I get harassed about life insurance for 5 months non-stop because Katie really needs that chump change commission but when you get into a NO-FAULT collision nobody is there to help you. I was told I would get a call last week to discuss this but never received anything. This company is fraud to deal with you're better off to be without insurance that way you know what you have and what you don't. For the first time in my life I get told that I have to pay the difference for the tires changed because it's "company practice". Really? So if someone's bumper has a scratch on it pre-accident do you somehow calculate that and make them pay or put a scratch on the new bumper? Unbelievable that at no-fault I was being harassed and nickle and dimed. I paid nothing obviously because I'm just me but keep in mind if you're thinking of signing up here just save yourself the headache and stress and go elsewhere. Like I said having no insurance is better than dealing with this fraud company.

Horrible company. Slow to return phone calls or doesn't return phone calls. All accidents and/or incidents are labelled at fault and good luck getting them to admit otherwise. Doesn't matter what the police reports say or who got the ticket. Claims agents leave the company and you're not notified who's handling the claim now. I'm really not sure whose slimier, auto salespeople or auto insurance companies. Will never use Neva Perrotte, Desjardins or Certas again.

We've been with them since they were State Farm and I can only say good things about the team at this office. They are quick to respond and help with requests. I love having someone to call and knowing I can go in and see someone as opposed to just calling a 1-800 number. Katie has been our representative from the start and she's amazing. Very informative, knowledgeable, quick, and she really does whats best for you. They've never tried to set me up with services I dont need or try to "upsell" me. Really happy! Highly recommend.:)
