Shazma is great! I go to her for treatment, and she’s helped me a lot with my dry hair and fall out. She’s very knowledgeable and very kind. She puts a lot of effort into your hair, and asks directly the problem and she figures out a plan for you.

I went to the salon after reading reviews on the internet, but I'm really sorry to say that I'm highly disappointed with her service. She did my highlights but they are not at all visible. My husband didn't like the color at all because they are not at all visible. She overcharged me for my highlights when I went to her first time to ask the price she told me around dollars 225 but then I went for hair color she told me my hair are very long so she will charge me $320. I gave her because I wanted a good color and I saw good reviews on the internet but I am very very much disappointed. So girls please don't go there to waste your hard earned money. Shazma did not highlight my whole head, she only did partial highlights when I asked her about why are you not highlighting my full hair she answered me it is like that only. Atleast after charging this much money she should highlight my hair properly but she didn't she didn't do that.
Yes, I went to her on 11 September and shows my dissatisfaction by telling her that you haven't done my full head highlights but she ignored my words and then did my root touch that went away within a week. The question is not that she charged me $320 and then on top of that $45 for root touchup
but the question is that she didn't do justice to her work and she didn't take her customer seriously. Everyone can see in the picture my highlights even no one will see the highlights.

So girls please please don't go there. She talks very politely so that everyone gets happy but she doesn't do her work well.

You will not be disappointed. This is probably the best place in the city to get a haircut. Highly recommended

Finally i found the best salon in city, first time ever i liked my hair after getting a cut, she did an amazing job and suggested me the best option for my hair.my hair were mess, now i am the happiest i could ever be, highly recommended.

Love my first visit to New Image Hair Salon! Satisfactory services, extremely professional treatment reflecting the name of the salon. In my opinion,  hairstylists have to understand face shape and hair types to create looks that complement their guests’ natural features. Shezma considered what will look good and offer recommendations to create a style that matches personality in a way that still looks good. Shezma, is highly accomodating.

My hair was so unhealthy when I walked into Shazma's salon, and had been falling out in chunks. I thought I would have to take off several inches but Shazma preserved my length and managed get the split ends out with amazingly placed long layers.

She put so much care into every step of the process, from an incredible wash, to a careful and impeccable cut, the amazingly scalp treatment (highly recommend) and the style.

I have been coming to this salon for several months now and this is my 4th visit here. Each time I come, I am seen immediately with no wait, I am told upfront exactly how much I will be charged based on my needs and I can decide if I want to spend more or less and can adjust my services as needed. The prices are very reasonable and I get pampered more than I ever have at a hair salon. I have spent nearly 4 times more for services at other salons and have not gotten even a small fraction of the care and pampering I get here. I wish I could come here weekly for the incredible hair treatments and thorough yet gentle scalp massage that leaves me feeling calm and relaxed and my hair feeling like butter. I recommend New Image Salon to everyone, no matter their age or needs. My 2 year old son had his very first positive haircut experience thanks to Shazmas gentle nature, patience and professionalism.

I've visited New Image hair salon a few times now and have always left feeling happy with my haircut and color service. The Owner is very pleasant to deal with and knows her stuff! I read a negative review the other day and I can honestly say my experiences have NEVER been negative with Shazma. Do check it out, she's great!

I have visited this salon for the 1st time for haircut and styling. And let me tell you the lady was so good at her work. She before hand told me the price by checking my hair length (as it was long) which I appreciate.
