I was referred to Nazari autos for his expertise/skill and extremely reasonable pricing. True to what I was told my experience at this shop has been GREAT. I highly recommend.

Either incompetent or unethical — either way, this is not the mechanic you are looking for.
Earlier this afternoon, my husband and I had our vehicle assessed and discovered we needed a spark plug changed. The shop that assessed it was unable to make the change today so we looked for another shop open in the area. My husband called Kazari Auto, told him that we needed one spark plug changed, told him the results of the code reader, the make, model, and year of our vehicle, and that we also had the replacement spark plug with us. The person he spoke to, presumably the owner, said that he could take a look at the vehicle and let us know if he could do the work and give an estimate. When asked for a ballpark figure he was unwilling to provide any estimate at all, which should have been our first clue to avoid this place. Changing a spark plug on an older model domestic vehicle with great access is not rocket science. However, since we were nearby we decided to head over. When we arrived, the mechanic took a look under the hood and informed us that it would be an 8 hour job. …. Let that sink in a moment…. EIGHT HOURS of labour to replace one spark plug…. Obviously we left. Maybe we looked like suckers, maybe he’s completely incompetent. It would be hard to say, but either way there is no chance we would ever consider going back there. To make matters more interesting, his son was taking part in the consultation — how sad. Maybe it was a learning opportunity — a sort of “how to scam an unsuspecting customer day”.
We found another shop online a couple of kilometres away. The mechanic at that shop changed the spark plug in less than 15 minutes with my husband holding his flashlight. He was friendly, helpful, professional… and we will be back…. And we took the time to leave a lovely review for him.
Avoid this place.

I encountered significant problems with my control arms and axles and visited several shops. The estimates provided were outrageously high. Nazari Autos was my final resort, and they offered me a reasonable price, completed the job flawlessly, and I am extremely pleased with their service. I will definitely return for future automotive needs!

I brought my 2002 Infiniti to his shop on Sunday (I was so happy to find an auto repair shop open on Sunday) for air condition issue ie no cold air. He did a quick test and determined my car A/C needed a recharge which I authorized the job but later he found out that my car a/compressor was leaking and he repaired in a timely fashion and gave me a big discount. Thank you so much for your service.

We had new winter tires installed all around and also did a brake job (rotors and pads) while the car was in the shop. They also have a discounted shop rate compared to the other shops, yet the same, if not better quality in work.
