I just bought a 2018 Ford Explorer from Alex at Ninaco Auto Center online and when I test drove it before completing the deal and returning to Medicine Hat with it I was a little worried about a vibration I felt. It was only at slower speeds and drove like a dream on the highway so I made the deal and drove it home. With quite a bit more local driving the vibration was starting to really worry me but Alex was amazing in follow up care and rectifying the problem with me so it is now as good as new.
