It was my first time for laser tattoo removal. She was very fast and professional. It worked very well, lots of ink came out.
So update from my second session.
There was zero change. I guess it doesn't work for everyone. My next step will be to do a cover up.

After moving to Edmonton, I needed to find a new studio to continue my laser hair removal sessions. The staff at New Skin Laser Studio was very responsive via text and communicative during my first and second visit. I felt at ease and appreciated their professionalism.

I had photo facial treatment that changed how my face looks dramatically. I have been to this studio for almost one year and I can say it is the best laser place ever. Today, I am having bikini hair removal and feeding elicited. I already had face and under arm hair removal and satisfied with the results. Sony is so professional and friendly.

Beyond happy with my laser hair removal results. I was previously going to Bush Whacked Laser for over a year…. Saw little to no change and had the worst pain everytime I went. They tried to blame it on my hair type and ethnicity. I’m South Asian so I thought this was just the very slow process of laser hair removal and started to always dread my appointments. Until my sister told me that it’s definitely not supposed to hurt and to try out this place instead. Only ONE session and my hair is so thin and barely growing! I’m shocked. Not only was the entire process painless, but I also enjoyed talking to Shelby during the appointment. Felt like I was catching up with an old friend! She was professional and courteous, and answered any questions I had. I have sensory issues that make the leftover gel on me feel extremely uncomfortable and she was sure to give me breaks in between to fully clean off the gel. This experience was so different from what I was used to, and I will only be coming here from now on. Thank you so much Shelby!

I Spent $$$ on a chemical peel and the loads more on laser.

I Can't think of a better way to waste my money

my wife broke out WITH SEVERE ACNE after the peel was done and the laser hair removal that I got, removed ZERO STRANDS ON HAIR.

When I called to complain, She said “Don't tell me how to do my job. I guess you are now an expert because you've done 15 sessions of laser in the past” -she then scuffed and hung up on me. I called back and was sent to voicemail

Even though I was talking about MY experience with MY skin.

I actually feel taken advantage of at this point!

After my laser hair removal procedure.the hair seemed to grow back thicker and more frequently.it also never fell off.i called to complain and was told "i see you are now a laser expert because you've got it done 8 times"

I found the technicians at New Skin were friendly, professional, and well trained. The location was clean and modern. I've tried laser hair removal in the past, with limited results, but I wanted to try it again. The hair in the area that I'd previously had treated completely disappeared after one session. The area in the other two locations was at least half gone after just one session. Needless to say, I'm pretty happy with the results and intend to return.

My first time getting any treatment/facial and from the first contact by email Sonya answered all of my questions. Knowing this was my first time Sonya made my visit very comfortable. I had my first laser treatment and Facial Peel and she explained the process from the start putting my mind at ease. After the treatment she took the time to discuss a daily routine of facial care. Highly recommend! I walked in really anxious and unsure. Sonya went above and beyond to help me find the right treatment and go through the process step by step during the consultation. She was really sweet while talking to me throughout the treatment and made me extremely comfortable. She also guided me through post care routine for my skin and what to expect. Had the best experience for my first laser tattoo removal with Shelby and she was great! Not only was she very professional she kept a good conversation going the entire time and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I was expecting the process to be painful but was pleasantly surprised that it was not bad at all for me personally. Today the area already looks better than it did yesterday so I am quite pleased with the healing process and have already started to see some results with one treatment. My first experience with tattoo removal, at another location, went terrible and had a blister half the size of my fist - so I was very nervous going into another tattoo removal session and it took me many years to even think of stepping into another studio. After considering the services and bundle options (which are awesome - I’m all for saving money!), Sonya helped book me in quickly for the date I was looking for.

My appointment well much better then I could have expected. When you walk in, the space is so unique and captivating, it immediately grabs your attention. I had a photo facial done, it was so quick and painless, and I watched my skin change just as I was told it would, over the next few weeks. This week (Dec 2021), I went back for a follow up photo facial, to clear up the last bit of redness & brown spots. My skin hasn’t looked so healthy in 20 years. I have known Sonya for a long time when she was at the Boardroom in Commerce Place, and then when the Boardroom closed, I ran into her at Studio J and I have had few treatments done. I have to honest though, the Venus treatment to reduce belly fat, quite honestly, I don 't think it really worked for me but of course different people have different results. Overall both Sonya and Shelby are great and very professional. I had the chemical peel and it was the best feeling ever. My skin felt smooth, clean, hydrated, refreshed and it glowed!
