Absolutely a AMAZING shop, beyond friendly and helpful front staff. They go the extra mile all the time. I have used them in the past for my truck. This morning I called regarding a wiper blade problem. They got me in right away, I pulled up J came out to take a quick look to see what was going on and was able to quickly fix it right there. I can not rave enough about this shop who is always more then patient and willing to discuss things when I call. My daughter also takes her vehicle there and they treat her equally amazing. Looking for amazing staff, honest and one that will treat you like family this is the shop for you.

They fixed my Tesla Model S battery and did a bunch of other fixes while they were at it. They saved me from having to pay Tesla 20k for a new batt. Excellent work! Thanks guys! So glad I came to you.

Had a 2014 Rav 4 inspection completed recently at this location, I am happy to say that not only was their customer service top notice, they are very thorough with their assessment! They even found a broken water pump but was quick to mention they did previous work on it and that it would be covered under their warranty! Pleasant surprise. The facility is very clean, coffee pods stocked and all. The bay is very open and seems like they take a lot of pride in their facility. Will be coming back and would recommend to anyone looking to do a full vehicle inspection. Last thing, it was a nice touch for them to include 2 water bottles after the warranty work was completed. Keep up the great work!

Great first time experience today. Will definitely be using their service again. The stater went today in my truck, had it towed there today at 130pm and had the truck fixed and back before supper. Had taken my week old Model X for an alignment check. Was worried if the rear tyres would wear out quickly due to the negative camber. A quick check by the tech- reported the alignment was perfect. “Peace of mind” wonderful staff and a must visit place for you EV maintenance.

The service was amazing right from the start, I stopped by without an appointment just hoping to get a quick estimate to repair minor body damage on my car, not only did they happily look at my car immediately but they were able to squeeze me in within 30 minutes to complete the work and had me back out the door in no time. They were quick to be able to fix my car and more importantly they were cheaper than the other estimate that I had, Scott and Chris went above and beyond and I would recommend anyone that needs automotive service to give them a try.

I don't remember exactly how many years ago, a friend of mine said I should give Chris a call if I needed anything for my vehicles. He was just starting up a new shop (and had mobile service at the time as well) in Airdrie and this friend said he was a great guy and an incredible technician.
Well that could not have been more of an understatement!
From day 1 you could feel the honesty, professionalism and intent to do what is in the best interest of the customer at all times!
Every vehicle I have (had) has been serviced at his shop since.
The team he has built through trust, teaching and just plain caring, is top notch! Everything they do or say is the highest of professional standards and you are treated with the utmost respect.
You will never again have to wonder if what is being quoted to you is neccesary. I know that is an anxiety for many people. It just does not exist here!
I could go on and on but you won't fully understand until you give them a shot.

I made an appointment with My Garage Airdrie for a full vehicle maintenance. Every step of the way, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful! I dropped my vehicle off right at opening (7: 30AM) and was provided a warmed up courtesy vehicle for the day. The vehicle was fully electric which was great as I did not have to gas it up upon return. They provided me text updates throughout the day, and a thorough report of the inspection with photos. Upon pick up, the dash had been wiped down of any dust and water bottles supplied in the front cup holders. The whole process was extremely pleasant and efficient. This is the first time I have taken my car to be serviced outside of a dealership and can confidentially say I will now be switching over to My Garage Airdrie!

Hands down the best experience I have had at any garage. The owner and staff go above and beyond! They had my vehicle done in a timely manner knowing I was leaving town. When another issue came up the following day, I reached out to the owner via email and told him what was going on. The next business day Chris contacted me, I was out of town at work but he had my vehicle towed to the shop (at their expense) so no other damages would be done and completely covered the repair cost. They even had my vehicle brought back to my home once the work was done so it was there for me when I returned. I was in complete awe when I seen that they had even detailed my vehicle and left a gas gift card inside! I highly recommend Chris and his team for any of your vehicle needs!

My Garage stepped up and went above and beyond, to help Brett over at All fitts after his shop burned down. I Had my vehicle serviced at All fitts just before Christmas, the vehicle developed a potential warranty problem from the repair. Since All Fitts was out of commission due to arson. Chris and his crew stepped up to help Brett out.

The entire situation did not end well for any party. I feel bad for "My Garage" having to get involved, and most likely working for
free, helping out Brett, and I feel bad All fitts burned down in the middle of all of this. This does show the community spirt we have in Airdrie, whe things go sideways

I don’t even spend money there but they’re always happy to help with advice over the phone. Chris, Chris & Jay are the guys I normally deal with but I’m sure they’re all just as awesome to deal with

Brought my vehicle in after hearing a noise after a tire change over at different business. They did a full inspection in my vehicle and identified some important things that needed to be dealt with on my vehicle. They were very accommodating on completing the work in parts to accommodate my budget. Scott is very personable and genuine. I will definitely be taking my vehicle back here in the future.

