I moved to Calgary and the area last year and went searching for a small business I could trust to have our vehicles serviced. Carlos and the team really care about customer service and are a pleasure to work with.

Change is always scary. We decided to take our 1997 Mitsubishi Delica to these guys because we saw that they had about 3 - 4 Delicas outside at any given time so I thought.these guys must be the guys!

When they first called me back after the initial inspection I was a little surprised at the needs for my van because I thought it was in much better shape and of course, you always think that new places are trying to take advantage of you. But once Carlos took the time to explain all of the delinquent items and the reason for their importance, I felt so much more knowledgeable about my own vehicle, even more than before, and I felt very grateful and comfortable to move forward with the repairs with these guys.

I would recommend these guys again and will be going back in the future.

We came to this garage for a starting and carburetor problem. The receptionists laughed in our faces and sent us elsewhere. Luckily, the head mechanic was there to help us, as we couldn't restart.

There was a leakage in my air conditioner and I took the car at this mechanic shop for diagnostic to identify what needs to be done to fix it. Front desk quoted $145 for diagnostic. Got a call back from owner after few hours and said they have done the diagnostic and there is a leak which I told them when I dropped the car as I had tried to refill but heard the leakage. He said he want me to pay another $350 to now identify where exactly the leak is and it could be either the compressor or the hose. It will cost $1800 to replace the compressor and and $1300 if it is a hose. It totally felt like a trap and initial cost of diagnostic was charged for nothing. When I went to pick up the car, they billed me $175 for initial diagnosis vs.quoted $145. When I challenged, the owner took the shop supplies off and I paid $145. I did not feel he was genuine but a trap to approve them proceeding further and replace the compress or Jose. I would not recommend this place to anyone instead l, spent a bit more and take it to a reliable shop where you can trust as I paid $145 for something that I told them when booked the appointment. Waste of time and money.

Been working with Carlos, Angel & the whole Chinook clan for years. I have many cars & trucks of ages ranging from 1952 - 2012. Always receive great service, support, & advice.

Very professional service and great atmosphere in terms of the people that work there. Highly recommend this shop as they always make me feel like I’m being treated fairly.

Carlos and his team have been taking care of several vehicles for me for a number of years now. I can't say enough wonderful things about them. They are honest, transparent, incredibly helpful, and easy to work with. The only place I have never felt anxious dealing with for repairs or maintenance. I trust them implicitly and that trust has been repaid, time and again. 2 thumbs up from the frazzled mom!

Terrible experience, waste of my time, the receptionist is kind, but I will never come back. They are not pro like their name. NAPA Autopro.

I called in to ask about the service (Transmission fluid flush with my own fluid). They said it would be okay, 100$. They would charge me an additional amount for the filter. I said ok.

In the following week, I called again to confirm about the service with a mechanic, also to book an appointment. They required my car for a full day. I agreed because I knew the job needed 1.5-2hrs of work. At this point, I got my own filter as well.

2 weeks after, I dropped off my car at 8: 30am, left fluid and filter in the car. At 9: 15am, when I was on my way home, they called me and said that because it was an internal filter, it would require 3.5hr of work and the cost would be 195$.

LOL. There is only one filter and it is internal, obviously. Also, if it is just about draining and re-filling, 100$ is hilarious with my own fluid (30m of work).

The information was so inconsistent and confusing. I strongly recommend you do not come and use their services as I lost my time and effort (1.5hrs) for nothing. Zero trust.

Brought a 1995 Saturn SL1 here for an inspection and some minor repairs on a Saturday. The team did a good job sorting out the items of concern. Happy with the service.

Installed block heater in a timely matter after it was discovered that the one I brought in was not compatible with my car.

Brought my ‘08 Torrent in right after Xmas holidays for some repairs needed to get my heat back on. They fixed it right up and it cost less then the original estimate given, which was a bonus. Thank u so much!

Service included changing plugs, fixing a faulty sensor, servicing transmission and brake fluid, and resolving an oil leak. All repairs done well and vehicle is running like new!

Very good service. Quick and efficient, reasonable cost. Definitely will return for other work on my older Subaru

Friendly and informative. They listened to my concerns And fixed only what I requested. No extra this or that. Also had a loaner car for me to use Thanks guys. I will be back for any other repairs I may need.

This will be my mechanic going forward. They were so professional. Sent me photos of all the parts that needed repair. Explained everything to me. Didn't pressure me to get anything done. Followed up after the service to make sure everything was running well. Just a great experience from start to finish.

Dropped my jeep off for full maintenance repair and service super friendly people very fast and efficient and great with there follow up from management thanks Carlos! Would strongly recommend.

While driving from Golden, BC recently my wiper malfunctioned with an issue I had been assured had been fixed. Scary and frustrating! They were able to find the issue and replace the wiper motor. I appreciate the time they took to find the problem and get it fixed properly

Great service and a very comprehensive vehicle inspection. They worked on my daughters first car so she was thrilled with the way her car drives!

