The lady who served me today was extremely pushy to try and get me to buy a machine. Kept telling me it's a good deal when I obviously found a better deal already. When I told her that I didn't get the offer email she kept telling me that I've gotten it. Why the heck would I bother telling you that I didn't get it when I did? Extremely disappointed.this store is under poor management. I noticed that it is not only me who had this experience.

I wanted to share my review as my most recent experience at this location has truly left me upset. This location is always very crowded and the most unfriendly as well. I come here often only because it is my nearest location. The last 4 times I have been here, I have been assisted by the same girl who is the most unhelpful and rude empolyee I have met at this location. My husband and I had a few questions in regards to a product. She was very annoyed by our questions and while my husband and I were discussing which pods we would like to get she interrupts us and goes "Ok so what do you want? " while my husband and I are discussing which we'd like to try. So we were rushed to make a decision. She didn't try to help us with our questions in regards to the products we were discussing, no suggestions, nothing. She wanted us to make a purchase and get out. Not to mention even before we started chatting with her not one employee here would help us or make eye contact. Yikes, what is up with the employees here? Nespresso, I hope you take some action and look into this. This is awful!

I had a fantastic experience at the Vaughan Mills location this past Saturday. The associate that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable, I will return to this location in the future.

Customer service is very poor in this location.
They may be short staffed. You need to wait in line for an unreasonable time. Only two cashiers working. Staff are very unfriendly which is not a surprise with such workload.

I couldn't believe how nasty and abrupt the store manager, Tom, was to myself and partner. Being shouted at in front of 5 employees and other customers because of simple miscommunication. Kindness and customer retention means nothing to him evidently. Shop elsewhere.

Sunday, March 19 1.30pm, Vaughan Mills Mall. Worst service from the Chinese lady. She needs significant customer care training. Allowing others not in line to proceed. Yet she saw me standing. I think people like that should be in back office. NESPRESSO PLEASE live up to the quality of your product and your Ads! Or your degrading service will help us easily shift to your competition!

So stingy on sampling the espresso flavours. Was looking into trying new flavours since I am bored of the ones I regularly purchase. Don’t know if they r stingy or flat out lazy to make the shots. Yorkdale location has way better customer service, will be giving them my business from now on.

I am so disappointed by the way that the lady manager of this location treated me and my guest from Australia over a simple issue I had. I am new to Nespresso experience and her rude interaction with me made me think twice as why should I give up the comfort of Tim Horton's coffee everyday and deal with this nonsense. After so much investment and effort that Nespresso puts into attracting new customers a manager like this will certainly make them go away. My visitor was shocked as how she treated a customer in this store.

Honestly I was really happy with the service and overall experience. Even though I had to go back to the store a couple times because of system issues and my machine was defective. The staff was nothing but courteous, patient and accommodating with the issues I had. If they didn't have an answer for something, they were very thorough in to find one. Thanks to everyone at the store for all the help! Keep up the good work!

Right now, I'm going into the Nespresso boutique in Vaughan mills mall. Nobody says hi when I in staff looks furious, No smile on the face. Service at this boutique 00000! The first and last time I am coming to this Nespresso location!

I wish I could give zero star! Every time I checked there they gave me wrong coffee. Had to return to the store to do exchange. As a loyal client who buys $1000+ yearly I received not respect! The staff are very rude and even did not apologize for the mistakes. Do online order or just shop form other stores.

I visited the store today all the way from Michigan and this was my first visit to a boutique and probably the last. The staff was very rude and unfriendly. Specifically an employee called Mark Fahmi. His give us looks of disgust and weren’t helpful when asked questions. I bought 3 sleeves and just left. They didn’t even bother to offer me a free sample or recycle bags. Very ashamed of this experience.

I can't express how utterly disappointed I am in my experience with this Nespresso location.
I have been a Nespresso customer for years and I have never been more disrespected at any sort of retail location in my life.
My husband purchased a new Nespresso machine that came with a $50 credit in coffee for orders over $50.
Long story short, he bought way too much and I wanted to return some. I went into the store with 5 sleeves to return and was told I would receive a credit of $16 for 5 boxes of coffee. Now, anyone who drinks Nespresso knows that these boxes of coffee are around $13 each. What an unacceptable credit amount for 5 boxes!
When I questioned it, she magically found an additional $50 to credit me.
I was met with blatant disrespect by the manager and will never return.
Avoid this location at all costs.

