I have known the guys at Renfrew Auto for years and have recently hired them to do quite a lot of work on my car.
The customer service and workmanship have been unparalleled in Calgary for me.

I am very happy with the customer service, prices and work done on my car. This is a professional company and I have been very satisfied with the work done on my vehicles over the past 20 years at Renfrew Auto. They also provide a timely shuttle service for thé customer at drop off and pick up.

Very rare to have such a positive experience. These guys are quick, detailed and provide quality service. They go the extra mile to check if things can be covered by the warranty. Bill at the front is super friendly, and Earl will drop you off and pick you up from work!

Excellent and highly professional staff and proactive customer service offering explanations and repair alternatives. The price is what one would expect from a professional shop, and the service is sensitive to client financial conditions and options.

Brought our RV in for inspection and diagnosing of week brakes. After having the brakes repaired and driving the RV a total of 66km the wheeling bearing completely failed causing heavy damage to the rear axle spindle. After having the RV towed back to the shop at the shops expense. Earl decide the failed bearing was not due to incorrect reinstall and would not take responsibility. Not before causing more damage to the housing by cutting off the hub and drilling a hole in the axle for a cotter pin and draining the axle of gear oil, both with out my consent. Leaving an RV that could move under it own power though not far, to complete useless and needs to be towed even 5 feet. Both times the RV was returned covered in finger printer from oily hands. Even after mentioning it the first time.

We had a problem with starting our motorhome on a friday afternoon and they figured it out super fast on monday morning. Extremly friendly and helpful staff.

Great services at great value, and great staff. Thank you Earl and the team, for all your work for more than 15 years. I won't trust any other auto services in the town, and never the less surprising me with a complimentary car wash. Very highly recommended, 10+.

Earl and Christian have been looking after the company vehicles at Mackenzie Exteriors for years now. They always so a great job, don't charge for unnecessary items and get the truck repairs and maintenance in a timely manner. Thanks for all the great work!

I knew i had a big job to hand over and i was afraid i'd be taken for granted or make the wrong choice.my first phone call to inquire gave me assurance.they communicated with me all the details i needed to know to understand and do a proper choice.they went out of their own way to give me options to save money/time or how to fully maintain the vehicle to its highest potential.when I paid and brought my vehicle out for its first test drive myself i was rewarded with a smooth safe stable drive. I am yet to bring it out on an adventure and I will update you all. I did invite my brother to bring his vehicle in for a big job also.he went to several shops around the town of Calgary.when I said hey it will be an investment but if you are willing to invest in bringing your vehicle up to its standard with an honest experienced company, I know a great place:)

Earl and Bill and their team at renfrew auto always go above and beyond when working on my vehicles. They are honest and credible in the maintenance community and affordable. They’ve gone further than the services I required with added information about warranty and longevity for my vehicles. Highly recommend going here and setting up a service plan or just to get something checked.

At Renfrew Auto Body, you feel like your vehicle is in good hands; they fixed my transmission issues at a decent price. Earl the owner, and his employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. And their service was beyond, something which is rare these days. They even gave me a ride to work, on the day that my vehicle was in the shop! I like the fact that this is a family owned business, with the added warranty and benefits of being affiliated with Napa AutoPro. I would highly recommend this business.
