I came in to the store with a small budget, and Tina knew EXACTLY what I needed. Literally within minutes, and that's after I scanned through the stock pages myself. Pleasant and welcoming, Tina knows what she's talking about and she's a delight to deal with.

Awesome prices and energy overall, and with it being quick 8 minute walk from my apartment, I see myself becoming a regular pretty quickly

I have always had such an amazing experience when I go in and get help from Tina. She is incredibly knowledgeable and is the most friendly individual I have ever met. She is absolutely fantastic!

I’ve been coming to this Roxboro location since it first opened as ‘New Leaf’ years ago before they became Canna Cabana. It’s always been a clean, organized location with the friendliest staff. They’re also extremely helpful when I’m looking for something or have any questions at all. It also seems to grow with new products and accessories every time I visit. It’s always a treat!

Usually I love shopping here; however I recently bought a product that did not have the advertised amount in it when I opened it up at home. Returned it to the store but they told me only a manager could do anything about it so they took it back (without refunding me my money I will add) and had me leave a number to be contacted by a manager. That was days ago and still no response even to calls made directly to the store.

Really bad selection, and the pricing is abysmal. Recently went in and got a discounted strain, paid almost $40, and not only was it old (to be expected) the quality was horrendous. Not a single strain in there for under $35 (3.5g), and those for that price are of terrible quality. The people seem nice enough, but if you are looking for flower, I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere.

I haven't been to this store that many times but when I go it's always really clean and the people working there are so helpful and friendly. Tina S.especially should be recognized by the company, she provides fantastic customer service and is so knowledgeable.

I am a regular customer, proximity is my first choice. I am normally attended by a nice guy nothing much to say, but today I went back and dealt with a woman (I wouldn’t say a lady) named Jessica if I refer to my receipt. It was the most rude experience I had in customer service in my entire life. So I will not be back in your shop anytime soon.

I used to love going there when I smoke cannabis but now I've quit so it was good for me I loved it. But don't need it no more, saving my money!

Bought a spray cannabis product told it wouldn’t leak got oil everywhere in my purse after I was told that with the lock function it wouldn’t make a mess in my purse. In addition it doesn’t spray and was told that they can’t do anything about it because they can’t get a credit from there suppliers so the $50 I spent doesn’t matter to them as long as they can keep there money. They are a distributor but they can’t talk to the suppliers go figure.
Not even an exchange.

I ordered two containers of 3.5 grams and only recieved one 3.5 and a single gram of the other strain.since she read out the strains and bagged it for me i didnt realize this until i got home.also the prices are ridiculous and i know this is regulation but im not impressed with the superfluous packaging.stop trying so hard to he trendy and run the store.

Staff are friendly, store is up to standards. The stores, have no control on the products packaging or prices. We, the public must each phone our elected government officials & voice our concerns or there will be no change & greed will continue to dominate this present market. I left a article from Best of High Times about my legal garden at this store as I was one of the 1st in Canada, years ago

Never walked into a Cannabis store before. The experience here was amazing. Staff greeted us asked if we had tried cannabis before (I had). They asked what we were looking for (recreational or therapeutic) and set us up with a store clerk.

He was in a wheelchair and, although I cant remember his name, he was incredibly helpful, easy going and did wonders for investigating what marijuana would be the most appropriate for me (my wife is not an enthusiast). We got to smell different brands, noting which ones are higher in THC and Cannabinoids but also which the marijuana altered the effects due to Terpenes among the strains. It was very helpful and this wheelchair guy was amazing.

Ordering was simple, once you made up your mind the service clerk just punched what you wanted into a tablet, choices varied from smokable to oils and up to the desk to pay. Once you pay you move to pick up where they require you sign for your marijuana before take out. The reason being (which my wife and I were described as very straight laced looking to our amusement) a lot of people would walk put and then claim they were ripped off and demand more weed.

Anyone who feels marijuana is still a shady backstreet deal would do well to at least visit this store, chat the staff (they even have a private consultation room) and see for themselves what the fuss is about.

For those wondering we ended up taking some loose leaf and some oil in pill form. High CBD and very low THC so it did not effect my day to day at home in the evening. The wheelchair guy was right, best sleep of my life.

Convenient. Dry weed and high price. Hopefully the government changes the price guide. For now, black market is thriving

This really is my favourite Cannabis store, in fact, I like all of the New Leaf stores. I find the staff knowledgeable and friendly, more than that, their prices almost matches what I see online. Other places, charge a premium ranging from 5% - 40% for the same product. It's the same supply, same supplier. There are other places that are closer, but I keep going back to my favourite. You should too.

Selection was terrible prices were high and if it wasn't for friendly staff probably give this place a 0

Snooty girl working there. Over explained and talked to us like we were children. Seemed permafried. We told her we weren't new to medical cannabis but looking into vapes and she continued talking about different strains and telling us to do our research before coming. (Which we are already educated and familiar with) Was looking for something cheaper than $350 but she kept trying to sell the $350 vape to us. Waste of time. The man and other girl in the store were great though and answered our cbd pill questions. Will never go back or recommend.