I don't think there are enough positive words in the dictionary to use to describe this team. I was highly recommended to them, and so I brought my ol' faithful, beat up little car from south calgary up to their shop, and they treated it like a Rolls Royce. Seriously, they went out of their way to help a thousand times over. Although it was a time consuming, tricky, and frustrating brake system issue, they did not stop until they had an answer. They went out of their way to drive for parts and fix it the same day I brought it in, while I was spoiled with a courtesy car in the meantime. They were honest, thorough, and did everything they could to accommodate me and my budget.
When I picked it up, they had cleaned it beyond any expectations (honestly I was almost concerned as I was wondering if the rust that was washed away was holding parts of it together) and the brakes felt brand new, better than when I bought it years ago. Scott, Dan, Jay, Michelle and Chris D.were the fantastic people I had the pleasure of working with directly, but I know the entire team must be as amazing as they are, and Chris even went out of his way to get me a new snowbrush as he noticed I had snapped the blade off of my own.
Absolutely the best mechanics you will find, you won't see better customer service anywhere else, I have been telling everyone I know and will continue to do so.

The service is extraordinary, Scott and his team were very friendly and helpful, & the prices reasonable. They kept me updated on how my repairs were going.

My mechanic was Hayley who did an awesome job! She is very conscientious and meticulous which I truly appreciate!

In the matter of full transparency, Scott took me into the shop area which was very clean and organized. He showed me further issues that had been discovered. I truly appreciated Scott providing that opportunity to me so that I could get a first hand visual and I even took photos to study later at home.

I was given a hybrid courtesy car, but was told if at anytime in the future, no courtesy cars were available a taxi service for pick ups & drop offs are available and would be covered by “My Garage! ”

I went to get my vehicle and they had washed the exterior, as well as under the hood! It looked like a brand new engine! Not only that but there were 2 bottles of water waiting in the console for me! WOW, just WOW! This gal will never set foot in a dealership again! “My Garage” is definitely a 10/10!

I have been chasing an frequent occurring intermittent multi fault for rep years now. I originally took my vehicle to the dealership to be charged $2000 to not fix the problem over 6 visits. By chance I came across My Garage on an internet search. I initially spoke with Scott for a longer than average amount of time describing my frustrations. Despite how busy he was. And made arrangements to bring my vehicle in. While the vehicle was in I exchanged insights with Scott looking for additional information to shed insights into what had already been done. I really wasn’t expecting revelations but after half the day they were done. Sweet hallelujah.
As a service manager myself in a different industry I realize that todays vehicles are not cheap. Given the resources they threw into this I was pleasantly surprised. My entire experience with this business were insightful, caring and professional. Scott and their tech Mike jumped into this with both feet and successful on a very unique repair. It has been a long time since ever receiving customer service with such a high degree of integrity. Very impressive. Thanks again.

Got many good reviews, before I dropped of my Ridgeline. Got a quote for a Timing Belt, and other work that was very close to the end bill. The shop kept me apprised of the work, and waited for my confirmation on extra work/parts that should be done.

I ended up picking up my Ridgeline, and the shop spent extra time doing a outside wash/wax and internal detailing.

5/5 star, will use again.

These guys are something else!

I dropped off the car for them to have a look at. They said it would take an hour and what it would cost. No problem. There was no error codes so I was at a loss.

They gave me a cool courtesy car in the mean time!

An hour later, Chris told me what was up (clogged catalytic converter) and he had already figured out what had happened (ignition coil issue fixed months ago) which I confirmed.

He said they could fix it, but minute muffler in Calgary (A great shop I've used before) would be able to do the job far cheaper, and why. He had also called them to confirm!

I looked at the invoice, exactly as quoted, with a very detailed list of everything they did, and why!

I was already blown away, but then I walked out and saw that they had washed AND WAXED the car!

You really can't beat the service at this place!

Fantastic service, very clear and transparent with the work being done. I personally have been looking for a good garage for a while, and I'm convinced this one is it!

We had to book our car in and since we already had our other vehicle in there we decided to go back. We were not disappointed. Rob was so wonderful to work with and explained things in a way I would understand, and he really worked with us and our budget! Thanks for everything!

Brought my 2007 Mazda 3 in with a check engine light to be diagnosed and fixed. The customer service was excellent, the technician identified the problem quickly, and I was communicated with frequently during the diagnoses and repair. Thanks guys!

