Purchased a pair of Klein wire strippers as a walk-in customer without an account trying to give local non big box stores business and unfortunately I didn’t need the wire strippers. Came back to return the item and because I did not setup an account, they will not return the item. Never made us aware of the no-return policy. Great job on fostering good customer relations. First time and last time customer.
