Seen some lady driving a nationwide restorations company truck on stoney trail in Calgary like a lunatic she must’ve been going 140km/hr. Very unprofessional should have called the police. If that is how this company does business racing all over town to start as many jobs as they can then I wouldn’t want anything to do with them. Get control of your employees! Someone is gonna get hurt out there if you keep this up.
Nationwide Restorations came in and patched and repaired a huge hole in our drywall, replaced molding behind the refrigerator that wasn’t there to begin with all on their own after we had a water leak within our wall between our kitchen and laundry room. You would never know that this happened. The crew that came in were so nice and made the follow up appointments and were there in the times set up each and every time. Thank you so much for your care and concern.
Whoever has a truck in Auburn Bay today has no idea how to do a U-Turn. Not only was it illegal, they did it at a point where oncoming traffic (me) had to stop to let him complete his illegal turn.
If your drivers can’t even follow basic road rules, I’d hate to know what other steps are skipped.
I can provide video evidence too if necessary, but get your drivers to follow the rules when they’re in a company vehicle, sheesh.
BEST service ever! Thanks to Tarik and his team for the quick response and repair service of my sky light/sun tunnel. I tried so many companies who didn’t return my call or not interested in “smaller” jobs. Nationwide Restorations were reliable, on time, and very professional – fantastic company. HIGHLY recommend!
Real sweethearts - cut in front of me in traffic and flip me off right after (License plate CCP6742 or something close to that). I'm sure theg will be as professional and courteous when you deal with them in theor line of work.
Horrible experience. They refused to submit our invoice to our insurance company which forced us to pay out of pocket. We even had to take them to Better Business Bureau just to get a receipt. Very unprofessional from beginning to end.
After finding water damage and mold during a renovation we contacted Nationwide Restorations in desperate need of advice. Brody showed up the very next day (right on time) to access our situation. He was very honest and reassuring. He went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and get us back on track with our reno. I would absolutely recommend their services!
We recently had a sewer line break in our old house in the basement. We reported the break at 2 am in the dead of winter to our insurance company. We quickly received a call from Brody at Nationwide who walked us through the steps of getting prepared for them to show up. Long story short, the guys from Nationwide were there within the hour and were very quick and respectful of our property. Although we lost a lot of sentimental stuff we had stored in that room, the guys were able to salvage some of it. Once everything was cleaned and put back together it looked better than before. I would highly recommend Nationwide Restoration. Brody was great from start to finish.
Paul and the guys at Nationwide did a fantastic job of cleaning up the mould we found in my parent's house. They took the time to explain everything to my parents and dealt with the problem quickly. Great company!
Nationwide Restorations was contracted by our condo board & property management company to deal with some water damage caused by a hole in our foundation. This process took three months and we were very unimpressed with the communication from the company throughout. On multiple occasions, the workers did not show up at all on days they said they would, without calling us to explain why. Then, the following day, when we were at work because we hadn't heard from them, they would show up and call us, upset that we weren't at home ready for them. About mid-way through this process, we contacted the general manager to try to resolve the communication issue, and he assured us things would improve. Unfortunately they did not. My wife and I both missed several days of work waiting for employees who never showed up. At the end of the whole ordeal, we emailed the company to express our frustration, and they blamed us, saying we refused a lockbox, which we were never offered. They were able to fix the leak in the foundation, but the re-building was shoddy; there are dents in the drywall and the paint is patchy (photos attached). The workers also offered to re-install our mouldy baseboard because they couldn't find a match for our trim, yet included a charge for new baseboard in their quote. Overall, we were very unimpressed with the lack of customer service from Nationwide and our property management company will not be working with them again in the future.