I ordered an oil change and rotate on winter tires + a detailed inspection that they sold me on.
Pros: They are friendly and seem to used good parts I liked that they cleaned my suv and put 2 bottles of water in the cup holders and gave me a loner car while they worked on the car.
CONS: Definitely over sold their inspection service on the phone. Did not inspect the things I was worried about and said it's an extra charge after they did the service but on the phone they said they will. Prices are at the high end of autoshops, same as dealer pricing, dealer pricing can be lower when they have a special. Not sure why they have 5 stars. Would not go again.

Be Aware!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was shocked when I recently brought my vehicle in for a check engine light and oil service. I received an extremely high quote. Interestingly, the quote was a verbal not in writing.

One of items/jobs was a sensor. I was quoted $1100 and told that only the best parts are used and that the job required removal of the manifold, hence the high quote.

Other recommendation was a complete brake job, also $1000-$1100. There were a few other suggestions (filters, etc) and all totaled my bill would be $2700 + tax.

I became suspect when I looked up the sensor and the most expensive available in the marketplace was $150.00. When I question this business, I was told that I could find lesser quotes but that they only used the best quality parts. I called a friend who is an airplane mechanic for his opinion and advice. Luckily for me, he offered to repair the vehicle for me.

Sensor - $150.00 - labour time to repair was 1 hour and manifold was not required to be removed. Brakes, pads, rotators replaced - calipers not required - purchased better & best level parts - cost of parts around $300 - labor 2-ish hours.

In fairness, all the items diagnosed were correct with the exception of the calipers.

Moral of the story, do your due diligence and don't just blindly trust.

Chris, you make a lot of assumptions. I hardly think a person who has been a licensed airplane mechanic for over 20 years, qualifies as a "backyard incompetent". Pretty confident that if he can manage a fleet of airplanes, he is more than qualified to repair my "Hyundai Accent". Lol His warranty on labour is lifetime, much better than yours. Again, I did heed your education regarding good-better-best parts and purchased the quality parts.

Yes, I was taken aback by your incredibly high quote during our conversation. I did get a couple other quotes and they were half of yours. Had you of even been in the ballpark I would have proceeded. Typical to blame the customer.

Yes, there were several items that are "consumable parts" that everyone requires replacement of (filters, oil change, etc.) The spark plugs and transmission oil change were " recommendations". I did complete all recommendations. The knock sensor was not a result of any kind of negligence whatsoever. I will take responsibility for naively thinking that I could occasionally drive my car during the pandemic, given that my at my previous service/inspection you notified me I had 10 -20% left. My fault - lesson learned.

None of your comments negate or justify the incredibly high quote. Other consumers are free to make the best decision for themselves.

I have no negative comments regarding assessment, proposed quality of parts or warranty.

My brother recommended this place to me and I took my car there for an insurance inspection. Unfortunately it didn't pass for a plethora or reasons, but everyone there was very nice. They explained things in ways I could understand because I'm not car savvy, and were honest. When they told me the bad news, they were gentle. There's so much more I could say. I greatly appreciate the team here, and I will only take my cars here as long as their business is operational.

When I realized I needed my brakes done right away I called allfits first and they didn't seem to want to help. I found my garage on maps couldn't believe they had a 5 out of 5-star rating so I called them. Scott was extremely helpful and friendly and got me in as soon as possible they did a fantastic job with unmatched customer service. This will be my go-to shop in the future

A couple of months ago I took my van in due to a phantom current draw. This draw would drain my battery dead in 2 days. This was a very hard problem to track down and they did it. Found a used part to replace the suspect part for a fair price. When installing the replacement part they found out that they had misdiagnosed the problem. Hey, it happens. The problem was after the part they thought was bad.

They proceeded to find and fix the problem. They bill was for less than expected AND they gave me the replacement part that, I had agreed to buy, for no charge. They could have very easily just fixed the problem and told me the part had been bad. But, no, they did the right thing.

Very impressed with their integrity. Even though I do most of my own repairs, I will be back to see them. Awesome service.

Chris and his team are second to none. When Chris used to own another shop in town we had exceptional service from Chris specifically. Because of that experience it was a must to move our mechanic needs over to My Garage. We actually just bought a new van and decided to forgo the "free" oil change package at the dealarship and instead maintain our van at My Garage. Definitely worth it to know we are always getting honest opinions and quality work. And a shout out to the rest of the team there. Everyone we have ever dealt with has been extremely friendly and informative. Definitely like the report they text you at the end, complete with a pic of your vehicle. The little things always go a long way! Oh, and definitely appreciated the use of loaner car! Its nice to have my vehicle in for service while still being able to go about my day.

This is a good honest shop to take your vehicle to. They where honest enough to tell me when the repairs were going to exceed my vehicles value. They were also not willing to do half a repair that would have the risk of my vehicle breaking again shortly after. Will continue to bring vehicles here to be looked at in the future.
