The staff at the counter have always been very friendly, and have helped me out many times with returns and exchanges, as well as sourcing the correct parts for my vehicles maintenance.
They are very knowledgeable and always go the extra mile for myself, and the company I work for. I Highly recommend coming here for your vehicles parts

They gave me burnt fues and then refused to refund me for them!

Very helpful and some of the only parts guys I've seen hustle. Great atmosphere all around, my main go to for auto parts.

What a incompetent store. Never had 1 positive dealing with them. Paid $120 core deposit for a tank of freon, have the receipt with the info, They cant find the info. They then give my wife a $80 credit on a piece of paper and tell her to phone head office. Spent the whole day calling around, what a waste of time.

Update. 2 years later and still no improvement.

Recently was driving across Alberta and wanted to purchase an RV battery from this place. We called ahead, they said they had the battery. Excellent. We knew they closed at five, we were driving from Jasper. Our GPS said we were going to get there at 4: 50. Their advertised hours say they close at 5. We called to let them know as we got closer that we were cutting it close but still wanted to purchase the battery. They told us they shut down their computer system at 4: 45 and they would not sell us a battery if we arrived after that. We were devastated, especially since we had driven so far and were going to be there by the time they closed. Can I make a small suggestion? It seems like it is really important for the employees of this place to be able to leave right at five. Since it is clear that no items will be sold (and clearly no customer service will be provided) to customers arriving between 4: 45 and 5, why don’t you just state that you close at 4: 45? That would save people from driving halfway across Canada thinking you close at 5 when actually you close at 4: 45.

Amazing customer service! Very knowledgeable and friendly. James and Chris both went above and beyond to help me out and I will definitely be back to this location for all of my future parts needs because of their service today!

Horrible parts exchange need manager authorization and if he’s not there you have to wait for him, unfortunately some people don’t have all day when a manager isn’t around to get things done.
