My Massage with Ally really helped relieve the aches and tension I had. Would definitely recommend her and Natural Balance as she was polite, knowledgeable, and gave a great treatment!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting New Balance Therapies in Cochrane, Alberta for the first time, and I have to say that it was a truly fantastic experience. From start to finish, I felt like I was in the best possible hands, and I cannot recommend this establishment highly enough.
My therapist, Nina, was absolutely amazing. Not only did she have a wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to therapeutic practices, but her energy was truly infectious. From the moment I stepped into the studio, I felt comfortable and safe in her capable hands. She took the time to really listen to my concerns and needs, and tailored her approach to ensure that I was getting the most out of our session.
One thing that really stood out to me was the attention to detail that was evident throughout the entire experience. From the serene and welcoming atmosphere of the studio to the little touches like heated blankets and soothing music, every aspect of my session was thoughtfully considered to ensure my comfort and relaxation.

I go on a monthly basis to Denise Williams for I know her treatments are continuously healing and no matter my concern it is always healed. She is amazing at her skill.

My husband booked massages for us at Natural Balance and it was awesome! I have been back a few times now and will continue to go. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable!

Nina is a real gem. She has a masterful understanding of the human body and is a talented, intuitive healer. She has helped me beyond measure over the years, when others were not able to, both physically and more holistically. Her ability to work her magic always blows my mind. Highly recommended.

I have 2 very big raves for Natural Balance Therapies.
First, my osteopath, Nina, is absolutely amazing! My first experience with osteopathy was with Nina and I was immediately in awe of how fast my pain went away in my very first visit with her. I have been to see her for many things since. I simply tell her what's hurting and she makes it disappear. It is quite amazing!
Second, Denise! She is hands down the best massage therapist that I've been to! I have never had a massage therapist sort out my pain like she does. I have seen her twice now and both times she was a miracle worker! Thank you Denise!
If you need pain relief, these 2 experts are your go - to! You will be astounded! And pain free
