Nike Factory Store

I was there earlier this afternoon, the employees were very pleasant but Kim really helped me and she was wonderful. She took the time to help me properly find a pair of shoes that I needed for my daily activities and I very much appreciated it. Very helpful and kind, I’ll be back because of her for sure. Couldn’t be happier with my shoes as well, thank you Kim.

I highly recommend anyone to come to this location, you won’t be disappointed with their products and the pricing was excellent.

I always enjoy this spot. Fantastic deals on shoes. Ample sales racks and the workers are always nice and kind. We get our boys shoes here every few months. Cheaper than walmart and great return policy.

I Gave them one start, I didn’t even wanted to give them that, they don’t deserve it because of lady named Mylane because she was very rude to my mother. She was about to swear at my mother. I love nike a lot but there employees are so rude especially Mylane, Nike have to fire her. Thank you

I visited this store couple days ago and got a really good customer service from Jessica. Because of her recommendations i got good comfortable shoes for myself. I will be visiting this location more often.

Terrible service! We bought gifts for our parents and gave it to them with a gift receipt. When they went back to change it for different sizes, they didn’t have it. And they refuse to give him a gift card or any store credit unless they presented the original receipt. Why would I keep the original if I gave our parents the gift receipt? I suggest not buying any gifts from anyone from this place. Their exchange policy is terrible and they don’t explain this to you when making the purchase. My father is a 79 year old senior and they just told him there’s nothing they could do for him.

Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. For items that they didn't have in stock, they provided suggestions about other places that we could try as well. We've purchased from here on a few occasions and have found it to be a good experience every time. The Nisku location is also good.

Excellent service and some fabulous deals on shoes! The sales person asked the right questions, had great tips and finally we bought the shoe he recommended even though we had something else in mind. Been using them for couple of months now, and they are perfect for my use!

I bought flip flops 4 months ago lost my receipt the flip flows are torn and the manager jst simply said there is nothing to do no exchange no credit nothing. I don't recommend shopping here

Very unpleasant ambience and cashiers need some training for sure!

Worst customer service ever, as I entered the store none of the staff greeted or even asked if I needed any assistance. Instead so called employees were gathered gossiping and talking among themselves. I’ve never seen such poor customer service. On my way out the cashier never said “hi” just grabbed my purchase and scanned it. Nike outlet you lost a customer.

Staff are cool, they're just there having a good time keeping an eye on you while giving you space while still being helpful

Some of the finest customer service I have received from the crew working Thanksgiving 2020. The guy at the door that kept the line going was super positive & kept everyone's energy up on a rather chilly day. Staff inside extremely helpful. Lots of technical difficulties on the computers kept me waiting but again, staff constantly apologized and all tried to help. One of them inspected my shoes and found a defect then ran to find me a perfect pair. Wonderful experience & grateful to each one of you guys that had to work Thanksgiving. Truly appreciated! This will be my new go-to-spot

I had to do a return/purchase and the customer service there was excellent! I think I encountered 5 in employees in the 45 minutes I spent browsing and their customer service is ON POINT! Will definitely return to that store! I never write reviews but the customer service was so good I had to.

Family ofn5 with no masks as we all have issues and everyone was kind and super nice.thank u for not making our family feel like aliens.
