NewRock Developments

We are absolutely thrilled with our new home built by NewRock. We pushed some new design requests through to them but they all fully embraced our vision and made it happen for us. Our forever home is exactly what we were looking for and we now look forward to enjoying it to the fullest.

BUYER BEWARE … NewRock claims to put care and quality into each home and build with a higher standard but those words are mere fluff. In 2013 I was so happy to take possession of my new home. By month FOUR the roof started leaking and while NewRock came in and “fixed” it, it has never truly been fixed. I have been having issues ever since and they refuse to take any ownership indicating this is now the problem of my condo board. They are a joke of a company and should probably stay out of the home building business until they learn what quality and care truly mean.

New home builders. I purchased a new home this year from Newrock and overall I'm happy with my new home. There's quality in the work, great floor plans and great neighbors. The negative side includes long wait times for deficiencies to be resolved and any changes
outside of standard plans is expensive.

Quality is extremely poor. This company uses the cheapest materials and the workmanship is as good as an unqualified 'do it yourself-er'. Purchasing from this company is not a good investment.

We highly recommend New Rock. They have worked with us through since we starting looking at the homes in Gary Station. All of the staff are very professional, kind and knowledgable. They have done what ever it takes to make the customer happy and we appreciate that! They have bent over backwards in many instances and that just something you don't see everyday.

We were excited when we heard that New Rock was building a new community in West Lethbridge and were one of the first few tenants in Livingstone Estates. We moved into our new home about a month ago and have nothing but praise for the staff that we have worked with through the entire process. Trisha and Pam in the sales office were always positive and patient as we changed our minds many times in the planning stages. We feel they went above and beyond in order to make sure we were satisfied with everything. We loved that we were able to revamp the floor plan of our Newport to make it exactly what we were looking for in our next home. Andy walked us through and explained the things we needed to know as we took possession and is right on top of things if there is anything we need him to look at, or take care of. We love our new home and really appreciate the fact that New Rock supports businesses in our city. Local businesses were involved in the construction of our home and we went to local businesses to choose cabinets, flooring, tile, appliances, etc. We have friends that are also planning to build here and have met some of our neighbours. This is going to be a great place to spend our retirement years!

We have been living in Southlands Gate since August 2018 and are very happy with our new home. The front line staff have been great to work with and they went above and beyond to get our condo finished to coincide with our house sale. All our issues were looked after promptly. We have been living at The Willows in Blackfalds for almost 3 years. We are totally disappointed in New Rock. The grass they put up front has died and they have no intentions to even revive the grass. We pay condo fees for what? We have to go buy fertilizer and a hose to hopefully get the grass to grow again! It is in our condo fees for them to water and cut the lawn but they do not. Where are our condo fee going if they are not looking after the lawn. They stopped development on the property a few years ago. It looks like we live in the slums. Makes the home owners who live near the land look like garbage too. Only excuses come from them. It feels like they want to forget about this project and they are happy they collected money from all the people they scammed to live here. We cant wait until we can move from here, but that won't be for awhile because they have no intentions to fix and finish the development.

Just moved into our Bridgeport in Livingstone Estates and we couldn’t be happier. The NewRock team here (Trisha, Pam, Andy and Josh) have been super accommodating and helpful. Craftsmanship and attention to detail is outstanding. Much appreciated!

We have been in our new home now, for almost seven weeks.and must say we are enjoying each and every day here. The floor plan suites our style perfectly, and the fit and finish is definitely top drawer.
We are very pleased with our purchase.

Buying a house with New Rock was the best experience we ever had. I love they willingness to help us and how they care about us. If you ever wanna buy a house in Saskatoon, look for them.

We purchased our NewRock bungalow in May. We are very impressed with the NewRock team that we dealt with. They took care of everything we asked for and kept us totally informed throughout the building process. I would recommend to anyone buying a new house to check out NewRock. The quality of the finished house is excellent. We had a few minor deficiencies when we moved in and they were taken care of right away with little to no disruption. They are great people to deal with.
