Dishonest service and it's monopoly business they own all frietliners in Alberta, if service manager was honest it make a difference but it's time to replace a manager that is not capable of honesty or apology!
Bought batteries for commercial truck 9 months ago.batteries failed.took truck to NW freight liner. They did battery test said all batteries pass.they charge me 458 dollars for 2.5hours.mechanic said we will not cover the batteries.if u not giving warranty on batteries.why took 2.5 hours to test battery. I can buy new battling 458 dollars.not recommended. THEY WILL RIP U. SAT AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
The experience here is good, Great people dealing, but manager name JUSTIN CONNICK is Awsum and he always help us and listen customers problem and satisfied their clients. I like only his dealing and he is fablous.
We are Saturday. I called about a communication problem between the turbo and the ECM. They told me they could fix it quickly by adjusting the computer settings. So I went there. I tried to explain the problem in detail to the service supervisor, but he wouldn't let me speak, he was always cutting me off and talking over me. He is really a person who is not listening. I think he had no interest in helping me and he always found reasons for the problem to be bigger than in reality. Anyway, I told him to let it go and give me back my keys. We left and the problem is still not solved. We will find another garage with more competent and courteous people.
Just came into Calgary late tonight with a leaking airbag one hour before closing time and found 2 lovely young lady’s at the service counter that went out of there way to help me with my problem Keeping in mind it’s one hour before they close up for the night Amanda Taylor and Sarah Gehlig got me all fixed up before closing time and on my way Job well done girls and service with a smile I will be back for sure