I came here to torque my lug nuts before go to the Manitoba. Friendly customer service and within 5mins they did it. I’m happy with it.

Went in to get a block heater installed and it was excellent! The lady at the desk is lovely with a great sense of humor and they did an amazing job. The price was great too! Definitely would recommend.

Ac system went down and after testing they replaced ac compressor. Now have AC galore! Thanks Carlos!

I had my vehicle in to have the brakes done, I dealt with Carlos who was quite pleasant. After a couple weeks of having the vehicle back was having similar issues so brought it back and they fixed it saying it was a faulty part. A week after that was still having issues and took it back to shop. Unable to find an issue so had to take to another shop.

I found every body very friendly Sam who I talked to first was very friendly and Michelle who was able to answer my questions and had lots of knowledge and very friendly and Carlos the mechanic was very easy to talk and friendly and I felt comfortable to talk about my car and ask questions and he explained things.fixed my car really good and fast. I found the price really reasonable. I will be going back for sure.

Sam was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Great customer service, they were willing and available to answer any and all questions.

Carlos and his team are professional, are great at communicating and explaining the issues with your vehicle, and look out for you when it comes to repairing/replacing only the “required” items. Highly recommended and would go back to them for future repairs for my Delica.

I've been going to Heritage autopro for a couple of years now. Carlos the owner and his staff are great. They are very friendly, helpful, quick and best of all they do above average work in my opinion. Also they do have a service loner, if it's available. I keep going back so that should say something about this business. I would definitely recommend this shop for any of your vehicle needs.

At Napa Heritage, I have always received excellent service on my vehicles. Their staff have gone out of their way to find the cause of some difficult or unusual problems, and have come up with solutions. I highly recommend their service.

Hands down the best service I've ever received in Calgary. Carlos and Jesse took such good care of me and my big ol' Chevy van. They're fast, reliable and they don't screw you around trying to sell you things you don't want or need. Every time I went in for work they went above and beyond to make sure everything was working the way it should. I'm about to move away from Calgary but will definitely be recommending these guys to anyone who asks!

Best experience I have ever had. The staff is very friendly and explains everything to you in a way you can understand. My service was very through and prompt. If you need your car serviced in any way I HIGHLY recommend seeing Jesse and Carlos. They go above and beyond to ensue you are satisfied!

Went in for an oil change and new windshield wipers. Jessie and the crew were very professional as I waited for the job to be done. The hospitality and the hot sauce was amazing. Yes, the owner makes his own hot sauce. I will be going back to get more work done as it is needed.

Some jerk took the core out of my mom's valve stem. I got the tire off and we went to the autopro because it was close to her place. They were amazing, very friendly and personable. We weren't there 5 mins and the plug was replace, the tire blown up to proper psi and no charge to my mom. Super professional and great people

I traveled around to twelve different mechanics in an attempt to get my school bus looked at because it broke down on a field trip. This napa store was the only place willing to send a mechanic out to take a look at it for me. It is nice too see that there are still mechanics that really care about there customers. Thanks guys, you are the best!

Absolutely the worst rip off auto repair shop. They quoted $1700 labour to install a used engine. The engine was $2900. They sprung a bill of $6200 at the end when all said and done. The manager was incredibly rude when we questioned him. Then we found out the engine we found was actually $500 less yet they conveniently didn’t tell us or deduct it. The place we got the engine from told us. After a dozen calls to them regarding this.they have yet to return the call. I would suggest going elsewhere if you want honesty.

Jesse is always very friendly and helpful, never a long wait to get my car looked at. When i got my service done I loved the digital inspection where I got sent a link to all the checks that passed and what was urgently needed to be fixed/replaced with photographs of the parts of the car that needed work, it made me feel like I wasn’t getting scammed into paying for more than what was needed. I also appreciate the quick response times whenever I get in touch. Would definitely recommend.

I needed a moufler replacement for my car needles to say how expensive the quotes I got from other places from $150 all the way to $350 I suply my own moufler Jesse the service manager was very helpful this guys got it done for me for less than $150. Great service honess pricing. Thanks for the help guys I can enjoy my music now thanks to you!

This garage has been in business for 20 years and at this location for seven. I took my car in for brake service. I received a text message with a link to the inspection results that provided photos of the parts that were recommended for replacement. A video was included describing the function of these parts and what happens when they are not replaced in time. The work was done the same day and my brakes no longer squeak. Good job!

Cannot Recommend this Auto Shop highly enough! Absolutely Outstanding Service! We were in a dangerous situation on Highway from Wheels being over torqued by a shoddy Shop in Edmonton. Jessie at Heritage answered our call first and was a great help & made us feel at ease. The Owner, Carlos Reyes; was professional, kind, understanding and 100% helpful! He immediately made time time for repairs on our Vehicle and discovered additional concerns. Mr. Reyes contacted Napa on our behalf!
