Napa Heritage Autopro & Tire - Chinook Location (Formerly Speedy Apollo)

Napa is overpriced, they quoted me $60 to change my blinker while Toyota only quoted $50. I went to wrenchers and got it changed for $20. Napa parts are also HORRIBLE, always get OEM. Got my brakes changed here last year and they were Napa parts. Then a year later they are now saying I need new brakes parts again. Meanwhile my OEM parts lasted me 4 years with 4 times more km. Would not recommend.

I had a number of mechanical issues with my vehicle and I couldn’t be happier with the service received. The team is very friendly and do a wonderful job. Happy to recommend them to anyone!

Service was prompt when arranged by prior appointment. Cost of service was minor compared to carrying on blind to locate a parasitic power drain when car not running. Too early to give an assessment on the quality of the work but after the first week all is well.
I would recommend this shop to others.

I needed an exhaust pipe replaced on my car. They tried to order the parts from various sources but it was unavailable. They had to order through the Hyundai dealership (which was more expensive) but the pats came in promptly and installed efficiently. The caveat was that it had to be installed (8: 00 AM - 12: AM) because this is the only vehicle I own, and I work early afternoons. They were finished by 9: 30 AM, so good on them. Everything went really well!

Alecia was very friendly and helpful. The super tall mechanic guy that loaded my tires was also very friendly and nice.

I reached out to Autopro to a possibility of having an earlier schedule than I originally got, and they said they will look into it. After a few days, guess what? They did reach out to me and I got an earlier schedule! It was three days earlier than previously set. I was super happy and just when things couldnt get any better, they received the car on schedule and got it out there within the day.

Got my winter tires shipped here for installation. The staff were punctual, friendly, and did a great job.

They fixed me up when my catyltic converter was stolen, they were able to fit me in the same day and did the repair at a very affordable price, I would absolutely recommend them

I have an old car and was given the option of a less expensive repair, which worked best for my situation. The fix was done right, and haven't had an issue since. I felt releived and very happy with the service!

The Chinook shop did our seasonal tire swap. The service was prompt and efficient. Customer service (Zarya) was cheerful and pleasant. Ray did a full inspection of brakes etc while the tires were off. We will definitely be coming back.

The company had some supply issues with one of their suppliers but they worked diligently and got the parts required very quickly. They kept me in the loop on this and before you know it I had 4 new snow tires and rims on my van!

I have a 2015 Buick Encore that suddenly sprang an oil leak. I was able to book an appointment quickly over the phone with no issues. Everyone was super friendly. After I dropped my vehicle off, they sent a vehicle inspection link by texting me. It showed what was wrong with my vehicle, including photos and videos of the oil leak (the turbo oil feed line was leaking). When I want to pick up my vehicle the mechanic showed me the part they had to replace. 10/10 service!

I took a newly imported right hand drive Japanese Domestic Market Daihatsu (a tiny van) for out of province inspection. Not surprising, but it failed the initial out of province. I knew that I might face some hurdles to overcome when I imported it.

The items that needed modification included aligning the headlight slope for driving on the right side of the road and reinforcing the rear bumper. These are tricky modifications, but the mechanic, Ray, figured it out and did both without changing the general appearance of the headlights or bumper.

The service manager, Sam, quoted the work and kept me in the loop through the initial inspection, the modifications and the final inspection.

I was able to have the vehicle registered after Ray completed the modifications.

I will have no reservations about referring people to Napa Auto Pro Chinook in the future.

This is the first time I brought my BMW X5 to Napa for Servicing. They serviced my front brakes with new pads and calipers. The staff were very courteous and professional and answered all my questions. I have driven my vehicle for a few weeks now and the brakes are working great.

I came to NAPA for a out of province inspection on my truck. There was a few things that needed to be swapped out like my tires. They were patient enough to let me come grab the truck grab my tires an hour away and still finished that day, even stayed open a little later so I could make it! These people went above and beyond. Thanks guys!

I needed my wheels balanced on my tacoma right before a road trip, and these guys were able to fit me in on the same day I called, even though they said they were extremely busy. Within an hour I dropped off my truck, and I had it back within 2 and a half hours. The service was great and the owner even followed up with me directly. Nothing but high marks!

This shop has worked on a number of my vehicles (on some very complex jobs). They are very capable, accommodating, professional and very approachable if there are any questions or refinements needed to the work they did to ensure things are working well. Their pricing is fair, especially for the quality of work and materials they use. I highly recommend this team in both of the locations (Chinook and Heritage) - the service and work is very consistent.

I had taken my vehicle in for an Insurance Inspection to Heritage Autopro & Tire - Chinook location. From the get go the team their was very professional. I received inspection results same day and was walked through what needed to be done and what could wait for future service.
Repairs and work were preformed in the timeframe they had outlined and Sam walked me through the work done on the invoice and had a good discussion of future work/maintenance for the vehicle.
Convenient location close to C-Train made drop off and pick up a breeze. Sam was very professional and great to deal with.
I will definitely be using Heritage Autopro again in the future.

Compete disregard for my vehicle. The more I went into my vehicle and the work that was poorly done by your Chinook location. Became more horrible as we went in. Your team did more long term damage than any short term repairs. I highly doubt you would professionally rectify the damage and experience your team created and caused. Took me a while to decide if I should let the public know. But I am bow buying parts and repairing all the backyard work that was done to my ride. Compete disregard for my vehicle and thrust treated my engine bay and vehicle like a second rate sh box.
Do not have these guys do any heavy or advanced mechanics on your vehicles.