This is one of the worst dispensaries I have ever had the misfortune of going to. Staff hardly acknowledge you, manager is a psycho Chipmunk who acts like a 5 year old. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

Had a very nice experience here grabbing some 19% indica, lady at the counter was helpful & knowledgeable about the store.

I only go to cannabis shops while they first open, so I cannot say what the wait times are like with any real accuracy.

Well priced, decent selection. Convenient location, nice to have the Safeway across street.

I thought it was good until I got a 8th and it was already busted up no buds at all huge disappointment the fact they busted my weed for me pisses me off not only did I pay 33 for the 8th I can go to black market for 25$ and get 3.5 grams maybe 4gs you guys have lost my business

Very pleased with my purchase. Little light on the weight. Good packaging. Excellent staff. Lots of parking. Reasonable prices. Selection is a little skimpy. But there is a national shortage anyway. Need higher THC levels. I expect that will come as supply improves.

Garbage product fursure. Use Csc canabis serply. 55 a qrt same day delivery by skip the dishes. Amazing product not dry like a tumble weed! New leaf is a joke and I would like a kiss before I am f#####.

Bought cannabis, 1 gram. Actually scaled to 0.8 and it was super dry and weak although it said 27 percent thc. Unnecessary, wasteful plastic packaging.

Budd is really old and dry, i have to say comparing to other dispenceries online where you can get 1oz for 99$ and they charge for 7 grams here for 107$ or something like that.

Prices at all legal stores are High.or think we don’t notice.prices of anything never go down. I think they legalized weed to inflate th price obv

What a shot store overpriced and stale product. I'm 40 years old and my I'd expired 2 days ago and I was unable to shop. Turned out to be a good thing because my fefrie spent 80 bucks for two eighths of sub par product. I can get better dor 50 or less that is way better quality. Stick to your tried and true dealer odds are his prices have dropped

This store has limited parking.

Very limited options and have to buy product in large quantity. Cannot walk out with a bill of 10 to 15 bucks, have to spend much more. Not worth the Visit.

The staff here are very inexperienced smokers. If your going to run a dispensary you probably should sample the cannabis your wanting to push.

Plastic container to big.all your green I resived multiple time extremly dry and the cristal stick on the plastic you can't take out. So you spend your money for nothing. Still better to buy from your old dealer. I don't recommend this place or othere place like this till the packing unit it's not updated to don't be dry

Do not waste your money here. First batch was great but have since bought 4 more times and all have been dry AF. Literally dust. Obviously no return policy so I will just have to stop buying from here. Quality control is weak.

Just grabbed plain packaging indica from these guys. Opened the container and grinded up the first nug to find seeds in my weed. Called store and they refused to take any responsibility and gave me the 1800 number for tweed and said they can help you.

This is absolute BS and probably so messed up that people dont know that pollinated plants will actually yeild little to no THC since they are using most energy to make seeds. Might as well go outside pick up some grass and throw that in the grinder.

But no the package says x% thc.it must be true.it cannot just be marketing.

Prices for 8ths are typically decent. I spend a lot of time looking for the best bang for my buck, and you can find a deal here sometimes. The reason for 3 stars is that I can't even breathe in there without an employee (or 3) swarming me and asking what they can put on my order, or pressuring me to buy what they like. Buzz off and let me browse, they need to get better at pinpointing people who have never smoked weed and spend that time with them. I have no questions. Menu>leave me alone> I'll find you if I have questions or when I am ready. Chill out a bit and y'all have better scores. One thing I will say, is that this is the only dispensary I have found in the city who matches their THC content directly to the batch they have. No THC ranges here, it's nice to know FOR SURE what the levels are while you are trying to decide. Especially for those seasoned street smokers who know what's good

Paid $47 after tax for the ugliest hay-weed Ive seen since highschool out in the middle of nowhere. Was told it was indica- jar says hybrid with less thc than I was told in store. It is completely barren of the "trichrome coating" it was described to have. Barely looks like weed.

My own fault for choosing one that wasn't displayed. I thought it was weird the first thing the guy does when I walk in is make excuses for what he can't show me because "AGLC doesn't let him show more than 10g on display at a time". You can blame the legislature for how it comes to the store and deny accountability for the product but there's some clear deception going on when you see the stark difference between what I got compared to what's on display because I tried to pay $5 less than 50 an eighth (something you'd have to hate yourself to pay more than once out of necessity or novelty to try a store like this)

you've got at least 16 jars on display so until you figure out not to put a whole crumbly gram in each jar (that is comically larger than you need it to be) there's always going to be at least 6 you cant see before you pay for. In my case, conveniently, it was any strain less than 48.99. They were sold out of 5 or 6 and there were still a few empty jars displayed for ones in stock so i know they either didnt have their whole limit on display or had more than 1g in the other containers.weirdest misuse of space and merchandising ive ever seen. Now I know why.
