Buying Nike socks price $18.00 as stated on price tag - male kid says that will be $23.47 cents I am like I am sorry the GST is only $. 90 cents. Totally doesn’t believe me has to call someone on his mouthpiece microphone- waiting waiting- of course I am correct- no apology no sorry If all your staff are that dim I feel sorry for you. Definitely need more training just because they use a computer doesn’t mean they should not look at the pricing on the merchandise. As a grandma I don’t appreciate rudeness in the retail industry.
Horrible experience, visited twice in a 5 days period and was never spoken to by an associate. They were too busy play with the basketballs or aimlessly walking around. Won’t return to this store. That is on the manager for creating a horrible work environment
Isaias sorry I wanted to do a review on the Nike website and let you know I appreciated you helping me pick out a gift for a friend. You asked all the right questions, which made it easier to select a gift. By the way they really enjoyed the shoes.
My wife and I went to the Adidas stroe first, it was so unorganized and no lables to tell you sizes and or help from any of the staff. Then went into the Nike store, the employees were mor helpfull and the store was clean and layed out for easy shopping. There was a great employee, do not remember her name, but she was about 5'9 long dark hair, olive skin, and big glasses, she was fantastic. We found exactly what we needed and more. Will be going back for sure Keep it up Nike team
The store was nice but the shoe selection had nothing to appeal to someone. All styles were ugle so I went to Famous footwear and found a better selection.
i went back to return an item for a refund because it did not fit well.instead of doing a refund, they processed it as a purchase by “mistake”. They took the item back and now my card was charged double! I was about to go home but when i noticed a new purchase (instead of refund) on my card so i rushed and went back to speak to the manager l.it was 9pm and they just recently closed, but i can see the POS / computers were still on.staff were still there but they did not want to take accountability for charging me twice and wanted me to come back next business day which is about 40mins drive from my place or $55 one-way uber! Poor customer service! Instead of taking a minute to refund both transactions, they asked me to leave and just come back again.wow!
I was here on July 31st around 1pm, what I liked is that the staff had made sure to have a good balance of customers waiting in line to go in, shoppers and people lining up to pay for their items.
My wife and I appreciate this as it keeps the store organized, customers are well attended to and there was a great selection of shoes and clothing.
I found this bomber style jacket that fit like a glove and I didn't have to wait long in line to pay, the cashiers were super efficient.
From my experience, I'd recommend this place to my friends and family.
Staff here are all super friendly. One of them even greeted me three times. Great place to find good shoes and save a few bucks. The clothing prices weren’t that great though. The adidas store next door had better markdowns on products. But I generally prefer Nike.
They were very accommodating and nice to deal with. Stayed for me for 15 mins over the closing time and helped me out. Means a lot to me and would buy from that store here on
It was a great store with good service. I was a little disappointed in the shoe selection. Right now football season is starting. And I couldn't find any football cleats.
While the store didn't have what I was looking for in stock, it was still a nice place to shop. Spacious, easy lay out and staff were accessible and friendly. Would shop here again.
The staff here were so helpful to both my husband and I. Special shout out to Casey specifically! He was knowledgeable, patient and spent some time making sure we both got the right shoes. Great staff member! We both love our new shoes.
Went to go do a simple return but due to Covid and limited in-store capacity, I spent 18 minutes waiting in a socially distanced lineup before I got into the store, then waited 5 more minutes in line for the till. A return that should have taken a total of 5 minutes turned into 25 minutes. I'd suggest going when it first opens or wear good standing shoes if you go at prime hours.
Fairly busy since it was a Saturday and it's back to school season. Despite it being really busy I still found that there was a good selection of clothes, shoes and accessories at this outlet. Employees were super nice too, one of them complimented my shirt which made my shopping experience here pretty good. The atmosphere was pretty nice there too. 9/10 would come here again.
I received excellent customer service from the staff in this store. Hervy and Andrea help me with a pair of shoes that I was not happy with. Such experience persuades customers like me to go back and shop there. I recommend this store.
Put a pair of shoes on hold went the next day and they where unable to find them. Kind of disappointing since they where for my son for back to school.
