Bought fancy leaf blower at old location and another power tool in new location. As soon as this guy has your money, customer service is going down the hill. Similar attitude as LHC. No thanks

I read the reviews before going over to see them thinking that I might have a different experience then the other poor reviews posted. Only reason why I chose to go to this place was because it was a four week wait at the other repair shop on 7th Ave, North. There’s a reason why the other repair shop has a long wait and this one doesn’t, the customer service spoke for itself. I even said when I left that he didn’t have to be so rude, I was told he’s just telling it like it is.

Here’s what happened:

I explained what I thought was wrong with the mower, was told he’s fixed plenty of them over the years and was asked to get it from my vehicle and bring it to the front of the building outside. I went back in and wanted to make sure it was understood what I felt the issue was, which is when he put his hands up and said he wasn’t going to touch it, wouldn’t even come outside to look at it, this was in front of another customer. I even said, that I might not be choosing the proper words to describe what the issue is, and he’s still flat out refused.

Don’t waste your time here because they clearly don’t need the money or want your business

Go in looking for a specific spark plug. Explained it needed to be v grooved. Was told that he been 30 years doing this. Sold me the wrong plug. Went to Home Depot. Had proper plug. Lawnmower works now. Rude, know it all owner. No wonder he's looking for a partsperson and mechanic. Don't apply.

Stupidly over priced, was told that the motor was cooked when it was just stored wrong, owner can also be a complete dink to most customers. Never go to this place

Phone there to ask for a part.has no patience and is very rude and ignorent.they should be shut down for the way he talks to people.don't take your business to him

I was quoted $60 for a Ultrasonic carburetor cleaning and charged $70.

On top of that there was a 14% surcharge on the bill for shop supplies.

I checked with another small engine repair shop in Lethbridge and there shop supply charge is only 3.5%.

My math has me being overcharged by 26.5% Needless to say I will never be back.

Awesome service. Did a great job on tuning my chainsaw. Was super helpful and gave me some good advice and better products to get. More expensive than other quotes but could do it in the time frame I needed and always good to support local.

I wish I could give them a minus star! I went to buy a part and the guy was just a jerk plain and simple. He just mocked me. I went to DDK and got what I needed. Do not support this business.

I went to buy parts for my lawn tractor here because I wanted to support local business.we looked up the parts by model number. Even though the part numbers were sitting right there on the computer the guy lost his patience but not his temper, and pretty much told me to go look them up on my own. I wish my experience could’ve been different.
I’m going to get the parts on Amazon like I originally planned

Brought my gas powered trimmer in for service because it would not start after winter storage. Before he charged $100/hr he suggested trying the Alpine-2 fuel ($12 a bottle). It started after 5 pulls and still starts fine now. Great customer service.

If there was an option to give 0 stars I would have chose that, the guy who helped my dad was more concerned that he bought his lawnmower at Costco than helping him find the part he needed and was extremely rude and unknowledgeable. So much for trying to support local businesses.
