Dr. Tella is an incredible acupuncturist. She's super knowledgeable in many areas of natural/holistic wellness and takes the time to understand my problems. I originally started going for my back pain, but her treatments have helped with that and so much more; stress, anxiety, ADD.it's amazing. She's also really kind and down to earth. I highly recommend seeing her for any reason.

For years I have been searching for the right person to do Reiki with. One day, I randomly came across Naturmend on Instagram and saw that Ralitza offered this service. I have been hesitant in the past and slightly hesitant before my appointment but I must say I am so glad that I was able to have a session with her. She was able to make me completely relax and was very gentle with her movements. What blew me out of the water was her re-cap at the end of the session regarding what energies she picked up from me. I highly recommend booking a session from her. I definitely will be back in the future!

When I first went to Naturmend I started off seeing Dr. Meaghan McCollum but after she went on maternity leave, I switched to Dr. Nadia Mawji. I've been trying to figure out many different health problems and Dr. Mawji goes in-depth with solving them. She is very kind, compassionate and knowledgable with her advice and what she recommends for me. She is also not pushy about buying expensive products and will even offer cheaper alternatives since I'm on a tight budget. All in all, I highly recommend Naturmend and I'm so happy that I started going there!
