I took advantage of Napa service and parts yesterday. Excellent service! Quick and very fair pricing. A warm ride to and from the station meet my needs. Friendly staff. I'll be back.

100 % satisfied with Sylvan Lake Auto Pro. It was 38 below the day of appointment. Front staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and concerned about me having a ride home.
Work was done in record time. I was notified of all concerns of my car, but there was no pressure of having them fixed.

Amazing service! I went in with some noise coming from my brakes, of course I was thinking new brakes and rotors so at least 1000 bucks right. Turns out one of my callipers was seized which caused my brakes to wear out on the back passenger side. Instead of charging me for all new parts which you expect from most mechanic shops they spent the extra time to work it loose and machines the damaged rotor. All in they replaced my back brake pads new but the rest was labour. It ended up only costing me $350 because they were willing to put in the extra time and effort to save me some money. To Clint, Wolfgang and all the staff at sylvan lake auto pro thank you for a service that’s second to none!

Was a pleasure dealing with professionalism for a change. Problem was diagnosed quickly and parts ordered. Staff was courteous and efficent.

Very courteous and professional service. I liked that they took time to fully explain what tests they had performed on the vehicle and what their findings were. They determined there was nothing wrong with the battery and if the issue continued it might be electrical which needed to be looked at by the Hyundai dealership.
I was pleased with the service I received and would recommend this company to others.

I had a wheel alignment done and noticed some front end noises a week or so later, concerned that something might be coming apart up front. Being a major safety concern I stopped in to ask for a quick visual before I continue to drive it. The Service advisor Lady took opened her appointment book and suggested there are alot of people ahead of me for service. I advised her that if she couldn't get a mechanic to look at it now I would need to find a shop that would. She cheekily smiled and said "thats fine! ". I then suggested that if this results in a service requirement resulting from my wheel alignment that her shop recently performed that they would be getting the bill. The service lady then accused me of trying to "Bully" her into something and then gave me a smiling and patronizing speech how I will leave my vehicle with her and when it my turn they will get it into their shop. I left telling her I don't like the patronizing sas and would be rating her service with a 1 star review. Apparently the the service manager had me banned from returning again based on 1 side of the story of my unimaginable insulance and rudness of demanding a mechanic look and see if my steering was falling apart and then threatening a 1 star review. It turned out I had worn sway links that were making noise and the vehicle wasn't about to fall apart on the hiway. Napa Auto Pro Sylvan Lake. Good Shop, Bad attitude. (In my experience)

I took my car for an out of province inspection and when I walked through the door the lady’s were really professional and kind. Loved the fact that they are trusting and honest. They never tried to take advantage and said there was needed repairs. I will DEFINITELY use them again for vehicle repairs for mine or my daughters’ car. Thank you I appreciate the great service.

I chose this place because of the positive reviews I read and the good reviews are deserved! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They provided a shuttle so I was able to not have to miss any work or wait for my car. They only did what was necessary and kept the cost low. I felt they were very honest in finding and fixing the actual problem and only charging me for what needed to be done. Overall a very positive experience.
