Not the best experience.
Went in for tire installation, they inflated tires to 400 kpa instead of the 240 kpa rated for all the 4 tires.
Only able to notice it later while on the highway, did a quick exit to fix it.
Also they got the TPMS switched between the front and back.
Won't recommend.

They will sell you bad winter tires and claim they are great tires. Will never deal with this company again. Horrible first time experience with this place.they did tell me they will refund my money. I will see what happens when i bring the tires back

Mike and the guys do a great job. I've never had to go back because something wasn't fixed properly m I always get a great deal on tires too.

I called this company looking for some next to new tires for my van. When I got there they dragged me through their muddy yard getting absolutely filthy to show me some worn out cracked tires for a $160. In my opinion this company is looking for a lawsuit and totally wasted my time. Not to mention everyone including the owner is super rude

My boss recommended them and I haven't been disappointed yet, the guys are very honest and the prices are good, I've had mechanical work done and just now a tire patch, it took 10 minutes in and out, I would recommend by word of mouth next time I hear someone say something about vehicle problems

Was call in today for fix one tires.they say sure i can drop off any time.take me 30mn to get there.talk to the guy he say gonna take about an hour.so i say i will pick up at 3 after work.get there my tires not even been touch.pls if gonna run business like this.dont do it it not fair for customer

Owner is very rude. I went in to change my tires, a few months ago and realized I left my rims that were brand new from kaltire. When I called back he was very rude, said I did not know what I was talking abound hung up on me. They are thieves with very poor business practices. Stay away from this business. They take advantage of women too. I will be reporting them to EPS and better business bureau.

Worst place! The worse shop ever. Mike, the owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. Terrible job for my Nissan car wheel balancing and Aliment. My car still shakes at speed of over 80kmh I asked and he blame my mechanic. He don’t know how to talk with customer. Not even one star. Not recommend this place at all! Very dissatisfied with my experience here.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Terrible job at balancing my 4 tires on rims. Had to go back 3 times to readjust them and my car still shakes at speed of over 90kmh. My previous set never shook on highways at any speed. And they blame my ‘CV axle and get your car checked’.

Mike is awesome. My AC needed recharging. It's the hottest day of the year. The NBS price was 1/3 of what I was quoted elsewhere. He said to just come by anytime no appointment needed. Within 15 minutes of getting there he's got me back on the road but with cold air.

Get what u pay for! Ask for new valve stem and told there to expensive! Had to go to a real tire shop for real service! Not recommend this place at all!

I recommend NBS auto to anyone and everyone that needs work done on there vehicle I have had great experiences every time I have went there to have work done.
They are Honest, affordable and friendly.

Experience number 1 of mine:
The first went to NBS auto when my boss recommended this shop. I was in tears because Canadian tire quoted me $1700 worth of work on my car when my breaks went on my car. I was very fortunate that my boss knows quite a bit about cars and talked to the people at Canadian tire needless to say I had my car towed to NBS auto. They looked at the quote from Canadian tire and looked at the car for them selves thankfully I didnt need as much work done because I went to NBS auto I ended up only spending just a little more than $500 that's well over half.

Also with this experience I had a tire hitch pin stuck in my tire and thought I needed to get it fixed. Canadian tire said that they would fix it however they didnt and when I asked why
I was told "why would we fix the tire if the car is unsafe to drive" When NBS auto looked at it and took it out.it turns out there was nothing wrong with the tire.

Experience number 2:
I rolled my vehicle last winter and was very fortunate in so may ways. I was ok and my vehicle only needed very minimal amount of work (God kept me safe that night and I'm so thankful) after they looked at the car I got a phone call about what needed to be done.it cost me just over $500 to have it fix. (I can't remember every thing but I remember the roof needed to be pushed up, I needed a new mirror, a wheel alignment and I'm not sure if im missing anything. He said the engine looked good and had no leaks.

Experience number 3:
My tire valve was leaking air and something else came up while they were looking at it and I paid $42.

Everyone that I have recommended to this shop have also enjoyed going there and have also had great experiences

No customer service. I was waiting from half an hour and they were like 5 more minutes aland no customer service please don’t go there and don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else where people value your time

Never bring your vehicle for alignment for this location for $70.they didn't know what they doing.the guy who do a alignment to my vehicle he said is good to go.i test drive in the highway and still pulling to left and then i came back to their shop and the guy said he can't do anything about it.because he told me so many BS reason.never bring your vehicle to this location.is not worth it!

If you’re looking for a shop that will pander your your every whimper - this is not your shop. Keep walking! Mike & Team are exceptionally good. Honest work for honest pay. Definitely a 5 star rating. The prices are some of the best in the city and for sure the best on the south side. As they are the fairest and very well trusted - there is a wait. This isn’t your local tire chain - they don’t do in and out money grab. You get what you give. Seen people try to barter for a better price even though they are already far under the going cost and rate - they get told like it is - and if you’re a sensitive soul you mistake that for ignorance or bad customer service. Quite the opposite - you don’t need to walk on egg shells around these guys and they don’t walk on egg shells around their customers. 5/5 for everything! We’ve gone here the past few years and they are yet to disappoint, even a little.

Bad service, poor attitude towards customers and long wait times. Ended up leaving after waiting for about an hour and not getting any straight answers. I’d stay away from this place.

