One of the best Vietnamese restaurants in town! Love their hospitality not just the food! Grilled pork chops with no rice is a must dish go order and share
Nha Trang is a bit outside of Chinatown where most of the Chinese and Vietnamese restaurants are. Just north of downtown, this humble space is home to some delicious cooking.
Starting with the service, it is always so kind and positive. They go out of their way to ensure that your experience is top notch.
The space is clean and very serviceable. There is nothing that sets it apart.but you don't come here for the space. There is one gorgeous mural on a feature wall.
The food is wonderful. The flavors are very vibrant and they work to make adjustments to suit your tastes and preferences.
This is such a friendly neighborhood restaurant. My family always love their grilled pork or chicken, spring rolls plus the best pickled shreded carrots side dish!
My Family and I have come here for a long time and the family has been nothing but wonderful to us! Always remembering our names and orders no matter how long its been sense we've last been able to go. The food is always fantastic and the service immaculate and kind. I haven't dined in for a while and I plan to go tomorrow! Thank you for always being lovely <33
Awsome family run restaurant. All Vietnamese dishes are authentic and properly flavored. Definitely a staple if you are looking for good Vietnamese food.
Dropped in for some soup to revive my shattered stomach following some inconsiderate drinking the night before. Nonetheless, the beef special soup did the job. Delicious, generous, tasty and big. Service rather slow, but phone never ceasing to ring bringing in mobile orders. Once orders were taken, soup was on the table in a flash. Will certainly come back for some more.
We here today for the first time. We has Vietnamese coffee, salad rolls, spring rolls and soups. I had the beef satay soup and the broth was wonderful. I liked the shrimp salad rolls with the peanut sauce. It was yum. The coffee was nice too. Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk poured over a glass of ice. Yum. There were quite a few people here. The Royal Alex Hospital is across the street. I would come back.
Convenient downtown location, just minutes away from the giant Royal Alex Hospital, so this is a nicer choice compared to the nearby fast food places. I think it's a familiar place to the doctors/ nurses or any patients too. I got the vermicelli noodles with grilled pork and spring rolls. The spring rolls were a bit burnt and the sauce was a bit too sweet for me. I would have loved more veggies because that's how Vietnamese food is, healthy and loaded with green/ colorful vegetables. I heard people complimented the peanut/satay noodles but i didn't The have a chance to try. The waiter was chill, casual but pretty friendly, so I gave an extra star for the waiter.
I needed to.update this for a while now. I've been coming here for my Vietnamese food needs for somewhere over twenty years now. I cannot rave enough a out the authentic flavours and how satisfying eating here is. I very much love the absolutely perfect bone broth that they make here definitely no corners cut here. Also one of the only places that you can get a more authentic spring roll too! They recently updated the interior and it's much more modern now. The staff is fantastic and well once they remember you, you're family! Give this place a try!
The food here is amazing! Friendly service and fair priced. My only gripe would be the scent on the dishes.bleach or something? Needs better rinsing after cleaning.
Nha Trang is a gem! Great please to be for a quick lunch break. Lots of health care workers eat here because despite having fast service, you’re actually getting very good food! The gentlemen in the store are always so accommodating.
This is the BEST restaurant for Vietnamese food. The service is phenomenal and so is the food! As a healthcare worker it’s so nice a good place like this is close. Amazing!
Hidden gem! I would never of gone here on my own but I am so glad I did. This is a small family run restaurant that serves AMAZING Vietnamese food. I got the chicken fried rice that made my taste buds so happy. Highly recommend this place
Our first time and most definitely will not be our last. The spring rolls are unbelievably good, my vermicelli bowl with spring rolls and Vietnamese sausage was one of the best I've had in the city and my wives satay chicken rice noodle soup was just right on the spice level for her. We will return to try the Pho next time. Most heartily recommend everyone try them out, a hidden gem in Edmonton.
