Brock seems very responsive and helpful. Unfortunately my CVT transmission failed in my 2016 Nissan Rogue. Will NEVER buy a Nissan again.

Had an L680 in my 08 suburban rebuilt after 249,500 km.
Can't say enough about Brock and team at National. Shifts better than when it was new! They also solved a shudder problem in the torque converter which has plagued this combination on numerous
GM light duty trucks and SUV's.

Wow. Just wow. Don’t call here, unless you like being taken advantage of. Called to book, and then called back to ask price… 450-550$ for a transmission flush? Lmao if you sound slow (tired), or like you don’t know what you’re talking about…. Expect that nonsense.

Go to Jiffy Lube, did it for 200$ less and half the time and will do it on the spot.

I called a few different shops for quotes on my transmission issue, yet somehow this particular shop spoke to me as if I was retarded and even questioned me back on how they can get a quote without seeing the car? I don’t know how you cant but everyone else sure was able to… that was the whole point of me getting a diagnostic so that I could get different quotes? Maybe the shop would have better reviews if they didn’t speak to people like they are slow, when clearly they are the ones lacking in what others were able to do

I do not recommend this place based on my experience. He took $152 just for checking my car. The strange thing is that I told him since my arrival what is issue with my car! And the strangest thing is that he did not tell me the price before making the check! To accept or reject it.

I took my beat up car over to this location and Brock and his team did an amazing job of rebuilding my transmission. They were able to identify the trouble gears, rebuild the transmission and get the vehicle back in my hands in a very reasonable amount of time. It was certainly expensive, but that sort of work always is, and they didn't gouge me or make extra unnecessary extra repairs. I would definitely recommend Brock's team to anyone who needs work done on their car.

About a couple of weeks ago I went there trying to figure out what was going on with my battery terminals, I was pretty sure they needed to be changed. However, brock came in clutch and moved them and tighten them and didnt charge me a dime. Brock is the man

I am not a person who puts the reviews usually but, in this case, I am, As Brock Allaire is Gem of a Person, he not only gives me good deal on replacement of Brand-new transmission on my Nissan Sentra but he gives me One full year warranty on new transmission (Everyone gives warranty what's new huh?)
The words spoken by him " If you have issue with brand new transmission up to 1 year or 20 k whatever is first, only you must bring your car here and it’s all my pain to give you running car on the road again" The words gives me confidence. Initially I am in dilemma to replace the transmission of my old car or not, which has already 139.5 k on it but after the test drive Brock gives me idea why it’s worth to go for replacement with brand new transmission and how much life it has left. He turnover my car after repair in span of 4 days as promised so he is a man of words. On pick up day He saw me the faulty transmission and package of brand-new transmission which he already replaces in my car.
I am putting this review after driving my car almost 1000 km and it’s working fine. I will keep updating this review as and when needed and more mileage on my car.
One must always check with Brock and his team before any repair. I will Highly recommend this 14th st National Transmission for any kind of repair work.
