an item. Gave them my part number and told them the package was open. They looked up the part to see if I could return this item opened. They said yes, 100% shouldn’t be a problem to return it.

I go to the store and MALCOM doesn’t even look at my item or my receipt, he sees it is open and says “can’t return that” and that’s it. I had to fight with him to have my item returned, I told him head office said it could be returned and he still argued. I told him to call his head office to confirm.

After publicly fighting with me infront of 3 other customers, he took my return but made a ton of rude remarks during the process about how their return policy is on the wall. NO where does it state OPEN packaging is unacceptable.

Another young gentleman working with glasses was quite nice, he apologized several times on behalf of Malcom. While Malcom was arguing with this young guy offered to return it when he was finished with his client.

But MALCOM needs to learn a little bit about customer service as that is NOT how you talk to people.

Horrible service, Arrogant and argumentative employees would just recommend a drive to part stop

These guys have been there for me with my classic van, it is very difficult to get parts for it.as it is 36 years old. Some parts are a bit more pricy than other parts retailers but I guess they often have just what I need

Good place to go if you need parts for your vehicle I know I went there I gave up five stars for customer service and finding what I'm wanting for my vehicle it was awesome recommended to anyone

Got yelled at by a parts person for asking to get 2 piece track bar bushings. He put his hands down and started yelling that my car only comes with 1 piece track bar bushings. He then looked like he wasnt going to even attempt to look it up.

I calmly told him my buddy had just bought 2 piece bushings and he then said yes not for this car though.

I replied could you just humour me and look. And low and behold napa does have 2 piece track bar bushings.

He went quiet and ordered the parts. I then left and went to a different parts store to order the 2 piece from them instead.

This is not the first time ive been treated this way by this location. I will no longer be going to the spruce grove location and will instead be driving to the west edmonton location.

I asked the girl if I could open the package to look at the resistors inside, and she said "don't wreck my box" giggity giggity
