The worst building ever! Every new year the fire alarms ran at least twice in a row. The building connects to the LRT station supposed to be a convenience yet due to homeless issues. People just pull the fire alarm triggers for fun. Utilities bills are super high during winter such as $200ish. Try to avoid living this building.
