If you are looking for a nice and affordable place to have dinner for a date or double date this place is a must try. It has become our place to go for birthdays or anniversaries. Niko the owner is almost always there and great his customers and really cares about them!

Each time we have visited Niko’s we have been impressed with the food and service! We were there for my birthday last night and they went out of their way to make it special for our party! Thank you to the staff and owners! You are a gem were service can sometimes be a forgotten art!

Absolute pleasure eating here with a family of 8. I was visiting family in Calgary from Toronto. We made two separate reservations under 4 people for 5: 30pm and Niko personally phoned us to ask if they could make a combined table, which was a nice touch. The food was spectacular. I've never had manicotti made with a home made crepe like Niko's and the cheese stuffing was fresh, light and airy. The spaghetti was loved by the kids, particularly the herb mix brought it to life for sure The bruschetta topping and bread itself were no different. You can taste the freshness compared to other similar restaurants. The chocolate mousse is made from scratch and is well with the wait, as is the apple turnover dessert. Often you might feel lethargic after eating this much food but we felt nothing of this sorts. My personal view is Nikos is the best (hands down) Italian place in Canada I have been. The food speaks for itself and didn't need any gimmicky waiters to prove it's authenticity. The wait staff were very kind and accommodating for our party and took care of us exceptionally. Great work Niko and team!

The food, ambience and intimate dining experience are second to none. When we have a special celebration, we head to Niko's.

This is our favorite restaurant in Calgary. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. The food is always phenomenal and the calamari is the best in the city! We made it our place for a celebratory dinner after getting engaged this weekend and it was fantastic!

We recently hosted a retirement party at Niko's restaurant. Niko was friendly, flexible and accommodating! His staff are lovely and helpful. Not to mention, delicious food! I'd recommend this establishment to anyone thinking of having nice night out! Thank you Niko's Bistro. We'll be seeing you again.

We had a family-style dinner and the courses were absolutely delicious!

The penne dish that we had was al dente and just perfect. It had a nice chew to it. Service was awesome.

Pleasant atmosphere. Food and beverages a little pricey for what you get. Good place to go if you're on an expense account.
