Good luck getting an appointment to open an investment account. Nobody answers when you call the main line, nobody returns your call when you leave a message, advisors don't answer calls or call back. It's like they are going out of their way to say "take your investment cash elsewhere". Ok, I will. If this is how they deal with potential customers, I can only imagine what a nightmare their customer service is once you're with them.

This is not a regular (transactional) banking branch. This is a full service National Bank Wealth Management office.
