I would rather pay $500 to get something fixed here than $200 somewhere else. These guys are professional, my folks have gone to them, my grandparents have gone here, I've had neighbors who take their car here.

Scammy store tried to rip me off on an inspection on a vehicle. Do not recommend anyone give them any business whatsoever.

A friend who gets all his vechiles seviced and repaired at Dalzell’s told me to take my company truck there because they repair Diesel engines! My truck was running in limp mode and when I pressed the peddle, all you could see from my exhaust pipe was pure black diesel smoke! They were able to repair the problem, get rid of all the codes and now I’m up and running!

Hands down the best shop I've ever been to. My car broke down on a Wednesday night. I dropped it off here around 7am on the Thursday in a panic, telling them I needed to get home to Red Deer on Friday evening. They reassured me, calmed me down (lol), and provided detailed communication on what exactly was wrong with my vehicle, and what they were planning on doing to fix it. They were in contact with me every step of the way, called me every time they were about to fix something, and were very clear with the prices from the beginning, so there were no surprises payment-wise. Fantastic job guys, keep doing what you're doing, and thanks again for all your help; you guys literally saved me.

Absolutely love all the guys at Dalzells! I have been a loyal customer for more than 15 years now and refuse to go to anyone else. They always make sure my vehicle is safe and never do any unnecessary work, and my car is always cleaner leaving there than when I arrived. We had Mike assist us with our 2013 Chevy Tahoe, he was not only on time with the repairs and diagnostics but provided incredible detailed communication in regards to everything and anything the vehicle needed and the attributed cost of repairs. I live in Beaumont at the moment and am more then happy to drive to the north side of Edmonton because I know my vehicle is in the best of hands! The shop is immaculate and my vehicle came out a lot cleaner then it went in which is a bonus.

I have been taking my classic cars to Dalzell's for years. The gentleman who works on my cars is Glen. He is a true car enthusiast and is able to work on old cars as well as dealing with the complications of a new vehicle. He takes great effort to do his absolute best. The car has fender protectors and the interior is protected while he does a test drive. I had my 60 Corvette in there and he tuned it beautifully. This week I took in my 65 Corvette that was running terribly. The brakes were 'spongy ' too. Glen performed a carburetor rebuild, worked on the brakes, and advised me the car needed a new radiator. These are typical problems with a car that has sat for years and years. Anyways, the car runs like a top now. They also track down OEM parts to keep the cars as original as possible. Quality work-quality prices. I recommend this shop!

First time needing to go to a mechanic. Was easy to work with, prices were reasonable, was talked through everything that would happen and I got it back same day. It was a smooth, easy process to my surprise being new to the experience.

I went to this shop for the first time yesterday and it was a fantastic experience! Mike was really great at explaining everything to me (I'm not the most car savvy) and despite finding out my car is almost toast, he had a great way of making me feel better about the situation. His honesty and advice was very much appreciated, and he did everything he could to give me all the options to help me stay within my budget. I definitely will be going back soon! Highly recommend!

These guys get it right! Pulling into a parking space next to a putting green set up for their clients to kill some time is great. Service was amazing and the phone call and e Mail was a nice touch. Todd and his staff certainly continue to reinforce the customer service that have kept this shop thriving for over 50 years. Special thanks to Dave, my Tesla looks as good as the day I got it.

Our family has been dealing with Dalzell's for decades and they have been awesome throughout all that time and have NEVER let us down. All of the staff are friendly, professional and are very good listeners. They are able to fix any problem that has ever occurred with our vehicles. Their quality of workmanship is astounding and they are always there for us in a pinch. Very unpleasant experience. My wife's windshield water pump goes off on it's own without control. I went there to check on it and it was my first time. Few hours later the guy on the front called with an estimate for the repair and was about $700. I asked him to give me the details for the cost, he said part of it is $340 for diagnostic and inspection ONLY, the rest for part and labor. For God sake how you gonna fix the problem without inspection. I was very flexible I told them I want to do the job here just dont charge the 340 inspection they said NO it's part of there JOB. I ended up paying $250 ONLY the owner wants to make it easier on me and problem Not solved. I dont know if all mechanic shops do the same, but it never happened to me like that. IMMAGINE EVERY TIME YOU NEED TO GO TO MECHANIC SHOPE YOU PAY THAT MUCH INSPECTION ONLY, I THINK ITS BETTER DEAL TO CHANGE CAR EVERY 2 YEARS.

This place fixed my car that I told them not to fix because it wasn't worth the large cost. Don't go here unless you want to be ripped off because there is no way a timing chain would go twice in a year.

I needed a timing chain for my car. A couple friends recommended Dalzell’s and glad I went there. The service was awesome, very clean shop, friendly helpful staff. And they even cleaned my car. This is my new go to shop.

I have a 1999 GMC truck that was in desperate need of some TLC. I worked with Mike to do a full inspection as well as various repairs to the engine components. Mike was very thorough and honest about my truck and it runs better now then it has in years. I will definitely be back to this location with my other vehicles in the future. I took in my 1967 Chevy II Nova for a wheel alignment Feb, 01,2019. Reception fella greeted me with a smile and was surprized I took out my car in such cold snowy weather. The mechanic that worked on my car was into old cars and took care of mine. All went well. A huge compliment on the spotless reception area and washroom. Looking into the shop it was clean, bright and extremely well organised. I highly recommend this neighborhood repair shop.

Decent prices very good service. Didn't like the fact that they wouldn't use parts i supplied. Their part cost me twice what i paid elsewhere