Just picked up essenza mini. The greeter was very pleasant. The sales staff was excellent. Very helpful and professional. This store was the best I've ever been to. Thank you very much for great service.

Absolutely disappointing experience. I don’t know based on what criteria the employees were hired. They were just standing there like sticks and customers had to beg for their attention. Not helpful at all. According to the reviews from weeks and months ago, my guess is that the management couldn’t care any less either or else they would have taken care of this issue much earlier. Would not recommend this boutique at all.

Nice little location. Big Nespresso fan! We came across this shop while walking the mall and thought we would pick some up. (first time shopping in store vs online) Two check outs were occupied and we were greeted by what I thought was a host or manager and another staff member, what I assume was a trainee? She explained some of the limited editions and the process of ordering and said one of the cashiers would be with us shortly. Waited patiently for about 10 minutes before we were served. Once I got to the checkout I had already decided what I wanted and it took about 20 seconds to place my order. We were out in a couple of minutes. Others had begun to line up behind us out into the mall area. It felt like an awkward experience that should have moved quicker. Everyone was polite but the process just seemed slow.

If I could leave a zero, I would, because I could not even walk into the store at 1: 30pm on July 16,2022. Due to COVID, nespresso boutiques paused the coffee tastings. I decided to ask the greeter if they were making coffees again, and she said ‘yes, with a purchase’. I guess I may have looked disappointed, because she proceeded to gesture and say ‘Starbucks is over there’. Unfortunately, I was pressed for time and utterly baffled, so I did not catch the young person’s name. Honestly, I could not even say anything to her so I turned away…even though I’m in desperate need of COFFEE FROM NESPRESSO

The guy over the counter looked like he hated working there and any question I asked he didn’t know the answer. I also asked him for vertuo pods and he gave me the wrongs ones. They need better customer service!

This was by far the worst Nespresso experience. I wish I took down the male employee’s name but I wanted to get out of this intolerable store as quick as possible. Rude staff, terrible service and disorganized store. Shame on the hiring manager.

The 5 star reviews must be fake. I’ve been there 3 times now and will never be going back. The staff is rude and super nonchalant. Nespresso needs to do a revamp of the employees working at this location.

Very slow, we stand in line around 30 min. I’m giving 4 star only because security guy very very nice to customers. Anyway it’s my last time in the store, it’s very hard to stand in line and sellers don’t care, they very slow.

I love Nespresso and I drink a coffee every morning. If capsules all out at home, I always order online and pick up at Vaughan Mills.

Went in today - November 12th around 2: 30PM. Customers are not allowed to freely walk around and shop due to COVID-19 protocols. After waiting 10-15 minutes for my turn with an Associate, I went up to a woman wearing a suit, who I'm assuming is the manager, as she did not have the same uniform as the other Associates. She had a very unpleasant demeanour from the start. She allowed me to walk around on my own and I decided what I wanted to purchase - a new machine worth over $250 with some mugs and the limited editions Christmas calendars. My entire purchase would have been over $400. I returned to her kiosk to order what I wanted. She was busy doing something on the computer, so I waited at her kiosk. She refused to acknowledge me. I stood there for 3-5 minutes before I realized that she would rather ignore me, so I left the store. I don't expect 5-star customer service everywhere I go and I am a very easy-going customer, as I've worked numerous retail jobs in the Christmas season. Due to the lack of customer service, I will not be returning to this store. Although Nespresso generates revenue from every store, I think it's a shame that they are accepting this level of customer service in one of their retail stores.

Awful experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went to this location the day before yesterday to purchase a machine. The seller behaved very badly and she tried to refuse to give the receipt of the machine to me. After purchasing I could not use the $25 gift that came with the machine because it had been used before. When I wanted to use the machine for the first time, it was wet inside the machine and it was a second hand. It also did not connect to the wifi. They sold me a used machine. I will not be returning to the Vaughan Mills location.
