NIR Real Estate Inspections

We are coming from Hong Kong and 1st time home buyer in Calgary. I am do glad to have NIR inspection for my dream home today as the inspector was so serious and detailed mind to do the inspection of every stuff, I am so impressed by the highb efficiency and receive the full report (with recommendations) within 3 hours after the inspection!

Exceptional service, they did our inspection on a home we recently purchased and the inspection was incredibly detailed. IB helped me with a difficult purchase with his thorough inspections and advise on how to remedy little things I thought was going to cost me a fortune. He also did one better - he returned on the day of the walkthrough well (more than a month after) to ensure that all appliances were still in working condition and there hasn't been any significant changes since the last time he performed the inspections.
