I have been under the care of Dr. Patti Yik at Vive for over a year now. I had been struggling with infertility for several years and decided to visit Vive upon a referral from my acupuncturist. Dr. Patti conducted a comprehensive evaluation of my health and crafted a personalized treatment plan for me.

Dr. Patti, along with the entire Vive staff, provided me with a renewed sense of hope and unwavering support. I had complete confidence in their expertise.

Not long after commencing my regimen of acupuncture, supplements, and IV therapy, I am delighted to report that I successfully became pregnant. My pregnancy was exceptionally healthy, resulting in the birth of a beautiful baby boy. My family and I are profoundly grateful for the compassionate and positive support we received from Vive.

Dr Patti and Dr Colin have been caring for myself and my family for years. I can not say enough good things about them. If it wasn’t for Dr Patti’s help I’m not sure we would have been blessed with our two children. And now they continue to help us with everything health. They are the best.

I am a senior. Dr. Patti Yik has been taking great care of me and giving me common-sense advice for 15 years now. You can't go wrong with her.

The staff are quite lovely, especially Natalie in the IV suite.

I went in for stage 3 colon cancer and I am unhappy with the care I received. I saw Dr. Colin twice, and by the end of the second appointment I still didn't feel like I had a plan of attack for my cancer care. I was also put on supplements that I didn't fully understand, one of which has nothing to do with cancer care and caused my skin to break out. When I consulted a different oncology naturopath, he had no idea why I was on it either and informed me it messed with my estrogen which was causing the emotional chaos and the skin issues.

During my second appointment with Dr. Colin, I had a lot of questions about alternative treatments I had researched and read about from reputable sources. When I asked the Dr.about them, about 70% were a "I don't know" with no further interest in finding out for me. I don't expect anyone to know everything, the world of cancer is extremely complex. But I do expect my medical team to investigate so that I have my best shot at living.

When I asked if a supplement would react poorly with chemo the answer was "Well, I don't think so. Probably not. " If you're telling a cancer patient to go on something, you should be 100% certain it won't cause further harm.

I spent a lot of money here that could have gone to a more concrete cancer plan. I now see Dr. Pyatt and if you have cancer, please go see him as he's the top oncology naturo in the city.

I also want to mention that writing this makes me sad, and I find Dr. Colin to be an insanely nice human with a very gentle heart. But when it comes to my life, I need more and I want to make sure other cancer patients get the care they need. If you have cancer - please pick a naturo who solely works with cancer patients.

Just my experience, hopefully yours will be better.

My whole family goes to Dr. Iris Clarin. If I was only rating her, I would give 5 stars as we have had a wonderful experience with her. I have seen a vast improvement in my health since starting to see her. I would however steer clear of Dr. Tim Warwick. It was a complete waste of money for my husband to go to him the first time. He gave VERY generalized recommendations based on his own dietary habits, recommended that my husband get an expensive blood test and do a complete elimination diet for 6 months. At no point did he do any of the basics (you know, things like checking blood pressure) but requested a follow up in a month. Complete money grab. My husband had a follow up with Dr. Clarin and it was like night and day compared to Dr. Warwick. She does a Zyto scan that narrowed down the couple things she wanted him to avoid (elimination diet was completely unnecessary) and gave a neat list of the plan of both dietary & lifestyle recommendations. No need for a follow up because besides a few things to change, he’s pretty healthy. I’ve also had email check ins with Dr. Clarin to check on my daughter and I. I definitely would recommend her.

Dr. Patti, Dr. Colin, and all of the doctors at Vive are super welcoming, friendly, and mostly importantly, extremely dedicated to overall well-being their patients! They provide the best possible holistic care specially catered to one's needs and are always more than happy to answer questions!

Sent an email inquiry regarding acupuncture on October 23,2018. I still haven't received a response. I will take my business elsewhere. Poor customer service.

They are kind, friendly, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. I have always felt confident with their diagnosis and treatment plans, and they provide personalized care to each of their patients. So much better than being rushed through the normal walk-in clinic, where I get 10 minutes to discuss my one issue - they provide care for the whole person, taking my whole health into account to provide me with a treatment plan! Love them and recommend them to everyone!

Dr. Colin & Dr. Patti have helped my quality of life in a lot of aspects of my life. I highly recommend this office for any health needs.
