I’m quite happy with my 2 Sylfirmx (combination of radio frequency + microneedling) treatments.
Each treatment is six weeks apart, I have my third coming up April 2023.

I wanted to try the Sylfirmx to deal with minor pigmentation issues / color correction.
Through research, I have found that this is one of the best treatments for plumping of the collagen, which was another aspect, I was interested in.

I find Carol to be professional and very knowledgable about how to work with different types of skin. I highly recommend her!

My results from the two treatments so far are shrinking of the enlarged pores on the cheeks, as well as general smoothing/ more even skin tone overall.
And I have more baby hair coming in on the hairline above the forehead! Another plus!

I really enjoyed the custom facial Shannon provided. I was struggling with tired, itchy, red skin, and an acne breakout for two weeks that I couldn't fix it. A facial and a light massage was just the thing I needed. The products used help to calm my skin down completely. The puffiness is gone, redness is gone, my acne calmed down the next day. I also noticed that my face wasn't oily at all the day after. I also found the Alumier products really helped. I'm looking forward to regular visits now! Thank you Shannon!

I truly loved my experience here! The spa itself is beautiful and extremely clean. I had Carol do my treatment and not only was she hilarious but a wealth of knowledge when it came to skincare. She was able to inform me of the other treatments they offer but I never felt pressured (however I would like to book them all). Incredible! I booked a SculpSure service to treat my submental (double chin) area and am blown away. Carol took the time to discuss what to expect before, during and after treatment. The team was extremely attentive in that they followed up with me every couple days and even brought me back to do a little “tune up” to assist in my results. They were very direct with post-care instructions to stay hydrated and maintain a healthy lifestyle. When I followed their direction, I was extremely impressed with the result! SculpSure spreads the heat evenly and and creates a very smooth and natural looking result. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to destroy stubborn fat cells!

Fabulous staff, treatments and products! I'm in my 50's and have spent thousands of dollars on other products over the years - never with the results I was hoping for. I had my first appointment at New Radiance Medi Spa and am so impressed with them. I had a consultation appointment that accommodate my busy work schedule. The appointment with Carol was fantastic! Made me feel like she cared about my skin and the difficult journey I was having finding the right products for my skin. She was so honest, professional and helpful. Even advised that because of the medication that I am currently on for my skin we’d have to wait 9 months and then make a tailored made plan for me. I can’t wait to go back!