Popped in here for a wheel alignment on my way thru Calgary based solely on the reviews. Gotta say that they lived up to the hype and it’s the best auto shop I’ve been to. Only complaint is that they aren’t located in my hometown. But, I guess I now have a reason to move to Calgary. 100% would recommend.

Got me in right away, without an appointment, with an urgent tire issue. They also had time for other general R&M. Quality service. Fantastic communication. And as always, fair pricing. 12/10 will continue to use.

Repairing your car is never fun, but the people at the Heritage Autopro Chinook location make it as painless as possible. When I needed new tires I just gave them my budget, specified that I wanted all-weather tires, and let them decide the rest. I trust their recommendations and have always felt that they were honest about what my car needed. As a grad student on a budget, I really appreciate that they tell me when something can wait until my next visit or when I can try to do something myself (nothing crazy, just a filter change). On top of all that, they're really friendly people. I highly recommend seeing them if you are having any car trouble or just need an oil change.

Heritage auto is the best my son bought a jeep we saved up to have the catalyc converter changed cause we had the work aporaised at another muffler shop and it was estimated to be 2500 dollars, took it to here and got it repaired and the cost was 260 dollars we were ecstatic on how fast and honest they were! Highly reccomend herritage auto, CARLOS is who we dealt with

The mechanics are knowledgeable and fair priced. They will get your vehicle in and out quickly. Happy they did an inspection without me asking and found a few issues that required attention. Very transparent!

I’ve used this shop multiple times now and every time I am impressed with the commitment to timeliness and price. I found this shop because I have a 30’ motorhome and didn’t want to take it to an RV shop for the drivetrain work. Scott said no problem and has has been super accommodating. Been getting my vehicle serviced here for a handful years and anytime someone requires service, I point them to Scot, and crew, at Napa autopro. They're reliable, transparent, well priced, and speedy. There's nowhere else I'd rather leave my car.

I stumbled on this place for another reason and I am so glad I did! They had a vintage vehicle out front for sale so I stopped by to take a look. I was promptly greeted by Ray who gave me the details on the vehicle and showed me around. We had a good chat about vehicles in general; it was like we were lifelong friends although I had maybe known him for 20 minutes. I mentioned that I had been looking at getting an exhaust system for my GMC Suburban and Ray told me to drop by on the following Monday for a quote.

Unfortunately, during that time, I caused some mechanical damage to the truck making it non-drivable. I called right away and spoke to Scot who booked me in at their earliest opening. I dropped the truck off and within a day, they had a diagnosis. I was so grateful for their honesty, I thought I had blown my transmission however it turned out to be something else. Although not a cheap repair, it saved me a ton compared to a new transmission! I got a new exhaust system at the same time and couldn't be happier! The truck drives better than ever before and it sounds even better! All in all, the work only took about 4 days including diagnosis and delays on my end! I don't think I would go anywhere else not only because of the quality of work, but because of the service I received from both Ray and Scot! Best shop BY FAR! I will highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for an honest and affordable mechanic! Thanks guys!

I needed my rear bumper replaced due to an accident. Carlos, Ray, Chris and their team got it done in record time and it looks like a new truck!

Had them check a dead battery and they said alternator and belt needed replacing and quoted $800. Went to my mechanic who quoted $330 and after checking said alternator was charging fine, belt was not cracked.tried to blatantly rip me off in two different ways. Avoid this service. Changed battery and everything was fine.

Good service but I found the price to be high. An oil change cost the same as a minor service at the dealership, where I also benefit from a pickup/dropoff service and a car wash.

2011 Ram 3500 in for a wheel alignment. I have never received an alignment that actually resulted in any difference. Here it happened for the first time. Steering wheel centered and drives like new. I was doubtful on drop off and pleased when departed. Thanks.

Excellent service - professional, quick and friendly. Had a squeaking rear suspension and they were able to fit me in immediately. The problem, which turned out to be a rock stuck in a bushing, was diagnosed and fixed within an hour.

When I moved to Alberta, I had my car transported on a carrier from Ontario. My license plate expires at the end of the month so I knew I was cutting it pretty close to get my out of province inspection done. There was also a bigger issue with my steering wheel. Best decision was picking up the phone and calling Speedy! From our initial conversation I felt extremely comfortable knowing my car would be in the right hands (felt like I was talking to my dad!) I don't know much about cars and they were able to explain in terms I would understand what was wrong with my car and what needed to be done. I called late Wednesday afternoon and they got me in first thing on Friday morning (I arrived before 8am, when they officially open, and they were all already there!) My car was ready a couple of hours later and the price was unbeatable for such quick and friendly service. I will absolutely be a repeat customer (although, for my car's sake, hopefully not too regular!) Thanks guys!

I give Speedy Apollo a high 5. Great service, one stop shop for all my vehicles needs. Scott did his best to fit me in, the most recent visit was to have a road safety check up prior to my road trip through the US ending in Victoria. I was given a loaner car when I arrived so was able to carry on with my day. Within a couple of hours the job was done, fluids topped up, breaks etc: checked. I have complete peace of mind ahead of my upcoming road trips.

Good Price, friendly staff, don't try to over sell parts and labour. Any problems I have had with mine or my wife's vehichle they diagnosed and fixed right away. My preferred mechanic shop in the city. Keep up the good work:)
