I've taken my family vehicles to CETUS for 4 years now, and never had a complaint.

Did a trailer commercial inspection. Good customer service up front. Able to handle it on short timeline, but had to pay for it. They forgot to give us the sticker at the end, so had to go back, but were very apologetic and don’t think it was a common mistake.

If you are planning on wanting to get overcharged and a bad job done, NAPA AUTOPRO- Cetus Automotive Repair centre is the place for you. Imagine getting charged $700 (IN PARTS) for a rebuilt alternator that kills your brand new battery and coincidently kills your brand new accelerator too in just under 7,000KMS. Save your money go to someone who isnt trying to rip you off.

I've been going here for 3 years. My husband and I take our 2 vehicles here. Very friendly, knowledgeable and quick! I can always get my car seen within a couple days. Never had any issues after repairs or feel pressured to get unnecessary work done. Highly recommended!

The whole experience of taking my car to Cetus was outstanding. Friendly people and a great, fast service. I needed a tire swap, oil change, and out of province inspection and they helped me schedule it and get all the work done quickly and thoroughly. They found ways to save me money rather than finding ways to gouge me, which has been my experience in the past with autoshops, and that really helped establish trust. Will definitely go back and would recommend them to anyone.

Recently had a mishap with our car which ended up in a overheating situation. I was looking around for a shop to bring the cylinder head to for inspection and work if it was going to be feasible.

I had taken my head to another "reputable" shop and after 3 days I picked it up with no work done and leaving like they didn't want to do the work which was frustrating.

I reached out to Cetus and they gave me a quick quote of which I was good with to have the work done and a few days later was talking with Carl at the desk explaining my situation and telling him my details and he was taking notes and writing everything down. Afterwards he told me it would be a few days for them to get the work done but they would follow up with me.

After a few days passed Carl called me on a Saturday with an update of what was going on and I was a bit surprised as this company is not open on Saturday and Carl explained to me he was doing some catch up work and I let him I know that I greatly appreciated this and it showed good customer service.

Unfortunately the head I originally took to Cetus was junk and I had to grab another from the junkyard which they worked over and said it would be good to run and did all the work necessary. I was unable to pick up the two cylinder heads so my girlfriend showed up at the location and their customer service showed once again because they brought them out for her to the car and helped load them up.

I have only been here once but the customer service was top notch and is to a level many other companies are not. If you need machining work done definitely talk to these guys.

This two star review is for this place charging an ungodly amount. Everyone we interacted with was very pleasant and they got our car done in a timely manner. However, it seems they are just able to charge whatever they feel like for parts and labor? The breakdown of charges is insane. They removed the fresh water tank in my camper-van and then put it back once the work was done and we were charged $600 for that. They claimed it took 4 hours and that’s where the cost came from. How does it take a highly skilled mechanic 2 hours to remove a tank and 2 more to put the empty tank back up? I am grateful for the work they did but just feels like an example of auto shops totally taking advantage of new customers. Super unethical.

Been bringing our vehicles (3 trucks) here for a few years. Everytime it's been the same story, significantly more expensive than quoted and the vehicle always has to go in a 2nd time from not being put together properly after the repair. Last time I picked up my truck I got halfway home and the coolant line popped off and I lost 4-5liters of coolant and was stuck on the side of the road. Brought the truck in twice for to get heater core fixed. Lastly, I picked up my truck today and went to leave the parking lot to find I had no brakes! The lines were not bled properly. Was told "oh no problem we'll handle it". In my opinion this is a pretty big deal and not just to shrug off as an oops. Their mechanic took off in the truck, came back and said oh it's because your brake pads and rotors are worn out.they may be worn, but my brake pedal didn't hit the floor before I brought the truck in. I paid a lot of money to Cetus Automotive yet I'll be under the truck this evening bleeding the brakes myself. Thanks guys! I've lost all confidence in this shop. I really wanted to work with them and do business as the front staff are friendly and easy to talk to but these experiences have been awful. I cannot say I've ever been happy with the services or that they have made an effort to rectify the situation.

In addition to bleeding my brakes, the lug nuts were all loose! So disappointed with you guys

Cetus automotive was very helpful identifying what was wrong with my KIA Sportage 2008. They were understanding and able to meet me with my financial needs and did great quality work. I've been using them for years and they are very dependable. Will return in the future!

First of all they were very helpful on the phone, they new exactly what I was talking about mechanically, so I was sold. They got me in pretty much right away called me maybe 90 minutes after I dropped it off, and it was fixed and ready to go early afternoon that day. Very friendly people both helpful and laid back environment.especially Tammy:)

I recieved honest feedback about what I needed and what was happening with my brakes. I am very happy with the services provided! They even offered me a ride to the mall to pass the time! Very impressed, I will defintely be back to get more work done!

I have had a couple of major issues repaired by Cetus, they are fast, will give you a loner car if needed, They are easy to talk with. I have had no problems yet so I trust them and recommend them.

When I had my brakes done they were able to get parts quickly to help me out after I'd ordered the incorrect rotors (thanks dealership for giving me the wrong sizes for my car). They always are friendly and communicate well.

My husband needed a vehicle inspection done, as always great service, no unnecessary work, exactly what was quoted. Clean, comfortable waiting area, Josie kept him company.

I recently had some unfortunate issues on my 2018 Ford Escape that ended up costing a lot of money. My car was taken to Cetus, although repairs and maintenance were expensive, staff was very pleasant to deal with, especially Tammy who walked me through the process and made the experience somehow enjoyable!
Shortly after picking up the vehicle the engine light came back on, thankfully I was still close by and could get the vehicle checked again, turns out a cable wasn't plugged in all the way. Overall great experience.

My service experience at Cetus Automotive was very pleasant. My appointment started on time, they took my car for a test drive to diagnose the problem. Took it into the shop and at each step of the process kept me completely informed, told me what they needed to do, the price and if it was okay to proceed. The staff was very polite and courteous and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cetus Automotive for any of your automotive repair concerns.

Have been with Cetus for a while. Went there to fix my wheel bearing, after a couple rounds of back and forth, they honor their service and quarantine the parts until the problem is finally resolved. Honest advice, I would recommend this shop.

I got quotes for getting my tires replaced, and everywhere had a 1 or 2 week wait period to get the tires in. Not Cetus Automotive. I called in to get a quote, they said we could have the tires here as early as the next day. We set up an appointment for me to bring in my truck, and they were accommodating, and made me feel like a valued customer.

The service was fast, and they honored the quoted price. Every time I have taken a vehicle into a shop, they always end up charging me more than they quoted me. Cetus let me know of somethings I should get taken care of in the near future. Instead of doing it and charging me for it after, they gave me a quote instead, and honored their original agreement. Will I have them take care of the issues they found? Absolutely!

I highly recommend Cetus Automotive to anyone who is looking for a fair priced, honest job well done, mechanic shop.