2 December 2019 Thanks Mike - for getting tires in quick - and for fast excellent service today for install/balance. I called around 9: 30 a.m. - was told tires would be in by 4: 00 p.m. They were, they were installed and I was on my way before 5: 00 p.m. When I first walked in the door I was greeted by you with "You must be the man who'd like tires installed real quick". I said I was - I was told to get my truck inside and they went right to work. Couldn't ask for better

Very pleased and impressed with you and your staff, and good service deserves good words - not only on line - but to friends/acquaintances too.and am doing just that.

Be prepared to wait 3 hours and it was 50.00 over the quoted price. I have a screenshot of 120 a tire and got charged 125.00 plus extra fees?

I have been going here for the last 4 years, Mike has saved me several hundred dollars in the last few years, prices are very fair, no ripoffs, be prepared to wait, but worth the wait.

Got my winter tires on today! Been going there for over a year. 70 dollars great price for tires changed

Do not go here if you want someone who cares about quality of work! I went in to get tires swapped from my old wheels to my new wheels I just bought. As I was unloading the wheels and tires the mechanic got started on the first wheel. I watched him take the first tire off the rim and to my horror he did not use a plastic ring to protect the wheel. I walked over and there was a big scratch on my new wheel! I said you just scratched my brand new wheel. Then he said I know how to do my job. Clearly he did not as he scratched a brand new wheel. Then he tried to tell me that the scratch was there before and he did not do it. I said I just bought these! There was no scratch there before! He then said if you don’t like my work you can leave. I said thank you very much I will. I loaded up my tires and wheels and left. Just before I left the mechanic came outside and I asked him if you had the plastic wheel protector the whole time why did you not use it from the start? He just looked at me and was speechless. Clearly this shop does not care about quality of work. Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures on their website or Kijiji. That is not what the place looks like or the equipment they have it’s a stock photo. Very disappointed and now I have one scratched rim out of the four that I bought! Do yourself a favour and stay away.

you must be patient as they get busy. I have had many extras done for free. I trust Mike with my fleet and personal vehicles

I like to change the oil and do some regular maintenance of my MB w-124, and I still can keep it on the road. Thank you Michael, Andrew and Vitalie (all staff).

These people are not good. They are putting cheaper brakes. They install brake on my car after three months pads and rotors worn out. Then they said need new brakes. I have slip to proof but they said no warranty after a month.

These guys helped me out in a pinch and now I owe them coffee and donuts for going out of their way to help. Awesome guys. Thanks!

Don't go to this place for wheel alignment, I should have spend more money at a dealership shop. The 70 dollars 4 wheel alignment is a lie. They charged me 70 dollars but told me that they can't align the back wheels and told me that they aligned the front wheels but I have never seen any previous signs of uneven tires in the front at all.

Don’t go here. Very shady. Unprofessional. And they overcharge you the price even though you’ve discussed a fixed price.

To the owner of the business: This is a form of false advertising. If you have a Kijiji ad and you provide the customer with the fixed price and charge them more when the job is done. You are falsely advertising and misleading customers which is illegal.

DONT GO. The mechanics are shady.they are very unprofessional they aren't honest and doesnt work by the books. Their customer service is trash.i went to go get new tires and wheel alignment and oil change.and they put in the old tires and didn't do my wheel alignment properly and just did my oil change.after they did the job the mechanic didn't even provide me with the receipt saying that would have to cut tax and said "i give you my word if something wrong bring it back" as i drove for a day i could feel my wheel alignment was not fixed so i went back he totally said to my face that we don't have the receipt and he never worked on my car.

THE MOST TRASHY SERVICE.people are unprofessional and mechanics will charge you without even doing the service.it cost me 400 dollars and installed old used parts and extra hours but charged me for brand new parts.

I felt cheated.

I went there to swap my winter tires.

1. The guy was rude and was not courteous at all! Was not willing at answer any question properly.

2. They broke/lost one of my lug nuts and did not even replace it. They put in a bolt instead.

3. It was $70 for the winter tire swap with rims. I paid $50 cash and was supposed to pay $20 debit. He put in $31.xx and when I asked why $11 more? He replied GST. I said 5% of $70 is not $11.xx then he forced me to pay in a rude manner.

HORRIBLE AND I FEEL CHEATED! I saw this place on kijiji and they were offering good price for wheel change (mount on rims) and alignment ($70 for all 4 tires). What a scary and horrible experience. They broke the bolt of the front right wheel. Say it was cross and hence broke when taking out. I recently did a tie rod change and mechanic did a pretty good job including tight correct torque specification. To say it was cross tread is a pure lie. They charged me extra $60 bucks to repair this (I was literally stuck there with this problem). I was so nervous till my car sat in their work shop as they would not allow you on shop floor and also they would speak to each other in Russian so was not having a clue what they were discussing. I was worried they would damage something else. When the work was complete one bolt on the rear wheel was not the standard one. I told the guy and he says it was like this from before. This is not true. I have done inspection twice on the car including for insurance and this was not pointed out. (This was a easy catch otherwise in an inspection). I paid cash and just got out of there feeling all CHEATED and insecure on my car. Will have to take to Some one reliable to inspect the area they worked on. PLEASE STAY AWAY AND GO TO OTHER RELIABLE PLACE WHO MAY CHARGE 10% OR SO EXTRA.

Worst Place to change your tire. He asked me to come in and there were two people sitting ahead of Me. They screwed up both of customer tires. I got there at 1: 45 and left their place at 3: 32 with no service. They need to be honest with customers and tell them to come at a booked time.they are for business hungry and telling everyone to come in come in and have no work force to provide service. They charge $70 VS Costco is charging $80. For extra 10$ you don’t have to wait for hours instead you will be done in 15 min
