I'm shocked more people don't know about National Cappuccino. Started in Edmonton with a showroom in Calgary, this is the place to go for anything espresso and coffee related.

I have been able to be a loyal client for years. Family owned, they offer great the cream of the crop in terms of machines and accessories and have their own in-house service department.

I have had my Rocket Giotto serviced a couple of times by Cameron with great results as part of ongoing maintenance.

Most recently I worked with National Cappuccino to create a unique custom La Marzocco Linea Mini for my house. It was fully disassembled, shipped to the US for brass platting and also imported a few wood pieces from Specht Design out of Australia to create a piece of art in my home.

For anyone looking for a new machine I highly recommend listening to the advice from National Cappuccino. While they may not carry commodity machines from big box stores, that is an upside. They carry and offer quality products that you invest in for long-term enjoyment and experiences. I can attest to the instant improvement of my home café and quality drinks going from Rocket to La Marzocco. Buy once, cry once.

We are an independent cafe and have been working with National Cappucino for a year and a half now and they have been exceptional at every turn! Either the team in Calgary or Edmonton, they go above and beyond. We deal with Steve in Calgary and Gio in Edmonton and I can’t say enough good stuff about both of them. They are immensely knowledgeable and always reachable by phone or FaceTime. Many times they have helped wayyyy after hours and (appeared) happy to do so!

Outstanding place. They did a custom GS3 for me in matte black. Jim and his team are dedicated to ensure the customer is extremely satisfied. I would highly recommend them.

I have been a happy customer of national cappuccino for about 15 years now. The staff are so knowledgeable! I purchased a Jura coffe machine about 15 yrs ago and it lasted for 25000 cups. Incredibly reliable. Finally it gave up and i recently purchased a new Jura E6. It is an absolute joy to own. Coffe is perfect every time. Cannot say enough about it. If you are a coffe lover this is the machine to own. Rush in and talk to Maria or Jim about one. Also their coffee beans are the best!

I was not aware of this business until just recently, but we decided to buy an automated cappuccino maker and bought the Jura S8 from them. We dropped in and were treated like family. Even though they obviously cater to larger commercial restaurants and cafes we were treated great and they spent the time to show us the advantages of each machine. They asked good questions and we settled on the S8. Even their tech jumped in and gave his maintenance and repair perspective.which I appreciated. In times where everything gets dropped to your door it is awesome to find companies prepared to have local offices open with real people who take care of you. - Keep up the good work!

Called to have a tech come check out my commercial espresso machine at my shop, a tech came out less than 24 hours later. Cameron took the time to explain to me what could be wrong with my machine prior to fixing it in a friendly way for me to understand. He offered up reasonable suggestions on what maintenance is right for my machine use and didnt try to trick me into services my machine didn't need because I wouldn't know better. The only place I will call in the future. Thanks!

Not until you have been to National Cappuccino & Pasta Equipment. First off Rina, is the pulse of this company. She is personable and ever-ready to help. Starting off with giving amazing directions to the location. I spent about a half hour with her on my first visit as I looked for equipment that I needed. She is always a joy to speak to on the phone

Gio.is amazing. He gave me a demo on using the equipment and allowed me to record video. He brought my machine back to life and made me the best wet capoucinno I've ever had. He also gave me a sample of coffee so that I could ensure that I get the right ground of coffee for my machine. It was amazing to hear the history of this family business.

If you are looking for stellar service or to start your coffee equipment collection, this is the place to go.

I bought a used La Marzocco machine, which needed a bit of TLC and upgrades to get it to where my wife and I wanted. National Cappuccino's tech staff are top notch, and have continuously provided me excellent service as I troubleshot a used espresso machine. They didnt care that it was purchased used, and I feel went well above my expectations to sort out my used machine for me.

I would definitely recommend National Cappiccino for any of your service needs. And based on what I have experienced for a used machine, I would guess that you can buy a machine from National Cappuccino with extreme confidence that your buying a machine that will last, given the tech support that they put behind the products they sell.

My go to espresso people since 1985. I have dealt with others in other cities. We have the best right here in Edmonton.

Our espresso machine, that we unfortunately bought from another retailer in town, broke down. We decided to try NC for a repair. I have been in the store a few times and enjoyed their service previously. This encounter was no different! They managed to repair our machine in a relatively short time. The charges were reasonable and the service above and beyond what was expected. I will be back (but hopefully not for repairs!: D).

If you want to make quality espresso, this is THE place to go. The best equipment, knowledgeable staff, and excellent service.

Anytime we have an issue with our machine (which has been rare considering how much use it gets and we have had it almost 4 years) we call, and a tech comes out right away.

We come back to National Cappuccino time and time again because they are the experts.

I have had nothing but good experiences with National Cappuccino. Also there tech staff is very good when we have had issues with our older machine. This is the newest edition we just added.

We had a Jura E8 for 14 years and enjoyed it to the tune of almost 22000 coffees. It needed a tune up so we decided to upgrade to the S8 model. WOW! Great system. Makes a super latte! Easy to use. Thrilled with it?

I could not possibly have had expected more from them. They were extremely accommodating and even went far and above what they needed to to satisfy this customer. I am extremely grateful for their understanding, professional work and care. If you have a high end machine it IS going to cost to service it and while a shock to me personally, this is absolutely the RIGHT and safe place to take your machine. And grab a free coffee if they have time - unbelievable coffee! Thank you Maria and staff!

I brought an espresso machine there, paid a deposit of $90, they installed $30
worth of parts (based on internet pricing) then charged me
$200 when I picked it up 4 months later. Yes it took them that long. To top it all off, they did not fix the problem. Will not bring anything there again. I would look elsewhere if you are looking for sales or service of an espresso machine.
